My Canadian Chronicles 008
Some people live with tortured souls
for wrongs they think they’ve done.
However, most of the things
they think they’ve done
are just imaginary.
We cast doubt upon ourselves
thinking people look down on us
all because one person has planted
that seed within our mind.
No one really knows what is right or wrong
when it comes to matters of the heart.
Only we know inside what is right for us.
Some bonds grow stronger
even without a wedding ring
and it matters little what others think.
All that ever matters is what is right for us.
Therefore, we should go through life
thinking only of those words
whichever way we have found happiness
that is the main thing in our lives.
Ignore those who maybe jealous
for they have never found
what is right for them.

Chains of slavery are still over my people.
Notorious minds still over power innocent minds.
What can free the black child, what can free my nation?
I ask in pain and suffering in the dark jail cells,

The f word and me
The other day we discussed reasons
why people use
the magical f word.
a Young woman is of the opinion
that it’s because of a lack of imperfect language,
where a person’s vocabulary
lacks other words to use.
I think that there are many more other reasons
to slip in everywhere
and that vocabulary
has very little
or nothing to do with it.
One thing that can incite it
is exposure,
where people hear it
hundreds of times
every day
like in an army.
Subsequently without intention
it becomes part of your conversation
and your own vocabulary,
without drawing any attention
with yourself.
The word f is a power word
that give colour intensity
to the meanings of other words
and it can underline, emphasize
or lift some out.
You can also use it as a word
that has many meanings
and use it like a good shifting spanner
that shift for meaning values.
This word can also
be almost any word type
that gives bigger power
to other words used with it.
The thing that really matters
what others read
in the meaning of my words
and if I loose integrity by using it.
There are times
my mother wants to catch a fit
when I use the f word
and not from the meaning
of my words,
but from the negative context
that can be drawn with the word
and the easy transfer
of the word on children that hear my dialogue.

Emptiness of Depth
People who don't like the cover...
Will not investigate the contents.
Just like a book.
And I'm sure your've heard of that expression?
And without knowing the heart of matters,
Based upon how something may look...
They begin ignorant chatter.
Perhaps you've done this yourself?
Stirring up gossip about what's not known...
Simply because what is shown has been 'seen'!
They may have not confronted it...
Before it has been labelled,
A bunch of horse...manure!
And like everything else,
That has been taken for granted...
They are not sure what to say when a 'thing' endures,
And has been found to be of value!
Just like someone who has been shining,
Beyond the scope of their confined minds!
And when it is discovered that has happened...
Why is the blame place on 'that'
Which has been undermined?

Without trying to 'shine' in the minds,

The Only Thing That Matters
When I thought I had it
all figured out,
You came along and looked at me
and along came the doubt.
No more easy feeling was with me anymore,
No more quiet sleeping like I did before
I questioned my sanity
and even my vanity.
But no, there was much more to it than that.
There was something so real
that you made me feel
and all that came before you,
I left behind.
No ifs or whys
are important to me now.
