I used to build up to sensation, accumulating tension until it released a perceptual experience.

National Health
Nervous tension, mans invention,
Is the biggest killer thats around today
Let the tension out or it will build and build inside
And strike you down some day
Nervous tension, mans invention
Is the biggest waste of human energy
Let the tension out, or it will surely kill
And that will be a tragedy
Valium helps you for a while
But somehow valium seems to bring me down
Theres no pill I can recommend where side effects
Arent guaranteed to send you round the bend
You gotta let out the tension
With a little bit of exercise
Loosen up your muscles
And feel the knots in your body untie
We oh we oh
Oh oh oh oh ah ah ah ah
Oh oh oh oh ah ah ah ah
It sure beats quaaludes
It sure beats cocaine
Even freud recommends it
Cos it relieves the strain
Altogether now
Oh oh oh oh ah ah ah ah
Oh oh oh oh ah ah ah ah
Some people say it sends you deaf
Some people say it sends you blind
Some people say it makes you old
Some people say it blows your mind
But I say
If its good for your health
Its good for your mind
If it keeps you together
Its really all right
We oh we oh
Oh cmon, kick the cat
Oh oh oh oh its the state of the national health
Oh oh oh oh blame it on the national health
Nervous tension, nervous tension, nervous tension

A woman is better placed.
In coitus,
Release of tension is need of man
And build of tension is, of woman
To release it is stronger than to get it.
A widow is less a sufferer.
So is a nun but not a monk.

Hard to Find
With a tension that is given,
To the acceptance of living a stressful life...
Doesn't feel to be quite right,
When the avoidance of it seems impossible.
And with a tension that is given,
From not trying to get uptight...
Is mostly a folly fantasized,
As a prioritized option once can do without.
Where is one's peace of mind kept in this?
Where is one's joy and happiness wanted,
With the making of claims?
And where does one go to get a relief,
To be released from the pressure...
Not to have that declared,
As a one of a kind hard to find commodity!

New Sensation
(a farriss & m hutchence)
Live baby live
Now that the day is over
I got a new sensation
In perfect moments
Impossible to refuse
Sleep baby sleep
Now that the night is over
And the sun comes like a god
Into our room
All perfect light and promises
Gotta hold on you
A new sensation
A new sensation
Right now
Gonna take you over
A new sensation
A new sensation
Dream baby dream
Of all thats come and going
And you will find out
In the end
There really is
There really is no difference
Cry baby cry
When youve got to get it out
Ill be your shoulder
You can tell me all
Dont keep it in ya
Well thats the reason why Im here
Are you ready for a new sensation
A new sensation
Right now
Gonna take you on a new sensation
A new sensation
Hate baby hate
When theres nothing left for you
Youre only human
What can you do
Itll soon be over
Dont let your pain take over you
Love baby love
Its written all over your face
Theres nothing better we could do
Than live forever
Well thats all weve got to do
Hey now Im gonna take a new sensation
A new sensation

Biscuit
Im lost, exposed
Stranger things will come your way
Its just Im scared
Got hurt along time ago
I cant make myself heard no matter how hard I scream
Ohh sensation
Sin, slave of sensation
Full fed yet I still hunger
Torn inside
Haunted I tell myself, yet I still wander
Down, inside, its tearing me apart
Ohh sensation
Sin, slave of sensation
Ohh sensation
Sin, slave of sensation
At last, relief
A mothers son has left me sheer
The shores I seek
Are crimson tastes devine
I cant make myself heard, no matter how hard I scream
Ohh sensation
Sin slave of sensation

The solicitude, tensionless
When in track bound race,
You are in tension.
When in time bound work,
You are in tension.
In code bound life also
You are in tension.
In fenceless terrace too
You are in tension.
Boundless is not ocean.
Boundless is not earth.
Boundless is not air.
Your solitude has no tracks.
Unto it if you merge,
You are not in tension.

At Tension
Music and lyrics: oates
Id like to join the army
Dont want to join the war
Id take my place in line hell (hell)
Never go awol
We keep on marching forward
Never will retreat
Dont let the enemy inside you
Thats the beginning of defeat
All good soliders stand (to arms)
All good soliers try (so hard)
To follow orders never asking why
Im standing at tension
(at tension)
Im standing at (tension)
Im standing at tension
(at tension)
Im standing at (tension)
So ill at ease with you
Afraid to make a move
Yeah
Now a shakey finger on the trigger
Ready aim to please
Now how can such a little bullet
Drop big solier to his knees
But theres no warning only waiting
When a strangelove drops the bomb
All this fighting it can hurt you
But its the little wounds that do the harm
All good soliders stand (to arms)
One good solider tries (so hard)
He follows orders never questioning why
Never questioning why
Im standing at tension
(at tension)
Im standing at (tension)
Im standing at tension
(at tension)
Standing at (tension)
So ill at ease with you
Afraid to make a move yeah
All good soldiers stand (to arms)
All good soliders try (so hard)
To follow orders never asking why
They never asking why
Im standing at tension
(at tension)
Im standing at (tension)
Im standing at tension
(at tension)
Standing at (tension)
So ill at ease with you
Afraid to make a move

Past Artists Build Build Build On
remember a previous American Literature professor
who believed contemporary poets could experience not
original thoughts had to build on classical established
literary works of past artists build build build on all
that recognized has come before bullocks pull carts
no no rage against such views conceited ripe parodies
be a desert in isolation
become an oasis of startling
thought manifestations

Fear (Descriptive Paper for Language)
The burning, tingling,
Sensation of eyes,
Makes all the hairs on,
The back of your neck rise.
You turn to see,
Maybe somebody,
But no one's there.
You think to yourself,
Why should I care?
But instantly when you turn around,
You hear something fall to the ground.
Stunned, you turn,
But you see,
Nothing, no one, nobody.
The tension increases as you wait,
For a drastic and familiar, terrible fate,
But the suspense is enough to kill,
Even you at your own will.
You decide to resume,
But really soon,
You start to worry.
You turn to see,
And then to ask,
'Hello, someone, anybody? '
No one appears,
Then you doubt your ears.
Fear is a powerful energy,
That exists only in your imagination.
It's a familiar reaction,
That comes from an insane sensation,
From any frightening situation.

The rest from the motion
Fight between two- what is the result?
Each will know the other’s strength
Each will know their own limits.
They adjudge, with tension released
It is the rest, resulting from the motion

New Sensation
(pilson, hendrix)
Im gonna make you understand
Theres a new sensation all across the land
You know its always on mind
Gonna have a funky good time
Alright
Check it out
You got that feeling in your soul
Get up off that thing
Dont let me go (oh no)
Show me that you want it (I want it)
cause Ive got the groove you need
Mama Ive got ways to let you know
Gonna let you know
Theres only one thing on my mind
Well have a funky good time
Everybody all across the nation
Are you ready for a new sensation
Can you feel it
Oh, I can feel it
Can you feel it
Its a new sensation
How can I make you understand
Take off that ball and chain
Get it while you can
Get it while you can, oh yeah
Get it while you can
Theres only one thing on my mind
Well have a funky good time
Everybody all across the nation
Are you ready for a new sensation
Can you feel it
All across the nation
Can you feel it
Got a new sensation
Can you feel it
Got a new sensation
Can you feel it
Dont let nobody bring you down
You know what comes around goes around
Alright, give it to me
Everybody all across the nation
Are you ready for a new sensation
For a new sensation
Can you feel it
All across the nation
Can you feel it
Got a new sensation
Can you feel it
Got a new sensation
Can you feel it
Yeah
Can you feel it
The new sensation
Can you feel it
The new sensation

I Like The Way
Somewhere inside my evolution
Karmically I seek retribution
Looking for love in physical beauty
Desire is the drug of the bourgeoisie
And now I try to intellectualize
Like a glimmer of good in a bad man's eyes
I am consumed by the flesh haunting me
I know temptation taunts the empty
So pour yourself over me
Until there's nothing left to see, yeah yeah
Because I like the way you move in the dark
I like the tension, the tension and the spark
The decadence of giving into desire
Creates such entropy within
Looking for love in spiritual faces
Blind to the art of fabrication
I'm like a baby sucking mama's milk
Want to drink my fill and then some
Leave me alone
I always thought I was better than this
But temptation tempts the temptee
Pour yourself over me
Until there's nothing left to see, yeah yeah
Oh, because I like the way you move in the dark
And I like the tension, the tension and the spark, oh
Because I like the way you move in the dark, oh
You know I like the tension, the tension and, the tension and the spark, oh
This physicality
Shifting me chemically
Such power over me
It's just desire
I know it's treachery (shifting me chemically)
I know it's just skin deep (such power over me)
I know I should resist
I'm just too tired
Too tired
There's just one thing missing
One thing missing here is
Love
I like the way you move in the dark
I like the tension, the tension and the spark (so pour yourself over me)
You know, I like the way you move in the dark (so pour yourself over me)
You know, I like the tension, the tension and, the tension and the spark
So pour yourself over me
(There's just one thing missing)
(One thing missing)
Until there's nothing left to see
(There's just one thing missing)
(The tension and the spark)
(One thing missing)
(So pour yourself over me)
There's just one thing missing
One thing missing
(So pour yourself over me)
(I like the tension, the tension and the spark)
(There's just one thing missing)
One thing missing here is...
Love

Sand In My Face
I looked in the mirror
(what did you see looking at you? )
I saw a nine stone weakling
(what will you do? )
Dynamic tension waiting for you?
Dynamic tension make a man out of you
I opened my magazine
(what did you see? )
I saw mr. france
(what did he have? )
A girl on each shoulder
(what else? )
And one in his pants
Dynamic tension can do this for you
Dynamic tension make a man out of
You you you you you
So our hero goes down to the beach
Hes in real terrible shape
His chicks been seen with big alex
That mother kicked sand in his face
Now let me tell you about alex
Hes got:
Hands like hams
Knees like trees
200 lbs
Of surfboard hercules
Mr. atlas wont you bring her on back to me
I lost my girl down by the beach
Shes with alex and shes out of reach
So please mr. atlas wont you bring her on back to me
I saw your body in an advert on t.v.
But what convinced me was your money back guarantee
Now Im stronger than alex
(where is he now? )
Hes left in disgrace
(oh yeah? )
'cos I took back my girlfriend
(ha, ha, ha, ha)
And kicked sand in his face
(in his eyes, in his ears, in his nose)
Dynamic tension waiting for you
Dynamic tension make a man out of you
Dynamic tension, dynamic tension
Dynamic tension, dynamic tension

Book and Film Deals
So many excuses,
By those authoritative are made.
To build new prisons...
As if a rehabilitation saves,
Released felons to return to fresh paths paved.
And nothing has proven,
A confinement does not attract.
Ex-convicts with long rap sheets return.
To be treated better than those,
Doing their best to live right.
And yet these are the people...
Victimized with their pockets burned.
So many excuses,
By those authoritative are made.
To build new prisons...
As if a rehabilitation saves,
Released felons to return to fresh paths paved.
While vicious crimes are glamourized.
With the signing of book and film deals done everyday.

Man made devices.
Woman:
Than when under my insipid handling,
The sensation I got was far exciting
When I was raided in bed by a lad.
Man:
Than when under my insipid handling,
The sensation I got was far thrilling
When she took mine in her fist and did.
Woman:
Than when under his wild penetration,
The sensation I got was far sleeping
When he moved with his tongue instead of his.
Man:
Than when under clutch of her lower mouth,
The sensation I got was far stupefying
When she got me by her upper mouth.
Man made devises are substituting,
Ventilating and exhilarating
In the place of natural devices.

60 Second Song For A Bank, With The Words, may We Help You Today?
This song was first released on the aerie album. it is the only album it has been released on.
Oh I love the changing seasons
Green and growing all around
Smiling faces laughing children
Making such a joyful sound
In my dreams I see tomorrow
Time and children of my own
Someone who will stand beside me
Helping me to make ourselves a home
If your eyes can see tomorrow
Though it might seem far away
If you have some dreams to build on
May we help you today

Build A Fire (lenny Dee Remix)
Pulled up to rest, let the engine cool awhile.
Open the beans, gather wood for the fire.
I hum this tune, to all the girls I've known.
Should I care, about the chances I've blown?
Build a fire, they're gonna build a fire
Build a fire, they're gonna build a fire
They're gonna build a fire
They're gonna build a fire
When daylight breaks, I'll be down that road.
Rockman 'an me, with a lighter load.
We'll stop fo r lunch, in some taco bar.
Lee Marvin on the jukebox, 'Wanderin Star'.
Build a fire, they're gonna build a fire
Build a fire, they're gonna build a fire
