Running The Risk
Seeing you, watching you
Watching me
I hold back my emotions
I keep them veiled in secrecy
I cant let go of this thing weve started
Wasnt looking for love
No conspiracy of the broken hearted
I dont know how far to go
Until Im gone, gone, gone
I couldnt see the danger
It was just a little taste of temptation
I could not read the silence
That was written on your face
But here comes that feeling again
And theres nothing more I can do
I keep running the risk of losing you
Theres nothing more I can say
Im still running the risk of you walking away
Im lost drowning in a sea of emotion
Ive got one simple need
I need you to feel my devotion
I dont know how far to go
Until Im gone, yeah gone
Its a complicated picture
Im all tangled up in temptation
I couldnt read the silence
That was written on your face
But here comes that feeling again
And theres nothing more I can do
I keep running the risk of losing you
Theres nothing more I can say
Im still running the risk of you walking away
Im running the risk of losing you
Im walking this tightrope
Youre my only hope
Theres nothing more I can do
I keep running the risk of losing you
Losing you
And theres nothing more I can do
I keep running the risk of losing you
Theres nothing more I can say
Im still running the risk of you walking away
Im running the risk of losing you
Im walking this tightrope
Darling, youre my only hope
Theres nothing more I can do
I keep running the risk of losing you
Im running the risk of losing you
Im telling you honey
This heart of mine cant run the risk
Of losing you again
Everything have made you do
Im still running the risk of losing you

I Would Rather Be Torquemagret
Finally managed to read through my political document
lamentators in sackcloth, strewing ash upon their heads,
explaining how Africa’s slavery is continuing, wallowing
in victimhood, descrying Ghadaffi’s demise
It cost me blood and tears to read through, anger made
my eyes go out of focus, luckily I heard life summoning
is important, not completion, the document helped me
to identify a desire which summoned life energy
It became my fervent wish that these self pitying martyrs
should embalm themselves in their happy victimhood;
I realise a bloodthirsty spiritual life is just right for me
being a member of the Spanish Inquisition
To help rid the world of people who insist on being victims
in the face of all contrary evidence, to purge the universe
of self fulfilling prophecies of doom and damnation and
all self defeating attitudes!

This is a time for a national conversation. A conversation about the document that binds us as a nation and a people. That document, of course, is the Constitution.

Risk
flowers
bloom
revealing
its inner
beauty
secrets
earth
blooms
shedding
age old secrets
women
bloom
men
bloom
slowly
but surely
everything reveals
what it really is!
risk or no risk!
Risk
And then the day came,
when the risk
to remain tight
in a bud
was more painful
than the risk
it took
to Blossom.

There is no surer way to misread any document than to read it literally. As nearly as we can, we must put ourselves in the place of those who uttered the words, and try to divine how they would have dealt with the unforeseen situation; and, evidence of what they would have done, they are by no means final.

I Would Rather Be…
Thirteen pages of absolute nonsense,
pure propaganda without an ounce of
truth, crass materialism, prejudice, lack
of understanding and insight – and you
want me not only to read this junk, but
to translate it also?
I would rather be consumed by a legion
of ants, be stung by a myriad bees, face
a ravenous lion or a rabid dog, rather be
crucified or stoned to death, than read
and translate such stupidity, rather start
digging to find the Tibetan tunnels
Mentioned in Good Omens, meet hostile
aliens conducting strange experiments on
human victims, seek for the ancient under-
ground cities described by Von Däniken,
rather walk barefoot over glowing coals,
be stuck on the SS Eldridge ship of the
Philadelphia Experiment, moving in and
out of time, running the risk of deep freeze
as explained by the elusive Victor Allende,
rather fly over the Bermuda Triangle or
confront the Japanese Devil Sea, rather
be stuck on the moon or fall into
An interminable rabbit hole, than read and
translate this document; every time I look
at it, the skin on my head starts to shrink,
I would rather be skinned alive by the last
of the Mohicans, have my heart torn out
still beating while I am alive
In sacrifice by the ancient Mayans, than
work on this piece of utter stupidity…

At Risk
At risk?
Those of an expressed intelligence.
And feeling it is shown,
To those known wishing to have it suppressed.
At risk...
These times not only suspected terrorists threat.
Those with a detected consciousness,
Have been witnessed to have the best affect...
Upon those who have slept.
But now have awakened.
And at risk is a conformity,
Opened eyes dare to break.
And from it willfully shakened.
With a more uplifted,
And respected patrioticness reflected.
That removes a need for greatness to be debated...
When again it is felt and not degraded.
By overrated propaganda...
At risk of being unbelieved as an achievement.

Closest Is Always The Most Fun
I like to do this irrational thing
Some spirit of irony beckons me forward
Into this folly and fun, so onward I charge, onward I fling
My heart's words into this inked paper, praying they are ignored
Because the subject I write of is right there
Yep she's right there
Right here
This is when and why I choose to write
Because she is right there
So I write, I like to write as she watches
In complete ignorance; or that's the idea
Maybe she does know, but probably not
No one can read my handwriting, no one can read my thought
She won't see through the metaphor
How could she know it's her, she'd never it is her who it's all for
I play this fun game of risk and love
Throw my inhibition and write when she's on my right
Haha, I can write whatever I want and no one
Will eve know, surely I have won
Surely they will not see it's about them
I even tell them I am writing
I even allude to what I am writing
So roll the dice, pick a card, buy a stock
Let's take the risk
I'll do it and you'll never know
Irony calls to me to make it more and more
Obvious, you don't even notice me
I dare you to notice this
I dare you.

No Risk, No Fun
Learn to wait,
But ask for fun.
Learn to risk,
To have more fun.
No risk, No fun
That's what I say.
No risk, No fun
I think it's true.

To Read And Read Again
TO READ AND READ AGAIN
To read and to read again
And to be left empty
By the abundance of words
Whose meanings multiplication
Erases all sense
Of their coherence
And our understanding.
To read and read again
As if in this pretence of learning
Salvation will come
To read and read again
And be forever dumb.

Risk Is Not Without Equal Risk.
My names John and as much I would like to say yes, I'd have say no. For I don't even know you.
Other then what's plastered across this page.
My age is not fictitious, and I'm not looking to get with some young party girl.
And I've read multiple of your poems and that's what it seems like you are.
As much as I'm not looking.
I am looking for a type, and I already don't think you come even close to fitting that bill.
And the next message will probably not so nice.
But I don't care.
If you can not be honest with yourself then theirs something wrong.
I don't live in a fantasy world.
You live in cali.
I live in pa.
So a lot of the interest dies right there.
I gave up everything for a girl once who lived in Florida, and it left me homeless.
I will never do that again.
Not for something I can not touch, taste, feel.
The words are emotionless and are not real.
Risk is not without equal risk.
