I don't particularly dislike any kind of person that might be reading my stuff. They like it and that's cool, but I don't do the work for any kind of group in particular, except for hobos, who just plain kick ass and light up my life.

My Canadian Chronicles 30
Last night was kind of strange for me.
A friend took me long to a small café
to listen to some poetry being read
never thinking for one moment
that I would end up reading mine there.
It happened and I did,
my hands shook when I got up to the mike
and stood there and did my bit,
reading out what I regard the best two poems I have written.
I believe the person who organized it
was thrilled because his little group
suddenly went international when I got up to the mike.
It was a small group of about thirty,
each poet had a different style
and I had an awesome night
standing there
reading at “The Weed.”

Rare Thoughts that Never Go away
Has anyone out there reading this
Ever thought about that one person that is always in your thoughts and they never go away?
Well many of us out there are too scared of what or whom we miss
And then there are some of us that can't stop thinking of them throughout the day
Well I am this kind of person that just met a person not long ago
And I am here to say that my thoughts are of this person that I really admire
There are so many people that say how you can feel that way about someone who you barely know
I simply tell them that I trust in the Lord's every desire
Even though finding that one kind of person in everyone's life is rare
Who is always willing to listen and be gentle and kind
I hope that everyone can find this type of person that seems to always be there
Because I want her to know this is why she is always on my mind
And this is why these thoughts never go away
Because of the friendship that has come from the Heaven Above
This is why I am glad, for these thoughts are here to stay
And hopefully those thoughts and feelings will turn from friendship to passionate love

Light.
Light me a light any kind of light,
Just shine its beam into my darkest night,
For like a child I stay up in fright,
So light me a light any light tonight.
Candlelight, moonlight any light is just right,
For in that light I might find my might!
Don’t sing me a song, don’t hold me tight,
Just light me a light, any light tonight.
Light me a light to assist my sight,
Just my naked eye darkness cannot fight,
So before darkness gets a chance to bite,
Light me a light any kind of light.
Flickering, glaring or outright bright,
I don’t care what kind just light me a light,
All I need is darkness away tonight,
So light me a light any kind of light.

Time to Waste and No Life to Live
You don't like me?
And...?
The point you are making is,
What?
Wouldn't it be easier,
For you just to ignore...
What it is you dislike?
And find what appeases you,
To enjoy your life.
Or should I say also,
I dislike you?
So you can pursue...
An attention from me,
You are obviously not getting.
Okay.
I am interested.
But first...
Help me understand people like you,
Who have this kind of time to waste.
And no life to live.

Work! Work! And Reap!
Work! Work! Work! And Reap!
Work! Work! Work! And Sleep!
Everyday most of we work
Some of us love to work
Some of us just want to rock
Some of us want to lie on a beach or take a walk
If we had our way, we could spend all day and talk
But work we all must
Or our lifestyles will go bust!
We may then have to readjust
To unacceptable standards of living in disgust
Work! Work! Work! And Reap!
Work! Work! Work! And Sleep!
We all have different professions
Some of us have silent confessions
We fancy someone at work with an obsession
Work is then fun with a passion until confusion
Work! Work! Work! And Reap!
Work! Work! Work! And Sleep!
There are jobs that are monotonous
The atmosphere is negatively outrageous
Nothing in the air signifies hilarious
Every single person is always very serious
Sometimes played at work
Is the kind of politics
That makes one quite sick
This is where the strong kick
Kick hardest the backside of the weak
But work we all must
Or our lifestyles will go bust!
As we find ourselves lost
And then try hard to readjust
So do we swallow?
Or is fighting back shallow
Will it leave in your pocket a dent that is hollow?
Or produce a scene labeled horror
Enough to leave you in tears of sorrow
I don't have all the answers
I know work is a living cancer
People at work ought to be a little nicer
Everyone needs to make a living including a dancer!

Plain
It made you feel plain, when you forgot your name
Let me tell you something I have felt the same
I know you're in pain but be another boy along the way
God He made you beautiful and there's nothing about you that's plain
[chorus]
You are a jewel, You are a treasure
You are one of a kind
And you shine just a bright as the stars in the sky
You're a rare kind of wonder created just right
So keep your head up the matter the pain
'Cause nothing about you that's plain
It's in the you're not boon tight
The kind of girl that they like
And you're a little insecure about how you look in their eyes
The fashion will change, the trends come and go everyday
But God only made one of you and there's nothing about you that's plain
[chorus]
'Cause you are a jewel, You are a treasure
You are one of a kind
And you shine just a bright as the stars in the sky
You're a rare kind of wonder created just right
So keep your head up the matter the pain
'Cause nothing about you that's plain
See your mind, it is precious
Though your heart may be wretchless
And your eyes, they will see all that you're in to be
'Cause your spirit is strong
And your soul carries on
Keep your head up the matter the pain
There's nothing about you that's plain
I have my days when I feel outta place, yeah
I look at who I am, cover what I can
Wish it all it would change
But, take the makeup away so the same girl still remains
She may not feel that beautiful but, there's nothing about her that's plain
[chorus]
You are a jewel, You are a treasure
You are one of a kind
And you shine just a bright as the stars in the sky
You're a rare kind of wonder created just right
So keep your head up the matter the pain (3x)
There's nothing about you that's plain
You may have felt plain
God He knows your name
Let me tell you something, yeah
There's nothing about you that's plain

Your Kind Of Lover
Now you say you're leaving me
I just can't believe it's true
You're my kind of lover
Wanna little bit of feeling
Add a little bit of meaning to my life
I wanna little bit of feeling
A little bit of sunshine to my life
I wanna be your kind of lover
Give a little bit of feeling
Just a little bit of feeling
Add a little bit of meaning to my life
I wanna boogie down with you, brother
Boogie down with bassman
Win love on the grandslam
I'll be there waititng when you call.
Just step right into my heart
Come a little closer
Don't tell me that it's over
Make a brand new start
We can work it out just next to nothing
Work it out, work it out just next to nothing
With feeling, feeling, feeling, with feeling
We can work it out
Let me show what I can do,
I can be your kind of lover
We can work it out
Let me show what I can do,
I can be your kind of lover
I wanna be your kind of mother
Let's talk about loving right
Don't talk about doing wrong
Put a little bit of sense into your mind
We gotta talk it out man to man
Make each other understand
Right now a little happiness would be fine
Just step right into my heart
Come a little closer
Don't tell me that it's over
Make a brand new start
We can work it out just next to nothing
Work it out, work it out just next to nothing
With feeling, feeling, feeling, with feeling
We can work it out
Let me show what I can do, I can be your kind of lover
We can work it out
Let me show what I can do, I can be your kind of lover

When a person identifies himself with a group his critical faculties are diminished and his passions enhanced by a kind of emotive resonance. The individual is not a killer, the group is, and by identifying with it, the individual becomes one. This is the infernal dialect reflected in man's history.

Only One Kind
3 days have elapsed
The tears have now dried
A kind and highly spirited man has gone!
It's better not to cry anymore;
Just better to hold him as high as that Spirit belonging will reach
Into your memory
Into your tight clutch
In your pint of plain
In your train of linking thoughts
It makes you see
That only one kind of remembrance
Is fit for Tucker
That kind should be as kind to his
Broad smile and the soft crack of his whipping humour
As one more immortal soul
A kind 'oul soul
Has retired his tendencies towards being
With one and all
In the heart of the nights
He gave to the one and the all
One man has gone
One more man has shone
And will shine again
In a very different light

Silence And I
(lead vocal - eric woolfson)
If i cried out loud
Over sorrows i've known
And the secrets i've heard
It would ease my mind
Someone sharing the load
But i won't breathe a word
We're two of a kind
Silence and i
We need a chance to talk things over
Two of a kind
Silence and i
We'll find a way to work it out
While the children laughed
I was always afraid
Of the smile of the clown
So i close my eyes
Till i can't see the light
And i hide from the sound
We're two of a kind
Silence and i
We need a chance to talk things over
Two of a kind
Silence and i
We'll find a way to work it out
I can hear the cry
Of the leaf on a tree
As it falls to the ground
I can hear the call
Of an echoing voice
And there's no one around
We're two of a kind
Silence and i
We need a chance to talk things over
Two of a kind
Silence and i
We'll find a way to work it out

I'd think,'In a relationship, we should never have his kind of fight.' Then, instead of figuring out how to make it work, I looked for a way to get out of it. The truth is, you shouldn't be married if your that kind of person.

Some Kind Of Friend
Music by Barry Manilow
Lyrics by Adrienne Anderson
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I saw you at the Beechwood Cafe
You looked at me and then you looked away
That was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
You said you had places that you had to be
Now who is gonna be there for me
That was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Lady that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Baby that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
They say that women like you can't get enough
Got your Maserati built for two
They say that women like you like to play
with love
Is that true?
When I ran into you the other day
You smiled at me but you had nothing to say
That was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Tell me why'd you do what you did to me
Covered up your life so I couldn't see
Now that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Lady that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned to be
Baby that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
I never should have let you get to me
Nevershould have let you bring me down
Didn't know that I was just some fantasy
That you found.

Not That Kind
All the time that we spend together
I won't fuss
I won't fight tryin to make you mine
Ha
Wooh
Ah c'mon
I said I'll love you 'til the 12th of never
But I won't run far ahead
Leaving you behind
You know I'm not that kind
'Cause I'm not that kind of girl
(Not that kind)
(Not that kind of girl)
And it's not my kind of world
(Not that kind)
(Not that kind of girl)
No it's not for me

Not where I wanna be

Just Kickin It
Verse one (kandi):
Every man wants a woman,
Where him and her can just go hang.
Just the two of them along, kick back,
Doing their own thing.
And every man wants a woman,
That can always keep him in the mood.
And Im that kind of girl,
So this is what I tell my dude.
Chorus:
I tell him to kick off your shoes and relax your feet,
Party on down to the xscape beat.
Just kick it.
Just kick it, just kick it.
(repeat x2)
Verse two (kandi):
Every man wants a woman,
That can cook him up a good meal.
A woman he can treat like his homie,
And take her out on the ave. and just chill.
Every man wants a woman,
That aint good for just laying on her back.
(latocha):and Im that kind of woman,
(kandi):so before me and my man get in the sack...
Repeat chorus to fade

Hes A Go Getter
Hes a go getter, go getter
When his wife gets off from work, hell go get her
Now Ive got a neighbor that lives down the road a ways
His wife holds down a steady job, he dont turn his hand all day
I know that most of you will know the kind Im talkin about
The kind that rather than have to work, hed rather do without
But hes a go getter, a go getter
When his wife gets off from work, hell go get her
Theres a group of men in the court house yard any time that you go by
Playin checkers and tradin odds and makin jokes about their wives
They wait all week for pay day and they hold the moneys plenty
And the wife thats worked those long hard hours never gets a penny
But hes a go getter, a go getter
When his wife gets off from work, hell go get her
Yes hes a go getter, a go getter
When his wife gets off from work, hell go get her
Hes a go getter, a go getter
When his wife gets off from work, hell go get her

Humble
A humble being and a kind heart
But as a human is not prefect
Other has cold blooded heart
Kind to being animal and plant
But we dislike each other way
Killing animal just for fun
Nature we destroy much
Care for old care for young
Care for other, but elderly are left alone
Young been abuse dislike other much
Humble is for loving and to all
Peace and harmony
Pure happiness we find

Kick, Kick, Kick.
When hurt kick,
When lonely kick,
When embaressed kick,
When happy kick,
When sad kick,
When nervous kick,
When laughing kick,
When crying kick,
When sick kick,
When playing kick,
When dead kick...
If you can!
I mean, what are those feet for?
Kick, kick, kick...
If you still can!

The Most Beautiful Girl In The World
{from the beautiful experience (1994)}
Could u be the most beautiful girl in the world?
Its plain 2 see ure the reason that God made a girl
When the day turns into the last day of all time
I can say I hope u are in these arms of mine
And when the night falls before that day I will cry
I will cry tears of joy cuz after u all one can do is die, oh
Could u be the most beautiful girl in the world?
Could u be?
Its plain 2 see ure the reason that God made a girl
Oh, yes u are
How can I get through days when I cant get through hours?
I can try but when I do I see u and Im devoured, oh yes
Whod allow, whod allow a face 2 be soft as a flower? oh
I could bow (bow down) and feel proud in the light of this power
Oh yes, oh
Could u be (could u be) the most beautiful girl in the world?
Could u be?
Its plain 2 see ure the reason that God made a girl
Oh, yes u are
And if the stars ever fell one by one from the sky
I know mars could not be, uh, 2 far behind
Cuz baby, this kind of beauty has got no reason 2 ever be shy
Cuz honey, this kind of beauty is the kind that comes from inside
Could u be (could u be) the most beautiful girl in the world?
So beautiful, beautiful
Its plain 2 see (plain 2 see) ure the reason that God made a girl
Oh yeah! (oh, yes u are)
Girl (could u be? )
U must be ... oh yeah!
(could u be? )
Ure the reason ... oh yeah
(could) {x3}
