If you would cure anger, do not feed it. Say to yourself 'I used to be angry every day then every other day now only every third or fourth day.' When you reach thirty days offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the gods.

Anger buried deep inside me
My anger is angry.
Its pain.
Its frustration.
Its irritation.
My anger is angry.
My anger is confusion.
My anger is past, present and future.
My anger's disappointment.
My anger builds
up and explodes
like thunder on
a stormy day.
Its fiery red.
Its envy.
Its greed.
Its temptation.
My anger's TOO angry.
Won't you please help me stop?
I'm a blazing volcano
that's ready to pop.

So Angry, so Sad
Anger is a form of fear
Anger is a force that can never die
Anger building up
Anger is a virus
Anger is a like vicious circle it goes,
around and around
Anger,
The root of all evil
Anger is such a strong emotion
So angry,
So sad
Anger is bubbling away at me
I have good reason to be angry
No one understand,
No one cares
It tears out my heart

Sacrifice Yourself
Some days he feels so empty
Just a talking head
Married to a klingon
Who could cream him in the press
God could detonate him
Gods the one we pick to curse us
And 25 years pass him
Like an evening at the circus
Dont sacrifice yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
Surprise yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
There it is, the look, the winner you
Once talked of being
Give her one last kiss and
Dive right out the window screaming
No truth decent, it was summer from the waist down
She blew the troops right off your feet
She tells you shes gods grammy
Dont sacrifice yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
Surprise yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
Dont sacrifice yourself
Her, the only game in town, a queen of competence
Blind in front of mirrors, proving nothings says a lot
Wham bam thank you charlie
Vanity is all
You wander lonely to the scene
A crawling up the walls
Dont sacrifice yourself

Burnt Offerings
In one last breath
You'll feel this damned old soul
You'll see the things I see
For all these years
Of pain and sacrifice
You'll know the pain I know
Of all these things
I offer unto you
Infernal wisdom waits
Now unleashed
Like the flames of hate
My sacrifice is made
Every note
And every word you hear
Comes from deep within
An angry soul
That twists and turns inside
Pondering this life
Crimson eyes
Staring through your lies
Awakes the inner rage
Take my knife
Make my sacrifice
You┬╣re my burnt offering
Spill your blood
Offer me good omen
Make the sacrifice

Sonnet: When Angry!
Help me, O God, to hold my anger fast;
I must be cool while facing foolish mobs;
Their irritating methods cannot last;
Their misdemeanor gives me extra sobs!
In angry mood, mind’s function can be lost;
Avengeful is the angry heart of man;
Even the life of one, anger can cost;
Anger reduces the human life-span.
Control your anger ’fore it ruin brings;
An angry man can’t think or reason out;
An angry muse cannot unfurl its wings;
When anger strikes, man has about God doubt!
Just inhibit the vicious emotion;
Anger works like a dementing potion!

Lets Promote Peace
Can I give u some advice, don't be angry
you can't fight anger with anger,
you can't fight ignorance with hate
you can't put out a fire by throwing fuel on it
true we want peace, so let's encourage peace
laugh, smile be happy, do what u do
dance, sing, be merry
but don't be angry
Don't give in to the terror
don't be like them, don't be angry
Trust me I know, its a disease
it won't go away, and it grows and grows
Yes we will fight, but not with anger
not like an animal, not like that beast
Don't serve that beast
Their is a purpose, a mission
reach out to the heart of others
there must be education, enlightenment
let us promote peace
but don't be angry, let it go
If u were to wash someones heart,
like a stone idol is washed outwardly
the hate will be removed
the soul will be cleansed
dont let the anger sit in your mind
don't let him sit their,
keep that seat; for peace of mind
the calm mind, that will bring peace
within you, and outside of you

In My Time Of Need
Will you comfort me in my time of need
Can you take away the pain of a hurtful deeds
Cause when we need it most theres no rain at all
And the dust just settles right there on the feed
Will you say to me a little rains gonna come
When the sky cant offer none to me
Cause I will come for you
When my days are through
And Ill let your smile just off and carry me
Cause when the calm comes down
I take the truck on into town
And buy whatever we cant seem to grow
I work these hands to bleed cause I got mouths to feed
And I got 15 dollars hid above the stove
Will you say to me a little rains gonna come
When the sky cant offer none to me
Cause I will come for you
When my days are through
And Ill let your smile just off and carry me
Cause it aint like it was on back in those days
When everyone would offer up a hand
These old bones are worn
Ive grown tired some
And I know my time is surely gonna come
Will you comfort me in my time of need
Can you take away the pain of hurtful deeds
Cause I will comfort you when my days are through
And Ill let your smile just off and carry me
Lord we married young and stayed where we came from
And gave those children everything we had
Will you stay with me in my time of need
Though it seems we had such little time for us
Will you say to me a little rains gonna come
When the sky cant offer none to me
Cause I will come for you
When my days are through
And Ill let your smile just off and carry me

Anger, Oh, No... Train Me Control
Sometimes when I'm angry, loud, I would like to shout!
Other times when I'm angry, I would rather pout.
Anger's an attribute I'd like to see jump out.
‘Cuz this anger, when it's in me, it makes my mind have doubt.
Anger! Oh, no!
Train me control! !
To always control my anger…
I hope to always do.
Good luck avoiding danger…
In everything you do!

Dream Child
Dream Child is calling on me right now
Soon I'll be at sleep and away for a while
I am the helper with the power of Gods
Angry and ready to fight
Pain in my anger makes lightning seem weak
Now I'm gonna make you awake from this dream
Right now
Someone is trying to break through the dream
Ruin and take all the things that you've done
I am the helper with the power of Gods
Angry and ready to fight
Pain in my anger makes lightning seem weak
Now I'm gonna make you awake from this dream
Right here
I'm walking inside this evil dream
But no one understands
What I did before this day
No one wants to see
I was cruel a damn fool
But I will carry on
Pain in my anger makes lightning strike down
Now I'm gonna make you awake from this dream
Right now
I'm flying through dreams with a mission to kill
Dream Child gives orders and I make the kill
I am the helper with the power of Gods
Angry and ready to fight
Pain in my anger makes lightning strike down
Now I'm gonna make you awake from this dream
Right now
Right here
Right now
Right here
Right now

This Anger
This anger is eating me up inside
I dont know what to do
Will this anger ever stop
Or eat you up too?
Do you ever get this angry?
so angry you want to scream?
Or do you write an angry letter
and tear it at the seams?
So please wont you help me father?
Help me not to fade
For I am your faithful servant
And to you I will obey

~Anger's Friend
Is there a human, young or old,
Who has never felt frustration’s hold?
Ah yes, my child, you’ve felt it too,
For so had I, as young as you.
For as we walk and learn and strive,
Anger is part of being alive.
And someone will tell you the way they told me
That anger is sin, but don’t you believe.
Have you seen a robin chasing a crow?
Were you not angry, for did you not know,
That the crow stole her egg right out of her nest?
You shared her anger and that was the best
That you could do for that poor mother bird.
The world’s full of injustice, I know you have heard.
Ah, now remember the day we had planned
A trip to the beach to play in the sand,
But you woke in the morning to the sound of the rain
Out on the roof-top and on each window pane.
How angry you were to think that it could
Rain on the beach as well as the woods.
Now, as you grow older, soon you will find
That you can feel anger of an other kind.
You’ll be angry at those who find fault with you
When you think that you’ve done the best you can do.
You’ll be angry at me when I’m angry at you,
Or when I make you do what you don’t want to do,
When I have to teach you and don’t know what to do
To help you to see it’s important to you.
So I’m angry at you and I’m angry at me,
For all I can do is stand there helplessly.
Or maybe I’ll yell, I might even scream,
For that moment my hope is as lost as it seems.
Then, you may acquiesce because that is your love
Till someday you’ll know what I’m speaking of.
And because you know that anger’s not sin
We’ll be able to make up again and again.
So never fear the feelings we have
Or deny that you feel what all of us have.
Make friends with anger and, like you and I,
You’ll be able to reason and understand why.
Say, “Anger, my friend, come rushing in.
Tell me your tale that we may begin
To discuss and subdue it into a sigh.”
For anger is fleeting when recognized.

4.10 Anger
Anger makes a dull man witty,
But keeps him poor in eternity,
A man shrinks when he is angry,
And grows in tranquil serenity.
When anger flow in the body,
You lose your temper - your folly,
When distempered - a tragedy,
You lose reason - a calamity.
Anger at lies last in infinity,
Anger at truth is momentary,
Speech - when you are angry,
Will but make you feel sorry.
It is not worth being angry,
And any threat is a folly,
Reason is your tool mighty,
Think of consequences finally.
Anger causes resentment only,
A headache and tension clearly,
Forgiveness propels growth surely,
With laughter and lightness totally.

Anger!
early morning anger,
raw, jagged edges,
cant-feed-my-family,
cant-pay-the-rent....
anger!
pounding my fists
against a stone wall,
anger!
working, scuffing, trying
to just get by...
anger!
just like so many others,
all of us, struggling
just to keep going...
anger!
standing up, marching,
sitting down, making a statement,
anger!
turning this anger
into positive action...
the key!

Anger 2
Someone pointed out that anger is a necessary emotion,
Just like others as happiness or sadness as another version,
Yes, I can see their point, they are the child of the Earth
See the logic what goes on over the earthly dirt.
However, I saw many angry people who use anger to step on others
Not because it is necessary, but they are frustrated & want to show their powers.
Beware of the angry person he/she destroys also her own body,
Ending up with heart attack or such instead of a happy melody.
Usually angry people are rude and unmannered,
I found in my life, they are not recommended
I personally choose the calm and peaceful ways,
Give my blessings, but keep them far from me in my days.
If you choose the humiliation over and over, , you can have it.

Lamentation of a deity
The god laments:
Ewuru! Ewuru! You have uncovered my nakedness!
You have thrown sand upon my banquet
And joined strangers to vilify me.
I, who was once your fathers pride
They neither ate nor drank until they feed their precious bride!
I, who once craddled you in my arms, now i prove
But a scorn to you and your new found love
You thrust a knife into my heart and say 'die'!
Die! Die! Can the breathless die?
Not even a decent burial will you arrange
But your fathers, such entreaties to my shrine would they engage!
For then when i hiss they all begin to cry
The god is angry! the god is angry! , even when i sigh
The women run into their rooms in terror
Aru! Men shake thier heads in horror
For my visit is mixed with a terrible anger
Grains, wine and blood they lay before my alter
A sacrifice of bribery, yes of bribery!
Appease! Appease! They offer to my fiery
But you, Ewuru, have cultivated a heart to hate me
Like a chick, you run afer another she
I, who once from ages to ages
Must now repose, like a mere man to his hades
But remember me! You and your household
A fearsome god indeed in the days of old
Ha! Ewuru! I die, but this is madness
I say madness! !
Ewuru:
Rest! Shall the heavens grant thee grace
And the earth her solemn peace
For only in lines shall i bear
Thy deeds, but then who cares to hear
Fret not for thine abandoned soul and fame
The world must never remain the same
For all are part of a system neither of us had made
And like thee, i soon, before it, shall finally fade
Season must come with its own drunkeness
perhaps this is all madness
Indeed i say madness! !

A Poem of Tears in the Darkness
Now you've gone away all I can hear is the whispering of blood in my veins
And the loud clamour of tears in the darkness.
I used to be so afraid, so very afraid, that you'd reject my love,
Now I feel the nails pierce my hands and feet
While the soldiers are laughing below as they barter for my clothes.
Did I always know it would end in crucifixion?
I dared to love against the odds and the angry gods are punishing me for my blasphemy.
It's very hard to see things clearly now
And not to blame you for the hurt inside.
I love you so much still, my dear sweet enemy,
But really I should hate you and turn away.
There has been slaughter for less than this,
Blood spilt in anger that cries out from the ground.
How could I ever hate you?
The gods demand a sacrifice.
They are breaking my body like you broke my heart
And a voice proclaims 'You will never escape this sorrow! '

Circle Of Love
The circle of love as you well know
Started off very slow.
It all started with the creation of man
For all this was in GODS plan.
Man instinctively protected his mate
From any and all dooming faiths.
And the women learned how to clothe and feed their man
So that they could protect and feed off the land.
This was the beginning of the circle of love
And has lasted throughout the ages
And is noted in histories pages.
Now that circle has gotten to you and I
And we can’t change it, no matter how we try.
It started off at our birth, with the love from
Our mother and father, and nowadays
It’s gotten much harder.
Unlike the days of the cave mans life
Where they protected their children and wives.
Everything has to do with money
And that’s not very funny.
For now they put the dollar
Above all that we see in life
And to feed our families it becomes a sacrifice.
But this circle of love will continue to strive
For it is built in most of mankind.

Fundamental of Liar Chapter CXXXVIII: Anger
Why it makes you angry?
Because you care
Because it disturbs your peaceful life
Because it insults you
Because it is true
Because you are not prepared
Who could make you angry?
It is someone you hold dear in your heart
It is someone you could not bend to your will
It is someone who doesn't understand about you
It is someone who has a power in you
It is everyone in the world
How do you do in your anger?
Do you unleash harsh words without thinking clear?
Do you kick and slam everything near you?
Do you keep it hidden?
Do you manage to push harder?
Do you plan for something malicious to show them who you are?
What left in you after the anger?
Will you regret it?
Will you feel relieved?
Will it still scratch to be set free?
Will you be able to look from the other side?
Will it always be remembered?
And which affect you the most in anger?
The hurt when the trust is broken
The shame when you can't control the anger
The depression when you think you don't even have a right to be angry
The weakness when everything seems turn wrong
The loneliness when you don't actually know the reason
