We are forced by the major publishers to include electronic rights in the contracts we make with publishers for new books. And there's very little we can do about that.

I tend to turn down books originally published as e-books. As for selling books directly to e-book publishers, I would do so only if all traditional publishers had turned them down.

He Is My Everything
(words & music by dallas frazier)
I long to be his possession
Oh, he is my everything
I remember my days of darkness
Without sunshine or sight to lead the way
But a whisper of his voice softly calling
To the arms of my maker to stay
He is my reason for living,
Oh he is the king of all kings
I long to be his possession,
Oh, he is my everything
After the lighting and thunder
After the last bell has rung
I want to bow down before him
And hear him say well done
He is my reason for living
Oh he is the king of all kings
I long to be his possession
Oh, he is my everything

Let It All Be Music
Music is a mirror
Near around my soul
Music is the spirit
Come on let it roll
Music is my nature
People have you heard
Music is my future
Music is the world
Let it all be music
People sing a song
Let it all be music
Let us sing it on and on and on and on
Lets play the music
My kind of music
Lets play the music
Play it on
Lets play the music
My kind of music
Lets play the music
Play it on and on and on
Music isnt somewhere
Music turns you right
Music is a fever
Leads you day and night
Music is like heaven
Where you wanna be
Music is religion
Music sets you free
Let it all be music
People sing a song
Let it all be music
Let us sing it on and on and on and on
Lets play the music
My kind of music
Lets play the music
Play it on
Lets play the music
My kind of music
Lets play the music
Play it on and on and on
Music is tomorrow
Music is today
Music is forever
Music is the way
Music is for women
Music is for men
Music is for children
Sing it all again
Let it all be music
People sing a song
Let it all be music
Let us sing it on and on and on and on
Lets play the music
My kind of music
Lets play the music
Play it on
Lets play the music
My kind of music
Lets play the music
Play it on and on and on
I can feel it, in my soul
I can feel it, in my heart

Your most precious possession is not your financial assets. Your most precious possession is the people you have working there, and what they carry around in their heads, and their ability to work together.

What is music?
What is music?
Music is the rhythm of the soul
Every beat, every tone, every melody
Is in sync with the natural vibe of your body
What is music?
Music is an outlet, from the everyday
It can take away the pain you feel
Or add to the excitement of a new day
What is music?
Music is something that never changes, just Evolves
Music brings people together of all ages
No matter what you believe in, music brings Common ground
What is music?
Music is my name
Music is who I am
Music is my life
Music is something that can’t be taken away
I will always and forever have MY music

There Goes My Everything
(words & music by dallas frazier)
There goes my only possession
There goes my everything
I hear footsteps slowly walking
As they gently walk across the lonely floor
And a voice is softly saying
Darling this will be goodbye for evermore
There goes my reason for living
There goes the one of my dreams
There goes my only possession
There goes my everything
As my memory turns back the pages
I can see the happy years weve had before
Now the love that kept this heart beating
Has been shattered by the closing of the door

There are a lot of people who really abused sampling and gave it a bad name, by just taking people's entire hit songs and rapping over them. It gave publishers license to get a little greedy.
Music is...
Music is...
Music is expression...
Music is freedom...
Music is the song of life...
Music is notes...
Music is noise...
Music is beat...
Music is relaxing...
Music is peace...
Music is loud...
Music is calm...
Music is meaningful...
Music is sound...
Music is heart...
Music is soul...
Music is mind...
Music is body...
Music is nature...
Music is language...
Music is the song of my life...
Music is everything...
Music is me...
Music is....

Vain
At one time I thought self publishing so vain,
but now I have done it a couple of times
I am not so sure anymore.
In the past, some great writers have done it.
They used to call it vanity publishing,
but they do not call it that anymore.
My first venture was to ensure a copywrite on a poem
some people kept trying to claim as their own.
My second effort was never meant for sale,
but done as a gift for two close friends.
Something that holds a little bit of me
whenever I am not around them.
My third effort has for far too long
lain on my shelf gathering dust.
However, at the time of writing it
everyone said this was going to be the one.
Sadly, at the time Agents and Publishers
would not entertain my humble work.
Now twenty-one years later
we will see who was right or wrong.
Those who enjoyed reading it
or the Agents and Publishers who declined it.
Am I vain or Am, I suffering from belief?
Only time can tell.

People Everywhere: Social Music (Original 11 03 2009)
PEOPLE EVERYWHERE: SOCIAL MUSIC
Original 11 03 3009
People everywhere over here over there people
In poor bread lines people in pony drawn carriages
People on a chariot with a rumble seat people on a
Climb on a mountain steep people on a dime on a
Corner on Wall Street –street people -people everywhere
Everywhere there’s a drummer. Where you going?
Everywhere you go you go with a beat you go with
Where the music is… where the music is “social man
What’s jazz? ” People everywhere just social that’s all
New Orleans people social all the way up river to
Kansas City on up to Chicago don’t make no difference
If your name is Santiago Obama Bergson Rothschild
Bush just social People -Montrose New York City
People social all the way to Rio Paris Johannesburg
Brazil Belize over all the bridges –London Suez
Toronto Montreal people in a dim café -social
People in church every weekday and everyday
Everywhere there’s a temple play -Joe’s Place
People social man -music social don’t make no
Difference where you get together whoever is playing
Just playing so you keep on playing with everybody
Playing -people play social music man –man or
Woman don’t understand just don’t stop playing
People everywhere want to be there to see it -up here
You playing social music -understand -just don’t
Stop playing -people everywhere get hungry lose
Patience -people everywhere not playing social music
When you stop playing social music people every-
Where stop –trying to figure out why everybody
Stop playing social music -nothing social about
Playing a whole lot of music -nothing truly social
In a lot of music -the next thing you know a short
Spell and before long you got wars breaking out
Stop playing and its hell -that’s not social any more.

Possession
If theres anything that you want
If theres anything that you need
Theres no need to be evasive
Money talks and its persuasive
Possession
Now youre sending me your best wishes
Signed with love and vicious kisses
You lack lust, youre so lacklustre
Is that all the strength you can muster
Possession
Even when we are out of touch
Now I know that Ive seen too much
Seen too much
So I see us lying back to back
My case is closed my case is packed
Ill get out before the violence
Or the tears or the silence
Possession

Music Stops the Heart Song
The heart is a priceless possession,
The music it sings is a love song;
Sung by the angeli de la sortia.
The voices are sweet like the ripe plum in spring,
But heartfelt as the divine.
The music plays an ever onwards.
As he said like a record;
Round and round and round it goes,
Where it stops nobody knows.
The piece of the heart for love and despair,
Seeks comfort in the night.
The music stops the heart song.
The music is the guide the…
The heart song is the blind…
The music stops the heart song.
Love.
