Col. Shaffer is prohibited by his lawyer from talking. He's at great risk. They want to take away his pay and his health care benefits so they can hold it over his head and not allow him to talk while he's under suspension. This is not America.

One state retiree, 49 years old, paid, over the course of his entire career, a total of $124,000 towards his retirement pension and health benefits. The good news is, Americans know firsthand the benefits of a free market - more choices, lower prices, higher quality - and there is no reason why we cannot help them see these same benefits in health care.

To My Best Friend
You are my best friend
In the whole entire world.
And you always will be.
When I first met you,
Yeah, I was nervous, too.
But I knew there was something special.
When I talk to you,
I feel good inside.
Like nothing could possibly go wrong.
When I'm sad,
You cheer me up,
And make me laugh and smile.
And I do the same for you.
You're there for me.
You talk to me,
And tell me everything's gonna be okay.
And you mean everything you say.
And also, when I'm down,
You'd probably wipe my tears,
And hold my hand,
Comforting me.
I know you'd do this,
Because you've told me you care.
I love you, and you love me.
That's more than I could ask for.
If you were gone,
Heck, I'd miss you like crazy.
But I'd live for you,
And go on because that's what you'd want.
I'd risk anything,
I'd risk my life for you.
And we both know why.
You're my BEST FRIEND.

Hey brother, why do you want me to talk?
Hey brother, why do you want me to talk?
Talk and talk and the real things get lost.
Talk and talk and things get out of hand.
Why not stop talking and think?
If you meet someone good, listen a little, speak;
If you meet someone bad, clench up like a fist.
Talking with a wise man is a great reward.
Talking with a fool? A waste.
Kabir says: A pot makes noise if it's half full,
But fill it to the brim - no sound.
Many soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan suffer from serious, long-term, physical and mental health problems, due to their service. It is unconscionable to cut the already limited health care benefits available to these brave men and women.

I Cant Hold Out
Written by homesick james williamson.
I just talked to my baby - on the telephone
She said, stop what your doing and - come on home
I cant hold out, I cant hold out to long
I get a real good feeling - talking to you on the phone
She said, daddy you know I love you your my hearts desire, um
Stay right here with you till the day I die
I cant hold out, I cant hold out to long
I get a real good feeling - talking to you on the phone
Oh yeah
Break:
She daddy you can run, walk or fly
Stay right here with you til the day I die
I cant hold out, I cant hold out to long
I get a real good feeling talking to you on the phone
Whoa yeah, talk a to me baby
Talk a to me baby
Talk to me baby
Talk a to me baby
I get a real good feeling - talking to you on the phone

Love Benefits
The love benefits from the Creator had made us what we are today,
Like the love benefits to your souls and that of mine.
Fromgenerations unto generations,
With the Universe being created out of love for you and i to live in;
And, there are more to learn from when it comes to love.
Love benefits,
It comes straight from the heart;
But ture love makes you grow without any question.
Love has no age and true love beautifies your body,
But love has it's specialities when you are in the mood;
And it makes you do things that you don't even think of.
It comes strainght from the heart,
Love changes the way you feel, talk and moves;
But when love calls on you,
You will always take care of your clothes.
Love benefits,
Matured love enhances your status-quo;
And you are the benefits of the changes in me.
What is love got to do?
It does many things than you think of,
Because it comes straight from the heart.

Still Loving Mas'sa
Yes'sa walmart
yes'sa Lowe's
yes'sa kfc
yes'sa Sam's club
yes'sa MC/Donald's
yes'sa burger king
etc...
You have kelp my people...
In the slave ring...
A non-living wage...
A non-comprehensive health care...
Working for you...
While seeking help at the county hospital...
Working for you and still...
Standing in a read line...
Tears are as the days of slavery...
Still loving mas'sa...
We had jobs even then...
No! health benefits...
Nop rise in wage...
There os no turn of the page...
Pimping me and mine...
Without wasting anytime...
Is still a crime...
Over time.
Non-amercians comes to this land...
Yet I am still less...then
That woman of man...
And you america gives me...
A job when you can...
And for that...
I stand.
Still loving Mas'sa...
Some food is better then no food...
Death means no food at all...
We've build many things in this land...
And America can't call me MAN.!
And for that I stand.
Lost my arm or leg...
Eye or ear...
And we still are not fee here.
Still loving mas'sa...
Respect me for who or what I am...
A man or woman with a family...
We need a comprehensive health care...
As well as a workable living wage...
I see 'willie lynch' at work here...
In this land of the free...
America your freedom and your willie lynch...
Works agaist me.
Mas'sa Mas'sa! let us be...
We evaluate our self esteem...
To those who died and the 'Dream'...
You my review if you will...
But our families 'America' you will not kill.
If you want me...
There is a standard,
You must OBEY.
A living wage starts today.
Do us as you do to others...
Respect us and our brothers.
A gun, we will not...
Pick up, and a dance we will not do.
So I guess there is no mo' loving you.
The constitution is remarkable...
And so is 'willie lynch'
God is watching in that sense...
So now we stand...
Not with rifle in hand...
But with paper and pin.
A man now and a man then.
Respect and self-esteem...
Will give us the know how...
Like that 'Apple a Day'
Education will be the way.
Still loving mas'sa,
We will no longer has to say...
My brothers and sisters before me,
Have made us see...
How to live in america and still be free.
Short not ourtselves,
And give life to everything else.

I Care 4 You
Mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm
Yeah, no, no, no, no, no
Yeah, yeah, oh, oh
Hey my baby
Why you lookin' so down?
Seems like you need lovin'
Baby you need a girl like me around
Hey my baby
Tell me why you cry
Here take my hand and, yeah mmm
Wipe those tears from your eyes
Can I talk to you? (can I talk to you?)
Comfort you (oh oh oh)
Let you know (just wanna let you know)
I care for you (ooh ooh)
Can I talk to you? (I wanna talk)
Comfort you (gotta let you know baby)
Let you know (I wanna let you know)
I care for you
Hey sexy baby
Why'd your girl leave you in pain?
To let a fine man like you go
She must be insane
Hey sexy baby
There's no need to worry, no
Oh boy, if you call on me
I'll come, I'll come in a hurry
Can I talk to you? (come on)
Comfort you (I love you)
Let you know (ohh, baby)
I care for you (I love you, yes I do)
Can I talk to you? (I wanna talk, oh)
Comfort you (give me chance)
Let you know (wanna let you know, gotta let you know)
I care for you
Hold on (hold on)
Stay strong (stay strong)
Press on (for me, baby)
I care for you (for you)
Hold on (hold on)
Stay strong (stay strong)
Press on (press on for me)
I care for you (baby)
Can I talk to you? (I, I wanna talk)
Comfort you (I wanna hold you tight, baby yeah)
Let you know (I wanna let you know)
I care for you (that I care for you)
Can I talk to you? (ooh..)

Fundamental Of Liar Chapter CXVIII: I’m Just Talking To Myself
I’m not talking to you
I’m not talking to anyone
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not grumbling
I’m not cursing
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not insane
I’m not in trance
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not mocking
I’m not threatening
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not sharing secret
I’m not hiding something
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not mad
I’m not in rage
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not jealous
I’m not envious
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not afraid
I’m not in pessimism thought
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not whining
I’m not complaining
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not depressed
I’m not in foul mood
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not blaming
I’m not accusing
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not in denial
I’m not in confusion
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not informing
I’m not warning
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not against you
I’m not rebelling
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not help you
I’m not assist you
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not running some plot
I’m not in a mischief plan
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not in great grudge
I’m not in revenge mind
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not suspicious
I’m not curious
I’m just talking to myself
I’m not saying sorry
I’m not saying thank you
I’m just talking to myself

California Sex Lawyer
I'm going coast to coast
I'm going nation-wide
I've got my hand on the trigger
Got my girl by my side
I've got the looks that kill
I've got a license to love
I've got a german shepard
And his name is Doug
I'm heading for the sun
I'm gunna become
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
Well it's not fair, but baby I dont care
I've got big ideas
I've got back up plans
I've got the cha-cha-charisma
Got the slight of hand
I'm gunna do some damage
Gunna bust some heads
I'm gunna go the distance
Then I'm going to bed
I'm heading for the sun
I'm gunna become
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
Well it's not fair, but baby I dont care
I'm heading for the sun
I'm gunna become
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
Well It's not fair
It's not fair

America
(Francis Scott Key)
Oh, say, can you see
By the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed
At the twilight's last gleaming
Whose broad stripes and bright stars
Through the perilous fight
O'er the ramparts we watched were so
Gallantly streaming?
America, America, America
America, America, America
And the rocket's red glare
The bombs bursting in air
Gave proof through the night
That our flag was still there
Oh, say, does that star
Spangled banner yet wave
Over the land of the free
And the home of the brave!
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America
ooohhh

Why won't you talk to us
Why wont you talk to us,
You normally dont act like this,
We've never seen you like this.
The way you're acting,
Thats something we've never seen in you,
You were never like this,
Why are you changing now?
Why wont you talk to us,
We need our real friend back,
I can't stand to see you like this,
NO one can have any real fun,
When your acting like someone new.
We don't know who you are anymore,
No one has the slightest clue.
Why aren't you talking to us,
No one is having fun,
You're ruingin what we have as friends.
Why aren't you talking to us,
Do you really care about us,
Do you understand what your doing,
Just please what we are feeling.
We try so hard not to notice,
But it doesn't feel quite right,
I dont think you quite understand this,
But its like you don't even care.
Do you care without the fun the fun or not,
You normally make the fun more enjoyable,
Or you would join in in the fun,
Now its like you dont even want to do anything.
Why wont you talk to us,
Did we do something to upset you,
Was it something we did,
Tell us something we can do,
Vause you are scaring us now.
You're frightening us,
By the way you act,
You're being so different,
You worry us to death,
Can you tell one of us,
Just help us understand what to do,
So you can finally talk to us again,
Then go back to the way things were,
Or try to put all the thigs back together.....

Our system of private health insurance that fails to provide coverage to so many of our citizens also contributes to the double-digit health care inflation that is making America less competitive in the global economy.

I have stood on the front lines of the health care system as a doctor, patient and concerned parent. Those experiences have served as my guideposts throughout the struggle to reform America's health care system. And it's those same experiences that tell me that fear and election hysteria should not overshadow the reality of reform.
