When no other schools in the Southeastern Conference or the former Southwestern Conference would award them athletic scholarships, African Americans had been recruited by and playing for Texas Western since the 1950s.

I listen to some of the comments on WIP - they're playing parts of the press conference - and I can see where people would read into things. But if anyone was at the press conference, I think would sense how much I enjoyed Philly and how I loved working for those people.

Dear United States of America, So you think we're fighting prejudice?
Dear United States of America,
So you think we're fighting prejudice?
I don't deny that we are trying,
but we are failing miserabley.
Why do we make a Women's day but not a Men's day?
Why do we have African-American Scholarships and Hispanic Scholarships, but not White Scholarships?
Why do we call ourselves 'Americans' instead of United
Statesians when people in Brazil have the same right to use that term
as we do?
Why do we still use slurs like 'retarded' even though we know that people don't choose to be held back or mentally disabled?
Why do we call people 'dorks' even though there are countless stories of 'dorks' who kill themselves because they just can't take it anymore?
Why do we seek to fight division with division?

I held a conference in Harvard where Americans said they didn't believe in risk. They thought it was just European hysteria. Then the terrorist attacks happened and there was a complete conversion. Suddenly terrorism was the central risk.

Un Conference In Dubai Nov 13th,2012
If most UN conferences are now held in Dubai
Maybe the whole UN should move there and say goodbye,
We don't seem to know much of what is happening over there,
Being as oil-rich as they are, is extremely rare.
Have you heard the UN may soon control the Internet web?
With International Telegraph Union rules - their spider web,
They'll decide at another UN conference soon in Dubai,
For us the results could mean the Internet goodbye.
And how will Canada vote at that conference over there?
This could mean a lot to those of us; Internet aware,
Canadian Civil Liberties wants to veto this UN event,
But UN dictatorships want to monitor their own local dissent.
They and their UN dictator friends like this whole affair,
Under the wire and completely out of the public glare,
Which is why they are now writing the new regulations,
Don't you dare point a finger at their UN foundations.

Ban Ki Moon
Ban Ki Moon is on top of the moon he flops
From this wine splashed peace conference
To the next lopsided peace conference
Where Ban Ki Moon is you're sure for sure
To find old gray bearded silly Kofi Annan
Where Moon sips sake under the banyan tree
You'll find Annan under the baobao tree
They preach a lot of baseless senselessness
The world wants to drink from the cup of peace
Under Moon it gets the broken bones of Iraqi kids
Ban Ki Moon and Kofi Annan...they so levitate
Between decision and indecision it's crazy madly

The fathers of the field had been pretty confusing: John von Neumann speculated about computers and the human brain in analogies sufficiently wild to be worthy of a medieval thinker, and Alan Turing thought about criteria to settle the question of whether machines can think, a question of which we now know that it is about as relevant as the question of whether submarines can swim.

International Clowns Guild. At a recent conference on racism
At a recent conference on racism
The International Clowns Guild made a surprise appearance
Sporting red noses and rainbow colored wigs
Apart from that, these Clowns looked just like everyone else.
Commencing their performance by hissing and booing
The Clowns between sobs their audience were wooing
Lamenting their complaint - simply stated
Because of their red noses and rainbow colored wigs
These Clowns claimed - for that, they had been discriminated against.
Removing their noses and colorful wigs
The Clowns indeed proved they looked just like everyone else:
As The Clowns true identity had been revealed
Laughter erupted for it was plainly seen
Clowns are people with or without their red noses or wigs
Thereby proving that between Clowns and People racism should never exist.

The 2009 World Conference Against Racism was held in Geneva, Switzerland. Canada, the United States of America, New Zealand, Germany, Italy, Sweden, the Netherlands, Poland and, after some initial skepticism, Australia announced they would not participate in the conference.
The World Conference against Racism (WCAR) are international events organized by the UNESCO to struggle against racism ideologies and behaviours. Four conferences have been held so far, in 1978,1983,2001 and 2009. Founded after World War II as a dependent body of the United Nations, the UNESCO started as soon as its creation to promote scientific studies concerning ethnic groups and their diffusion in the public opinion to dispel pseudo-scientific rationalizations of racism. One of its first published work was The Race Question in 1950, signed by various internationally renowned scholars.

I Love To Love Rudi
Laughing, eating, drinking and enjoying,
Rudi ran off from the conference to be
with me tonight, he knows I can’t sleep
when he’s not home, he doesn’t care for
the function and important guests at the
conference hotel, when he walked in with
a wide and mischievous grin, I could have
swallowed him, he came with chocolate
liqueur, my favourite, found me adding
stencils to the walls in the kitchen, he was
so surprised and helped me clean up,
and what with liqueur and everything,
we had a wonderful reunion in each
others arms before going out to buy take-
aways – Rudi preferring THIS to his
smart dinner-dance at a smart venue,
I feel like a million bucks, I love the love
that chocolate liqueurs add by making
inhibitions fade, I love to love Rudi, I
love the way he loves me, I love life –
I love the world tonight!
