Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted the indifference of those who should have known better the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most that has made it possible for evil to triumph.

Beware Of Soliloquy!

Try, try until
Every practices become routine,
try, try until,
Every act becomes your Life
style,
fully digested, Assimilated,
Runs with every heartbeat,
Circulated as your own blood,
Let your blood lose all colour,
All odour and become distilled
water, Boiled over furnace of
indifference! Then comes a day,
All that practices pay, All become inaction in action,
Man with no soliloquy!
soliloquy is an act of ego,
Ego is that stain of blood,
That can't be wiped with blood
itself, Be a thoughtless,
Mindless ego,
Let it die!
yet mindful existence as nothing,
One remain,
No thoughts no soliloquy, Never even wish before,
Grand silence of ego's death,
Never even celebrate or mourn,
Let ego die without food and
shelter,
Ego is shelter of ego itself, Never think words are mine and
comments are yours,
Think your own voice recochet,
Or bounces back
as own echo!

About The Silence

Silence is silence of indifference;
Silence is silence of repression;
Silence is of underlying violence.
Silence need not indicate peacefulness.

Evil On Foot

For ten years
Evil stood on the hills
Of Afghanistan
Evil on foot
Moved in and out of Pakistan

When he hit the West
Lives erupted in dust and smoke
Concrete and glass icons fell
Tears flooded the street of nations
All this
As Evil
Stroked his beard in victory

For ten years
Blood stuck to human corps
Evil reigned triumphant
Delighted in the carnage
And Justice waits

As Evil walked
And years passed
Desire for revenge boils
More lives taken
In the name of Allah
And Justice waits

Suddenly
On Sunday
A morning in Spring
Justice dressed in green
Struck
And Evil without a gasp died

Wealth and weapon

Wealth and weapon

I have not seen
any thing crueller
than silence and indifference

silence is the sharp weapon
cuts the throat of truth
satiates both cowards and sadists

indifference is the wealth
in abundance for enjoyments
for the nerd and dead

I don't believe in devils. Indifference and misunderstandings can create evil situations. Most of the time, people who appear to be evil are really victims of evil deeds.

What would Amos say?

The rural prophet was greeted with cheers when he began his discourse thus:

“This is what Justice demands:
For three acts of treachery, even four, the Banks will face outrage
Greed will consume their senses; avarice will cloud their judgement,
The sleeping giant of public anger will consume the Banks,
Their Ivory Towers will collapse at their feet
Their castles will be foreclosed.
Their guilt was treachery, broken trust, greed and last
But not least the silent axe at the root of their empires… being wise in their own eyes”.

And the crowd exploded with roars of agreement… the media never leads, but follows public opinion.

“This is what Trust witnesses:
For their acts of betrayal, even corruption, Politicians will destroy
trust in democracy, by their greed and rampant selfishness
Feeds into a nation devoid of community awareness,
A nation seduced by celebrity and fame
Corruption, word and deed exposed for consumers
Judgement and cynicism increase sales
No lie can last forever, or cease to be a lie on Peerage.

And the crowd erupts with rehearsed indigence… congratulating
moral superiority not two threads above corruption.

“This is what Truth Exposes:
For their acts of indifference and conformity
English church of the indifferent mind
Status is worshiped, conformity honoured
Objective in indifference…they look the other way
Disengaged they preach at the Trapped
If they preach at all it is not the Holy Word
Lipservice addicted to circle of peers
Investment for greed, £40 million lost
Denies justice to the oppressed
The poor are with us always
Lacking… Justice, Dignity and Truth
Where is the Voice of the Voiceless?
Who keeps a record of the weak?

SILENCE
… the rest is silence.

Maria Renard (Child)

Armed with her band of animal friends
And a songbook which will help show off her singing voice
Maria Renard knows that the night is young
She also knows that the night is evil
Yet she feels she's ready to face the evil
And to fight it as well

Through many landmarks and landscapes
She knows when to fight
She knows when to escape
Braving against the forces of evil under the moonlight

She may be young
But she's determined

She's ready to fight for justice
She's ready to vanquish the evil

Accomplice Of Evil

Can good accomplice evil, help assist it on its way?
The path to hell is paved with good intentions, so they say,
Yet when I think of real people struggling to survive
The selfish taking for themselves while others share and give,
I cannot think that she who loves and helps another's need
In some way unintended helps black evil to succeed.
Yet others claim for wickedness to triumph in this world
All goodness has to do is keep its banner indoors, furled.
They have a point perhaps, although 'accomplice' seems too strong
To say the weak and frightened help their murderers along
But thinking further on it, I conclude that this is true:
Evil's triumph needs no further help from them or me or you
It operates by greed and need and always in the dark;
The truth is, sadly, evil needs no help to do its work

I Dread the Silence

I need noise when I’m awake
I dread the silence when I am not asleep
It’s either pounding my eardrums with songs, music or any mp3s
or razzing it to an audio book or MTVs
Noise has been a means to cover up the reality

I dread the silence for it prods a cognizance that I’m alone despite the crowd.
I dread the silence fearing that I wake up from my self-created imaginary world
I dread the silence for fear that it made me question about my existence
I dread the silence fearing that I will hear the inner voice
clamoring and wanting to escape from this dragging circumstances

That still small voice which prefers peace
that still small voice wanting to get away from this kind of place.
that still small voice, crying from this senseless pace.
that still small voice, wanting a break from this pointless race.

Silence

I got a feeling
Everything's gonna be alright
And I still find my way
And I heard
It's always darkest before the storm
So come on let it rain
Everything was different when I was seventeen
The world was so much brighter
Now I finally found the truth
Of what they hid for me
That world was so much kinder
Silence
Don't hear a sound
But my own voice
Silence
Is what it is
By my own choice
I believe
That we were meant to learn from our mistakes
And stumble along the way
Now I know
That people are gonna grap what they can take
Then just turn away
Everybody's searching
But no one really knows the truth
The world is upside down
What it's all about right now
Will soon turn to gray
Their promises have faded
Silence
Silence
Silence
Don't hear a sound
But my own voice
Silence
Don't hear a sound
But my own voice
Silence
Is what it is
By my own choice
All my little merry friends
Have turned their backs on me
Excuse me if I'm jaded
I'm so tired of people telling me
How it should be
Their promises have faded
Silence
Silence
Silence
Don't hear a sound
But my own voice
Silence
Don't hear a sound
But my own voice
Silence
Is what it is
By my own choice
Silence

The Indifference of the Masses....

some have given me
the indignity of their silence

i have asked the questions
hoping for answers

they only respond with that
quizzical looks

something in me is diminishing
but i know how to cope up with it

i know silence too
i have slept with it

i showered it with the rain of my tears
i give it the mouth that swallowed me

my screams are daggers
that has killed it sometime

gone hysterical
i have retaken what voice i had

this confidence
this word that spits to the indifference of their silence

sigh, there is a syllable in it
that produces the sound of my own unique existence

there is a word that is like a bird in my mouth
soon, i will let it fly, soon i will utter it and give it wings....

Sonnet: God Protects His Good People

Though scourged be Righteous men all life on earth,
By evil minds and devils in sequence,
Good Samaritans, Angels too have birth,
To save the Upright from chains of non-sense.

The God of Goodness and Justice observes,
The chaos loosened all over the world;
And gives his loved ones strength and steel-like nerves,
And hearts that withstand all abuses hurled.

By miracles, the honest are preserved,
And triumphant is truth and justice still,
The evil get punishments, they deserved,
A change of heart, mind, soul comes on until.
Evil begets evil and wrath of God,
Who will not hesitate to use His Rod.

Its such a terrible shame it was only a game
Then her brothers found out seven johnny be goodes
We was only pretending at mummys and daddys
They totally misunderstood
Oh what a terrible plight what a terrible fight
It was too much to bear her father said ere
I think you better sign its a letter designed
To have you married by the first of the year
Get the justice of the peace
Get the justice get the justice of the peace
Oh get the justice of the peace
Get the justice get the justice of the peace
If you want to play with fire
Youll get yourself burned
I was messing with the ashes
But look at how it turned out
Get the justice of the peace
Get the justice get the justice of the peace
Oh what a terrible waste such a shocking disgrace
To give me away Im too young to die
A shotgun wedding heading straight for the sky
And Im shy mary ellen Im shy y y y
Get the justice of the peace
Get the justice Ill get the justice of the peace
Come on!
Get the justice of the peace
Get the justice Ill get the justice of the peace
When your chips go down
You came on the dice
Forget the mississippi
Take some friendly advice
Get the justice of the peace
Ill get the justice Ill get the justice of the peace
(give it to me old chum)
Get the justice of the peace
Get the justice Ill get the justice of the peace
Get the justice of the peace
Get the justice Ill get the justice of the peace
If you want to play with fire
Youll get yourself burned
And I was messing with the ashes

Abraham Joshua Heschel

There is immense silent agony in the world, and the task of man is to be a voice for the plundered poor, to prevent the desecration of the soul and the violation of our dream of honesty. The more deeply immersed I became in the thinking of the prophets, the more powerfully it became clear to me what the lives of the Prophets sought to convey: that morally speaking, there is no limit to the concern one must feel for the suffering of human beings, that indifference to evil is worse than evil itself, that in a free society, some are guilty, but all are responsible.

On the Innate Drive For What is Right

As life bled, martyrdom flared its buds.
Repression, red from irritation,
Rendered chinks and cracks; but thuds of
Armament - in cowardice - accomplice of the
Dictatorial blight thro' countless years -
Wreaked its retribution:
Yet hope began to bloom a coloured carapace
Enshrining their allegiance ‘gainst the
Terror in their tears.

And on! Splits yawned - breaches in the junta:
Flesh fought fanatical minds -
Bullets welcomed into open hands
And blessed with yearnings for morality:
Chiselled man-toys of death and mutilation
Couldn't repel the might of freedom
Surging at the bright horizon.

Crepuscular rays of purpose, body,
Flooded pandemonium with
Overwhelming clarity, direction -
Burdened clouds drifting wayward as the
Light channelled out a vision,
Intensifying focus on tomorrow -
Deepen their stride
As they home in to
What is theirs,
Rightfully theirs!

Be Silent...

Be silent before the Lord,
Put your hope in Him.
What makes you think you are right,
What makes you think you can get justice done by speaking?

Be silent...
Walk soflty and listen,
Listen carefully to the voice
That comes from inside yourself
SOMEBODY HOLY DWELLS IN THERE

Be silent before the Lord,
Do not get angry with the wicked
When they mock at you and laugh,
Listen carefully to the voice that comes from inside yourself
YOU ARE INHABITED BY GOD

Your justice is your silence!
