Criticize the act, not the person.

For Them 'That' Goes Unrecognized
Sad are those who sit and criticize.
With nothing to value but a love to despise.
Everything done is for them to undo.
No matter who does it.
Or how it is pursued.
Sad are those who sit and criticize.
With nothing to value but a love to despise.
Self centered with a selfishness.
For them 'that' goes unrecognized.
But for those who see them for who they are...
There is a desire to get away from them.
Quickly when it is noticed.
With wishes to get away from them and far.
Sad are those who sit and criticize.
With nothing to value but a love to despise.
And suffering from unmasked disguises,
From their own sense of failure.

The person who has many faults is usually the first to criticize others. Put something off for one day, and ten days will pass.
Do What I Like
Key:- r:- ray
A:- anita
R: come let me enter in your brain
You know how it goes no pain, no gain
Im a rough young brother, I care about another
I thank my life to my dad and my mother
Searching like a hunter, always into something
You wanna be down? first stop fronting
Please dont speak, pass me the mic
Cause no matter what you say Ill do what I like
A: this is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
This is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
cause I do, do what I like
This is my life and Im satisfied
And I do, do what I like
Its the way I live my life!
R: rumours and lies start from the mouth
People hear little things and they start to shout
You see me on t.v. or a magazine cover
Lose our bonus, move under cover
Living that kind of effect, Im in demanded
I do my thing when I on demanded
You dont even know how I live my life
Dont point your finger cause Ill do what I like
A: this is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
This is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
cause I do, do what I like
This is my life and Im satisfied
And I do, do what I like
Its the way I live my life!
A: do what you like
Do what you like
Do what you like
Do do what you like
R: yeah!
Dont give a damn
Dont give a damn
A: do what you like
R: dont give a damn
Dont give a damn
A: do what you like
R: come on!
A: this is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
This is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
cause I do, do what I like
This is my life and Im satisfied
And I do, do what I like
Its the way I live my life!
A: do what you like
Do what you like
Do what you like
This is my life! oh!

We criticize mothers for closeness. We criticize fathers for distance. How many of us have expected less from our fathers and appreciated what they gave us more? How many of us always let them off the hook?

Don’t condemn the past
We don’t expect ‘tomorrow’
To criticize ‘today’.
Must we allow ’today’
To criticize ‘yesterday’?
The present has no standing
To condemn the past

What Does One Say To Another
What does one say to another,
Who has absorbed much disrespect.
Knowing it has been undeserved...
And yet this is what,
One undeserving gets.
What does one say to another,
After participating in that person's...
Character assassination?
And the person is aware of it...
Since where both live,
This is part of the environment.
What does one say to another,
When it is discovered...
Someone has been playing,
Easy to victimize!
Easy to criticize.
Easy to deceive and lie upon!
And yet...
Has protected the backs,
Of those who have ignorantly attacked...
Like that!
What does one say to another,
When that fact has been revealed?
What does one say to another,
Once they have awakened...
To find themselves setback and trapped,
By a lack of wisdom to comprehend...
How life should be lived to respect and not offend.
And...
'Who' ultimately wins.

Feelings cause behaviours.
You attack a system, assault a tradition,
Criticize a person, condemn a practice,
Scorn the lowly and pass on judgment
Just to feel a sense of superiority.
You support a system, applaud a tradition,
Appreciate a person, follow a practice,
Pity the lowly and seek judgment
Just to feel a sense of security.

What Can One Person Do
(n. rodgers/g. smith)
What can one person do
More than a little bit
More than a little bit
Can I fight the battle
All by myself
Can I make a miracle happen
As long as I can think
And got my health
Ill never stop
Im too strong for that
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
Everyones gotta move
What they can move
The faithful can sometimes move mountains
When your faith is right
You will never lose your heart, your hope
Or your good friends
Dont be overcome by frustrations
Live up to your highest expectations
Im tellin you just for your information
Just for, just for your information
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
Looked into my soul and suspected
That Im gonna take, gonna take on the unexpected
Walked into the fire unprotected
Walk into the fire
What can one person do
What can one person be
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me
What can one person do
When its one like you
When its one like me

Have You Done Great Things
The way you look
the way you talk
you seem to know
every little thing of me...
You criticize me
I will accept that
have you done great things
Have you given food
to a hungry stranger?
Have you given shelter
to a homeless neighbor?
You criticize me
I will accept that...
Have you done great things?

Positive Thinker
Am I a good thinker?
Can I see what others don't?
Am I a daring person?
Can I do what others do not like to do?
Or others are afraid to do?
Am I a creative and imaginative person?
Can I see the invisible?
Can I feel the intangible?
Can I achieve the impossible?
Am I a contemplating person?
Am I a self-reflective person?
Am I a confidence person?
Am I a self-reliance person?
Can I be a perfect person?
Can I be a clever person?
Can I be a smart thinker person?
Above all,
I prefer to be
A simple person
With a positive attitude,
Not only accept positive things,
But willing to accept negative things.

A Reflection
At one time I was blind
Blinded by the person in the mirror
The person in the mirror
Was someone I didn't like
A person that was full of anger
Anger which know one could stop
A person who was dishonest
A person who lied to themselves
A person who lied, cheated and stole
This person scared me
Yet the reflection I seen
Was me
How could this be me?
I didn't like this person I was looking at
That person couldn't of been me
Yet it was time to face the facts
This was me
This is who I'am
Now I know I had to change
If I didn't like this person
Then who would like this person?

Only person
I am the only person
Responsible here.
Only person wellknown in the market
Only person to love
Only person to show life with open eyes.
The life is an empty vessel
The life you like and
If you like you can puton
Anything you like
If you like you can putoff
All your programme
And held me responsible
For all lapses committed by you.
I am the person
The only person
Who is yours
Only yours
Only person
The only person.

Chased By Limitation and Jealousies
All their lives they sit back to criticize others.
Only to discover they have chosen lives,
To produce nothing to identify they had arrived...
Whether to criticize or not.
The importance of it goes ignored.
As those they found worthy of critique,
Often found themselves with little time to speak...
Between deeds and opportunities.
To leave those with time to find their tomorrows,
Chased by limitation and jealousies welcomed.
With an abundance of laziness...
And no motivation.
None to inspire...
What having a dream means.

Innuendo, Gossip 'And' LIES!
Isn't it easy for you to sit and criticize?
With nothing you do to be held accountable to.
With no responsibility...
But to approve or disapprove as you choose.
And say what you like and dislike about others.
And who you have chosen to agonize and despise.
With innuendo, gossip and lies!
'Oh my...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' lies? '
That's right...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' LIES!
'Ewww...
That's awful! '
Isn't it easy for you to sit and criticize?
Without one effort made to create and strategize.
And those all day and night sleepless work binges...
Could not approach or touch,
Your lazy appetite for life!
Since what you do best,
Is make attempts to initiate unrest!
With innuendo, gossip and lies!
'Oh my...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' lies? '
That's right...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' LIES!
'Oh my...'
Isn't it easy for you to sit and criticize?
With nothing you do to be held accountable to.
With no responsibility...
But to approve or disapprove as you choose.
And say what you like and dislike about others.
And who you have chosen to agonize and despise.
'Don't say it!
Not with...'
Yep,
That's right...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' LIES!
'Oh my...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' lies? '
That's right...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' LIES!
People like you who do nothing but criticize,
Are pitiful!
Despicable.
Obnoxious and unwise.
Doing what you do to antagonize people's lives.
'Oh,
Please allow me to say it...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' lies? '
That's right...
Innuendo, gossip 'and' LIES!
'Oh my! '

A Normal Person
The normal person only copes
By watching television soaps
And sees revealed on the demon box
His deepest fears and highest hopes.
Unlike you jerks that criticize
Our hero's really very wise -
You'd think he'd never been to school,
He's far too smart, he's far too cool,
And since he doesn't use his brain
He's well-adjusted, not insane!
The Truth for him is plain to see
Shown ex cathedra on T.V.

What I Appreciate
I appreciate
A person who acknowledge
His or her mistakes
I appreciate a person
Who apologizes
And doesn't hesitate
I appreciate
A person who makes
You believe
What they say because
They mean it truly
I appreciate
A person who keeps their word
After all it's what I deserve
I appreciate
A person who's apology
I can accept
Because it will be sincere
And I can forgive and forget it
I appreciate
Having someone I admire
It is my desire
I appreciate a person
Like this I would
Be truly flattered
For it's important
And to me it matters
So I know you are wondering
Can I do the same thing.....
Absolutely

When A Person Does Not Know What To Do With Himself
WHEN A PERSON DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH HIMSELF
When a person does not know what to do with himself
When a person feels empty
When a person feels everything he had done and everything he can do do is meaningless
When a person is bored
When a person does not know what to do with himself
And wonders why he is on this earth
And how he will endure more of it
When a person does not know what to do with himself
He must do any little thing he can do
To get himself going-
He must wash the dishes or clean the house or take something to eat or take a small walk or read a page
Or do any one of a million or more other small things to get himself going
And once he is going he must somehow go on and on and from this to something else
So that at some point somewhere along the way somehow
He is doing something
Perhaps not that great
But doing something
And in doing something
Perhaps forgetting about himself
A bit
Perhaps.

Am I not a person?
Am I not a person?
It would appear.
That im not a person.
Not quite human.
More like a zombie so to say.
Am I not a person?
That is the question.
Im not a person.
Not quite human.
An emotionless wrekage.
Within the walls of brakeage.
Am I not quite a person?
Im not quite humane.
Not quite the person.
I once used to be.
Am I a person?
Or just a big mess.
And a sorry excuse
For a person?
Im not quite a person.
This I do now no.
Im more like a zombie.
Am I not quite a person.
Nope Im not.
I just one sad sorry mess.
A zombie of my formerself.
Just a sad sorry mess.
And a pethetic excuse
For a life.

All Metaphor
The problem is metaphoric;
I live inside lines
which only approximate
but do not satisfy.
I'm symbol and artifact
but lack the substance of reality;
I kiss sometimes imitating
how the book says I should.
I talk
imitating
my favorite
movie star.
The difficulty is
I can remember
deciding what kind of personality
I would have at 13;
something low maintenance
I thought;
I'm not naturally effusive;
rather shy
so I decided to be low-key
and mysterious
and attract attention like that.
My look is straight
from the comic book character
I most admired at 10.
Hasn't changed much.
I don't know really how to love
but feel most in love
when I think about it
when I think I have gotten a bargain
in the other person;
you know
getting away with something;
That person is better looking than
me-a bargain
has more friends than me
has more to offer than me;
so me with him
is a bargain.
I know I should feel more
in love and friendship
but I don't really.
So I send cards and gifts.
I know I should be a better parent
so I buy and just follow the books;
as long as I do what they say
no one can criticize me.
You see what I mean?
All Metaphor.
