Globalisation has made us more vulnerable. It creates a world without borders, and makes us painfully aware of the limitations of our present instruments, and of politics, to meet its challenges.

Truly, the challenges we face are not Democratic challenges or Republican challenges. In fact, they are not political challenges at all; they are fiscal challenges, and educational challenges, and the challenges of figuring out how to take care of each other.

If I Had Fed On Thoughts Of Limitations

If I had fed on thoughts of limitations,
You would not know...
How to spell my name correctly.
Or be aware of my existence.
Or hear me laugh.
Cry.
Or wonder why...
I accept defeat gracefully.
To me defeat is fleeting.
If not self inflicted.

You see...
And you do not have to agree with me.
Each step forward I decide to take...
I make.
To only compete with myself in the doing.

If I had fed on thoughts of limitations,
I would not be aware I could reach beyond them.
There would be too many excuses,
To use to pick from right under my feet.

War...

war creates fighting that kills everyone...
war creates hate where love should be...
war creates tears that will never dry away...
war creates pain that wont go away...
war creates sadness that wont feel better...
war creates destruction that will take too long to fix...
war blinds us of what’s right or wrong...
war steals us of the right to be happy...
war creates gaps that keep us apart...
war creates a fire you cant put out...
war drops bombs on our hopes and dreams...
war creates children without a father, no one to tuck them in at night...
war makes it hard for a parent to say “everything will be alright” when then don’t even have anyone that they can say “good night”.
war scars a child's mind with things they cant erase...
war makes a good nights sleep a living hell...
war creates nightmares that are never-ending dreams and then, just screams
war creates guilt that eats you alive inside...
war makes you see things that make you scream inside...
war creates scars when all you've seen is blood and more...
war only leaves death when every body drops to the floor...
war creates silence after it ends, so how long till it starts again?
and when all the willing that will fight, die and say their last good night
the war will end, the living will mourn, all for peace but what was it all for? For all those people who died, just so now everyone alive, can do nothing to cope but cry...

As I grew up in that world and saw how much it affected her world and how much it affected our childhood, it made me very aware of politics. Of course, I have my own private feelings and thoughts, but I don't care to share them.

Weary

Weary, sometimes I get so weary.
I lay myself right down.
I wonder why I get weary?
The feeling makes me frown.
I just don'; t like it.
It makes me mad.
I take for granted
that what I had
should not be missing now.
And yet I sense somehow
that all the living I have done
has made me tired. It's like a ton,
a heavy, heavy weight I feel
that challenges me to take a rest
and challenges me to do what's best
and stop worrying about
getting weary.

Three Worlds

I see a world
Where love exists
The source
Of everything

A world of Beings
Who recognize
A connection
To ALL that is

There are
No borders
No prejudice
No anger hate
Or greed

Where all that is
Is all that they
Will ever need

I see a world
Where power is
The quest of
Every soul

Where separation
Alienates
Makes enemies
Of everyone

There are borders
Everywhere
As well, as prejudice

Fear ignites
All their actions
And nothing
Is taboo

Between these worlds
A world exists
Which knows not
Love or fear

Whose Beings
Surrender
To the beauty
Of life

And let it be
What it is
There are no borders
No separation

There’s observation
Appreciation
And creation
Never ending

One Moment
ONE with ALL
About ALL

When you're talking with a person at this level of the government, at the very highest level, I think you have to be very discreet because he, President Clinton, is very aware that anything he says publicly can have a profound impact on American politics and on world politics.

Keeping Identified One's Own Insecurities

Those who preach their racist ideals,
Isolate themselves within a biasness...
To inflict restrictions and discomfort.

Keeping identified one's own insecurities,
Does not an expansive mind make.
Or invite inspired enlightened solutions.

A limited consciousness is exposed.
And creates its own defeating challenges.
With proposed enforced limitations.

Weapons made and sold to incite division,
Eventually has its own consequences.
With a convincing to choose power over thought.

There is a need to agonize others into fear.
While a self destruction,
Is noticed.

And appears!
Too late...
For a successful awakening that could heal.

'You talking 'bout White or Black folks?
Or both? '

This is about the destruction of humanity!
Whomever is declaring to be qualified.

If we would lead outside our borders, if we would help those who need our assistance, if we would meet our responsibilities to mankind, we must first, all of us, demolish the borders which history has erected between men within our own nations — barriers of race and religion, social class and ignorance. Our answer is the world's hope; it is to rely on youth. The cruelties and the obstacles of this swiftly changing planet will not yield to obsolete dogmas and outworn slogans. It cannot be moved by those who cling to a present which is already dying, who prefer the illusion of security to the excitement and danger which comes with even the most peaceful progress. This world demands the qualities of youth: not a time of life but a state of mind, a temper of the will, a quality of the imagination, a predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease.

How Should I?

Right now it is complete darkness. The darkness is also present in life and very little hope seems to be present now. Nothing is present, such less light is over here. Cannot actually express that how vulnerable I am feeling now. Too much hope is not good although so little light also makes it almost impossible to survive. Often finding the way out of such situations becomes next to impossible. Finding love turns to be next to impossible, then how should I define life?

Love To Be Vulnerable

I am vulnerable
To the tempting depth of the sky
and the stars beyond my eye.
I am vulnerable
To the damp green moss
The soil soaks in
To the smell of dreams
an evening of birdsongs exude.
I love to be vulnerable
To the belief that this world
Despite the stinks of hatred
Will survive by love!

An Internet Culture!

It unites people,
Creates friendships
And develops love!

It makes publication of
Articles, short stories,
Novels and poems
Easier than before!

It makes impossible things possible
And makes talents never go waste in life!

Internet culture has made the big world
Into small village within the palm of man!

The development of this culture
Will make life better than before!

Mission Assigned To The Position

Challenges faced everyday,
To remain emotionally vulnerable...
With an accepting of what takes place,
Is the mission assigned to the position...
Of one who lives fated to create.

Awakening each day,
As if with eyes of an innocent child...
Gets less difficult for the one,
Who has been committed to a life lived...
Not to be experienced by everyone to reconcile.

And those who sit believing,
This kind of mentality can be critiqued...
Are not living twenty four hours a day,
With a mind creating barely getting rest.
Only to momentarily 'allowed' to sleep.

Challenges faced everyday,
To remain emotionally vulnerable...
With an accepting of what takes place,
Is the mission assigned to the position...
Of one who lives fated to create with focus.

Dirt Dumpers

What makes dirt dumpers think,
That where one chooses to live...
Associate with,
Go, eat and drink...
Has limitations on their abilities.
Or the credibility of their deeds.

What makes dirt dumpers think,
The ones they pre-judge by appearances...
Aren't invited to sit with the elite,
And choose to be alone at night...
Since they have peace of mind,
And this is what they are determined to keep!

What makes dirt dumpers think,
Their becoming aware of their own surroundings...
Has come too late to appreciate those,
They smeared with innuendos...
That generated a loathing and a creating of bad taste.

What makes dirt dumpers think,
The ones they have chosen to do this on...
Have tried too many times to warn them,
Their performances have cut their own noses.
And slit their own throats.
To leave them choking in their own polluted air.

'I don't need eyes in my head,
To know or see the things you have done...
And still do.
You are amongst seeds...
Within a rotting apple.'

Borders

Past the borders that divides us
of seeing, feeling, hearing and tasting
past thoughts, sensations of you and me
the ways how

we experience each other, the reality,
I want to go deeper to you
so that somewhere there
my inner eyes, my thoughts penetrate

to that which is the essence of our humanity
and in simplicity I do not want to wait longer
past the empty and vain game with a deeper meaning
not heeding the shallow things of the world

so that we can be aware of that which is holy,
more splendid and base love on eternal light.

Its A Mans World

This is a mans world, this is a mans world
But it wouldnt be nothing without a woman or a girl
You know man made a car to take us over the road
Man made the train to carry heavy loads
Man made electric lights to take us out of the dark
Man made a boat for the water just like noah made the ark
Think about a little baby girl and a little baby boy
Man makes then happy cause man makes them toys
And after man has made everything, everything in the world he can
Man makes money to buy some other man

Guitar

Made up of six strings.
Has neck and body.
Just like a human being.

Sounds of the strings makes me smile.
Playing it and singing makes me more satisfy.
Whenever I see my guitar.
It makes me think of sitars.

Both are musical instruments.
Played by the musicians.
One time or two time.
Doesn't matter how many times...
