The idea that an individual can find God is terribly self-centered. It is like a wave thinking it can find the sea.

Soren
Soren Kierkegaard is the existential,
who one day
reacted against tradition
by insisting that the highest good for the individual
is to find his uniqueness.
His journal reads,
'I must find a truth that
is true for me...
the idea for which I can live
or die'
i agree.
my own morality depends
on me
and not someone else
my truth is the truth that i
see from my very eyes
for how can i look
through the eye
of another?

Poems On Man
Man goes into the noisy crowd
to drown his own clamour of silence.
Man is immortal; therefore he must die endlessly.
For life is a creative idea;
it can only find itself in changing forms.
Man's abiding happiness is not in getting anything
but in giving himself up to what is greater than himself,
to ideas which are larger than his individual life,
the idea of his country,
of humanity,
of God.

Pleasure's fun. It's great, but you can't keep it going forever; just accept the fact that it's here and it's gone, and maybe then again, it will come back, and you'll get to do it again. Joy lasts forever. Pleasure is purely self-centered. It's all about your pleasure: it's about you. It's a selfish, self-centered emotion, that is created by a self-centered motive of greed. Joy is compassion. Joy is giving yourself to somebody else, or something else. And it's a kind of thing that is, in its subtlety and lowness, much more powerful than pleasure. You gethung up on pleasure; you're doomed. If you pursue joy, you will find everlasting happiness.

Wave Of Mutilation
Cease to resist, giving my goodbye
Drive my car into the ocean
Youll think Im dead, but I sail away
On a wave of mutilation
A wave
Wave
Ive kissed mermaids, rode the el nino
Walked the sand with the crustaceans
Could find my way to mariana
On a wave of mutilation,
Wave of mutilation
Wave of mutilation
Wave
Wave of mutilation

Critics in Our Life
When someone criticizes you, listen,
It means your subconscious created a burden.
Can mean that you are wrong or it is just fear of success,
Anyhow, you must look into it, find the truth, be fearless.
This world is full of critics
You find them everywhere in every topics.
There is a saying: if you tell your truth of opposition
They will chop your head in for their own protection.
Sure, nobody likes to hear what is not their idea,
And get mad when someone is opposing their area.
However, we are here on earth to edit each other
When someone say something, listen & see if their idea is better.
Sometimes it is just your own mind questioning what goes on,
So, be ready to stand up for your idea or be over run.
If they can convince you that their idea is wiser or better
Be flexible, humble and be their follower.
But, when you see someone who just want to pick on you
And you feel in this moment their idea for you is untrue,
Stand up, thank them, but let them know your answer,
That too bad, in this moment they are not your way shower.
It can happen later in your life existence,
You find they were right, then make a change in your intelligence,
But until you are not quite understand
Stand up for your own opinion, that I can recommend.

This Sensitivity Business
When I think of me and myself and I...
I am often quite surprised,
By the little attention I give...
To being that kind of guy.
I've been accused of being self centered,
Many times.
But nothing I have done can define me that way.
Although, I admit, I did one time 'try'.
I tried to feel that I am 'all' that.
I even got up one morning,
Promising myself no one else would matter.
Prepared with a list of accomplishments to announce.
With a printing of them on flyers so they would scatter.
Boring!
Within twenty-four hours other folks were on my mind.
After I spent a day observing 'them'.
And losing myself within creative intentions to complete...
Some activity that would influence the undoing,
A lack of concern and the misery many find.
Oh...
This sensitivity business,
Is not cool with me sometimes.
I often awaken thinking what it would be like,
To have only wining and dining on my mind all the time.
With a clock to beat...
Thinking of retirement as I laid on some beach.
And 'if' I didn't accept early in my life,
That it wasn't all about me...
I'd be contributing to complaints on a daily basis,
Doing that as my contribution to community outreach.
I'm blessed to hear from others...
I perceive much better off with time to do that.
Since I am blessed to be self centered free...
And not have limitation on my mind as a trap!

Someone like you
Someone like you
~
I’m looking for a way
Searching through films on TV
Tying to find an idea
Something I could recreate
Maybe there’s a line in a song
Or a poem I could read
Just to get closer to you
All I want is to know
How do I get someone like you
To like someone like me
Is there any answer
Or am I barking at trees
What could I do or say
Will you tell please
Just so I know you are listening
Want you tell me please
How do I get someone like you
To like, someone like me
You can see I have no idea
But I’m crazy about you
Wont you help me find the answer
How do I get someone like you
To like someone like me

Corndog
i was all alone on a saturday night
and the funny thing is, we didn't even have a fight
i stayed up all night cryin'
and i slept all day, and missed the game
inside i think i'm dyin'
i just can't figure out how she slipped away
i was out all night monday in dallas
and the strangest thing is, i can't remember a thing
i was drunk and drinkin'
and i woke up in my best friend's car
my friends say i've gone crazy
i still need to find out how she slipped away
i've no idea what i did
she just told me,
"have someone check your head"
let me ask you, do you think that i was wrong?
trying too hard? maybe i came on too strong
tryin' to find
tryin' to find
tryin' to find a reason not to leave your side
tryin' to find
tryin' to find an answer, before i lose my mind
i was at a club real late last tuesday
and the weirdest thing is, i can't remember her name
i stayed up all night
tryin' to make her face look just like yours
and she ended up cryin'
i still need to find out why you slipped away
i've no idea what i did
she just told me,
"have someone check your head"
let me ask you, do you think that i was wrong, yeah
trying too hard? maybe i came on too strong
tryin' to find
tryin' to find
tryin' to find a reason not to leave your side
tryin' to find
tryin' to find an answer, before i lose my mind
i'm trying to find
i'm trying to find a reason not to leave your side
i'm trying to find
i'm trying to find an answer before i lose my mind

Where The River Flows
Music : rudolf schenker
Lyrics: klaus meine
Under suburban skies
Where life is bleeding
Where concrete skies are grey
Theres plenty of room for dreaming
I still keep coming here
Follow those traces
I travel back in time
Remember all those places
Feels like I never left
The houses still standing
Down by the river where
The dreams are never ending
You find me
You find me
You find me by the river
You find me
You find me
You find me where the river flows
Under the silent moon
This industrial city
Is heartland even though
Lifes been not that pretty
I still keep coming here
To that old river
To find my roots just where
The future lives forever
You find me
You find me
You find me by the river
You find me
You find me
You find me, you can find me
By the river where dreams will never die
By the river under suburban skies
You find me
You find me
You find me by the river
You find me
You find me
You find me where the river flows
By the river where dreams have never died
By the river I look through childrens eyes
You find me
You find me
You find me by the river
You find me
You find me
You find me where the river flows
You find me
You find me
You find me by the river
You find me
You find me
You find me where the river flows
Where the river flows
Where the river flows
Where the river flows

Surfboard City (Party Town) :
Surfboard City, party town.
There's enough girls to go around.
Surfboard City, party town.
There's enough time to party down.
Find a wave, then find the tide.
Find a wave that you can ride.
Surfboard City, party town.
There's enough waves to go around.
Find a blond. With big blue eyes.
You might find. They match the skies.
Surfboard City, party town.
There's enough girls to go around.
Find a wave, then find the tide.
Find a wave that you can ride.
Surfboard City, party town.
There's enough waves to go around.
Find a blond. With big blue eyes.
You might find. They match the skies.
Surfboard City, party town.
There's enough girls to go around.
Surfboard City, party town.

Gotta Find Me A Better Day
I been gettin lonely, too much these days.
I been gettin lonely, I guess I better get away.
But where can I go thats real? lifes a stage on a ferris wheel.
And the actors are all fighting just to see who gets the lead in the play.
Oh, no, no.
I gotta find me a better day.
Talk about down, I feel so lonely.
Talk about down, Im startin to worry.
Dont really want to be all alone. I cant get along with the chicks at home.
The world just dont seem right, my head is spinnin, and I hate whats goin down.
You gotta find me a better day.
Oh, gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
You gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
You gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find, gotta find,
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find, gotta find,
Gotta find,
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.
Gotta find me a better day.

Territorial Pissing
Come on people now
Smile on your brother
Everybody get together
Try to love one another
Right now"
When i was an alien
Cultures were not opinions
Gotta find a way, to find a way, when i'm there
Gotta find a way, a better way, i'd better wait
Never met a wise man
If so it's a woman
Gotta find a way, to find a way, when i'm there
Gotta find a way, a better way, i'd better wait
Gotta find a way, to find a way, when i'm there
Gotta find a way, a better way, i'd better wait
Just because you're paranoid
Don't mean they're not after you
Gotta find a way, to find a way, when i'm there
Gotta find a way, a better way, i'd better wait
Gotta find a way, to find a way, when i'm there
Gotta find a way, a better way, i'd better wait
Gotta find a way, to find a way, when i'm there
Gotta find a way, a better way, i'd better wait

When I Find The Right Words
I've been thinking for many days.
I've been trying a long long time.
I've been trying to say it's true.
Trying to say I love you.
There was only one problem I had.
And it was to find the right words to say.
When I find the right words.
When I find the right words to say.
You'll find it's true that I love you.
When I find the right words.
I'm speaking of you.
You'll find that it's true.
You'll find it's true that I love you.
When I find the right words.
Now as time goes by.
I still bear in mind, I love you.
And as time goes by.
I still bear in mind, my love for you.
There's still only one thing I've got to do.
And that's to find the right words.
When I find the right words.
When I find the right words to say.
You'll find it's true that I love you.
When I find the right words.
I'm still speaking of you.
You'll still find that it's true.
You'll find it's true that I love you.
When I find the right words.
When I find the right words..

Im but a lad, oh for Im twenty, tuned in to dreaming
Gazing at your sign, for mad men only, my poets screaming
I searched for you, but I cant find you
I searched for you, but I cant find you
Take me to the wild black seas of madness, the savage dancer
Clothe me in insanity and leave me, to find the answer
I searched for you, but I cant find you
I searched for you, but I cant find you
I searched for you, but I cant find you
I searched for you, but I cant find you
I searched for you, but I cant find you
I searched for you, but I cant find you

Find Life
Find Love
It is the beauty of this life.
Find Peace
It is the anchor in any strife.
Find Hope
It will carry you through.
Find Friendship
They give joy, who are true.
Find Laughter
It is health for your mind.
Find Comfort
Even when you have been left behind.
Find Forgiveness
It always will set you free.
But the most important really
Never ever find... Fault.

Find Your Way Back
You know its been a long long road
Since I packed up and left on my own
And I can carry a heavy load
Just try n get back to her heart
I sure aint got no home
I seem to find love where I ramble
And when its time to go
I hear that voice again, say n
Chorus:
Find your way back
Find your way back to her heart
Find your way back
Find your way back to her heart
Leave a message with the rain
You can find me where the wind blows
The snow across the pain
And the frost upon the heart
You got no place to be
Still you wonder where youre goin
And why I had to leave
I hear a voice and it says to me
Find your way back
Find your way back to her heart
Find your way back
Find your way back to her heart
To her heart, cmon
I know its too late now
But I wish I could go back in time
And start all over somehow
And get it right from the start
Find your way back
Find your way back to her heart
Find your way back
Find your way back to her heart
Find your way back (find your way back) find your way back
Find your way back (find your way back) find your way back
Find your way back (find your way back) find your way back
