We felt like we had done as much as you can do with the slasher genre. We were trying to find the next group of scary movies that were ripe for parody.

I always wanted to get into the horror genre. I like scary movies. I want to go to the fan shows and sign posters with my head hanging by a thread like a B-movie actress.

All these horror movies are slasher film now. I like them, they're fun, but they wink at the audience and you're really not terrified through the movie.

In horror, character development is often pushed aside in favor of the shock value. The best genre movies to me are movies like The Shining. You had a connection to the characters in that film.

It's like why people read scary books or go see scary movies. Because it creates a distance. They're scared, but they're not going to get hurt.

I'm less interested in slasher, and go more for roles that can affect you on a personal level. I'm interested in human empathy in the movies I see, and in the ones I am a part of.

I never play a villain that I don't have something I can either do or say so the audience sees there is something redeemable about them. In other words, I don't want to do evil for evil's sake. I don't want to do Jason slasher movies. There's no point in that.

Scary But Fun
The first time you rode your bicycle down the streets, you fell on your hands,
(? ) and bruises, the first time you dropped then you ran,
Scary but fun, take a chance in life you have one/won,
A little bit scary, but fun, did you forget what its like to be young?
I remembered I learned how to water-ski, and the road ran over my head,
Broke several bones in my body, I got right up and did it again
Scary but fun take a chance in life you have one/won,
A little bit scary, but fun, did you forget what its like to be young,
See you standing on the corner, watching lights as the action goes by,
Hearing music coming from the neighbour, as they sit in the silence, hear them cry,
Take to your wings, butterfly,
Scary, but fun, crazy, but so much fun,
Scary, but fun, crazy, but so much fun,
Scary but fun, take a chance in life you have one/won,
Scary, little bit scary, but fun, did you forget what its like to be young?
Fun! (x3)
Fun! (x3)
Fun! young! fun!
Im a little bit scary, but Im fun,
Just a little scary, but so much fun,
Fun.

It's just a way of trying to get to a third thing that's not particular to any quote-unquote genre. It's been great for me; it's really opened me up and gotten me to use that part of my imagination. It's very scary in a lot of ways, and just as exciting.

Is It Scary?
Theres a ghost out in the hall
Theirs a goul beneath the bed
Now its coming through the walls
Now its coming down the stairs
Then theres screaming in the dark
Hear the beating of his heart
Can you feel it in the air
Ghosts be hiding everywhere
Im gonna be
Exactly what you wanna see
Its you whose haunting me
Your warning me
To be the stranger
In your life
Am I amusing you
Or just confusing you
Am I the beast
You visualised
And if you wanna to see
Eccentrialities
Ill be grotesque
Before your eyes
Let them all materialise
Is that scary for you baby
Am I scary for you oh
Is it scary for you baby
Is it scary for you
You know the stranger is you
Is it scary for you baby
Theres a creak beneath the floor
Theres a creak behind the door
Theres a rocking in the chair
But nobody sitting there
Theirs a ghostly smell around
But nobody to be found
And a coughin and a yawnin
Where restless souls spoke
Im gonna be
Exactly what you gonna see
So did you come to me
To see your fantasies
Performed before your very eyes
A haunting ghostly treat
The foolish trickery
And spirits dancing
In the light
But if you came to see
The truth the purity
Its here inside
A lonely heart
So let the performance start
Is that scary for you baby
Am I scary for you oh
Am I scary for you baby
Am I scary for you
So tell me is it scary for you baby
So tell me is it crazy for you baby
Am I scary for you
You know the stranger is you
Am I scary for ya
Masquerade the heart
Is the height of haunting souls
Just not what you seek of me
Can the heart reveal the proof
Like a mirror reveals the truth
See the evil one is you
Is that scary for you baby
Am I scary for you oh
Am I scary for you baby
Is it scary for you
So tell me am I scary for you baby
Am I scary for ya baby
Is is scary for ya baby
Am I scary for you
(I dont wanna talk about it)
Am I scary for you baby
Am I scary for you
Im tired of being abused
You know youre scaring me too
I see the evil is you
Is it scary for you baby

Sad Movies
Sad movies always make me cry
Sad movies always make me cry
He said he had to work, so I went to the show alone.
They turned down the lights and turned the projector on.
And just as the news of the world started to begin,
I saw my darling and my best friend walking in.
Although I was sitting right there they didnn see me.
And so they both sat right down in the front of me.
And when he kissed her lips then I almost died.
And in the middle of the colour cartoon I started to cry.
Oh sad movies always make me cry
Sad movies always make me cry
Sad movies always make me cry
Sad movies always make me cry
And so I got on up and slowly I walked on home,
And mama saw the tears and said baby what is wrong.
And so just to keep from telling her a lie,
I just said sad movies makes me cry.
Oh sad movies always make me cry
Sad movies always make me cry
Sad movies always make me cry
Sad movies always make me cry
