Well, because I have twin seven-year-old boys, I enjoy the gift giving stuff a great deal. We do both Hanukkah and Christmas, so it is a costly, though extremely pleasing proposition.

Too Late For Merry Christmas?
Is it too late for Merry Christmas, too late for the greatest of Gifts?
Is God’s greatest offer limited to, a holiday known to me and you?
Some have Christmas in July, the reason for it, do you know why?
Is Christmas a day Christ was born, a day today, many just scorn?
Can’t we celebrate all year long, Christ with hearts filled with song?
Christmas for obvious reason, comes around for only one season,
And our Christmas as the holiday, with the tree, gets packed away,
But Christ throughout all the year, through His Spirit is always here.
Christmas is just a reminder for, a world trying to dismiss our Lord,
Where many don’t know who He is, while they relish receiving gifts,
When Christmas is over for them, we go on with Christ, as a friend,
Who is with us all year through, to offer God’s Gift to men like you.
So this day and all year through, this happy greeting I’ll say to you,
Merry Christmas and I’m not late, giving you words to contemplate.
Not too late to share with one, greetings in the name of God’s Son,
Who came not to make a holiday, but be for all God’s Narrow Way.
It’s never too late at all for me, to greet you in the power of Calvary,
Where Christmas was truly sealed; and all become spiritually healed,
Point Christmas to Calvary’s Cross; God’s Gift to the spiritually lost,
Away from all Christmas has become, and back to God’s Only Son.

A Gift From Me To You
I am sending you all
a gift for Christmas.
The gift isn’t big at all,
but when it blossoms,
it is the biggest gift of all.
It comes with love and hugs
that are just for you to keep
for a rainy day
to chase the blues away.
You won’t see the gift
as it is invisible to see,
but you will know its there
and everyone will see.
You see the gift
I am giving you for Christmas
is something from the heart.
It is too big
to fit in any box.
The gift is the gift of friendship,
the most precious treasure
I can give,
it comes from a loving heart
for as long as I may live.
So please accept my gift
as it comes from me to you.

Give Love On A Christmas Day
people making lists, buying special gifts,
It's a time to be kind to one and all
It's that time of year when good friends are dear
And you wish you could give more
Than just presents from a store
Why don't you give love on christmas day (on christmas day)
Oh even the man who has everything
Would be so happy if you would bring
Him love on christmas day (on christmas day)
No greater gift is there than love
People you don't know smiling out hello
Everywhere there's an air of christmas joy
It's that once a year, when the world's sincere
And you'd like to find a way
To show the things that words can't say
Why don't you give love on christmas day (on christmas day)
The man on the street and the couple upstairs
All need to know that there's one cares
Give love on christmas day (christmas day)
No greater gift is there than love
What the world needs is love
Yes the world needs your love
Why don't you give love on christmas day (on christmas day)
Oh every little child on santa's knee
Has room for your love underneath his tree
Give love on christmas day (christmas day)
No greater gift is there than love
What the world needs is love
Yes the world needs your love
Give love on christmas day (christmas day) ...

Christmas Is Here
Christmas is here
Snowflakes filling the air
People rushing past every display
No time for napping
Theres buying and then wrapping
The gifts to be given away
Sparkling lights
All the dazzling sights
Christmas trees loaded with joy
Hearts full of giving
Children are living
For what could be their favorite toy
Christmas is here
Christmas is here
Its a wonderful time of the year
Christmas is here
Christmas is here
Its a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful time of the year
Families together
No matter the weather
Feasting and fun is the goal
Grandma is making
Sugar cookies are baking
To warm up the body and soul
Full decoration
In anticipation of times
Marked with laughter and cheer
And day long awaited
And much celebrated
Christmas is finally here
Christmas is here
Its a wonderful time of the year
Christmas is here
Christmas is here
Its a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful time of the year
A festive occasion
A welcome invasion
Of carolers filling the air
Song of rejoicing
And everyone voicing
A story of hope we all share
Christmas is here
Christmas is here
Its wonderful time of the year
Christmas is here
Christmas is here
Its a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful time of the year
Christmas is here
Its a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful time of the year
Christmas is finally here

All I Want For Christmas
You could shop until you drop
At every mall in town
Searching for that special gift for me
Cowboy boots, a hunting suit
That would be just fine
But you can't buy the biggest wish of mine
Honey, all I want for Christmas
Is a new year with you
Twelve more months of loving
A heart so sweet and true
Make me a promise
That's the best that you can do
All I want for Christmas
Is a new year with you
I could make a list of my requests
And send them to Santa Claus
Tell him what a good man I've been
He could land up on our rooftop
Bring it all on Christmas eve
But you've still got the greatest gift for me
Honey, all I want for Christmas
Is a new year with you
Twelve more months of loving
A heart so sweet and true
Make me a promise
That's the best that you can do
All I want for Christmas
Is a new year with you
I could be so happy
Holding you by firelight
Listening to you whisper
I'm yours for life
Honey, all I want for Christmas
Is a new year with you
Twelve more months of loving
A heart so sweet and true
Make me a promise
That's the best that you can do
All I want for Christmas
Is a new year with you
Honey, all I want for Christmas
Is a new year with you

Holidays Celebrated

Ramadan begins with a fast that cleanses.
At least 10 days when this begins.
The Muslims practice this with faith.
A faith for them without an end.

So many wish for Santa Claus,
To gift them with a tax write off!
And those who celebrate the days of Kwanzaa,
Do this when Christmas has gone.

Hanukkah Feast of Consecration,
Has a Menorah glowing bright.
And everyone wishes a pleasing season.
With no appetite to fight.

Christmas Everyday
He was born so far away
So the story's told
We remember Christmas Day
When winter days grow cold
With the time it passes by
We put away the trim
Then we live and wonder why
We can't remember Him
The Christmas star shines once a year
And then it fades away
Keep the spirit in your-our heart
It's Christmas everyday (christmas everyday)
It's not the bells and it's not the snow
And it's not the gifts we get
But He was born so long ago
It's easy to forget
Peace on earth, good will to-oo men
But men can't go alone
We get lost along the way
But He can bring us ho-o-o-o-o-o-ome
Remember Him throughout the year
Without the star above
He left us all a Christmas gift
He left the gift of love
The Christmas star shines once a year
And then it fades away
Keep the spirit in your-our heart
And it's Christmas every day...

Pathetic on christmas
It's Christmas eve
and I'm seated on this same old chair
in front of this same old tube
I'm a pathetic little twig
left on a christmas tree lot
on a very merry christmas eve
It happens to everyone
Oh yes it does...maybe it does..
It must...or could i be the only one?
Nooo...i musn't think this way
Christmas happens every year,
whether we like it or not...
It's no big deal...
but see I got no gifts to share...
maybe i'll give someone
my pc...just so i could show
some christmas spirit...
An I won't even feel bitter
it's christmas eve...
I'll just report it stolen the next day.

Hating Yo For Christmas
Thanks for the christmas card
I dont want to hear about your new job now
I dont want to hear about your new boyfriend
I dont want to hear about it all working out for you
No, I dont wanna hear about it now
I dont want to hear about your swinging new place
I dont want to hear how everyone thinks its great
I just want to sit in our apartment and hate you
Yes, I will be hating you for christmas
You can have the christmas tree
Remember when we bought it at the store down the street
Remember when I found that cheesy color wheel
I dont want to think about the lights on your white skin
No I dont want to think about it
I dont wanna think about last year at your dads
Said it was the best sex that we both ever had
I dont wanna think about my face and your soft hair
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
Yeah, I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I must be losing my mind
Theres gotta be a better way to deal with the pain
Theres gotta be a better way to deal with the hate
Wish that I could find some way to make you go away
Wish that I could have a drink and make you fade
Wish that I could have myself a drink and made you fade
Wish that I could have a drink and make you go away
Yeah, make you go away
Wish that I could make you go away
I will be hating you for christmas
Yeah, I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
I will be hating you for christmas
Thanks for the christmas card

What’s Christmas?
Christmas isn’t buying new toys;
Christmas isn’t wearing new clothes;
Christmas isn’t eating good foods;
Christmas isn’t sending great cards!
Christmas is sharing what you’ve got;
Christmas is giving those without;
Christmas is showing God’s love to
Poor, downtrodden, unlucky ones on earth!

All I Wanted For Christmas
All I wanted for Christmas was You
Instead I am here writing about this
Am here stuck in a room fighting my tears
Not knowing when it’ll end coz I have so much pain
Stranded with nothing to think trying not to go insane
All I wanted for Christmas was You
Looking you in the eyes when you open my gift
You looking into my eyes as I smile, you as my favorite gift
Waiting to get you in my arms on a cold Christmas night
Thinking it won’t be so fills my heart with so much fright
All I wanted for Christmas was You
I woke up lonely crying finding I was all alone
All I had was memories from the past waking up to your sweet kiss
This was enough to put a smile on my face today
Moments later I cried realizing it’ll never be the same again
All I wanted for Christmas was You
Your smile, your face more beautiful and brighter than the xmas lights
The joy in my heart knowing I will be with you for life
On every Christmas I thanked God for giving me the gift of You
This Christmas is no Christmas for me without You
Because all I wanted for Christmas was You

Its almost Christmas here and there
It's almost Christmas here and there
Ever 1st day of September,
Everyone got their reminder.
Freakin' out coz it's almost December,
Coz it's almost Christmas here and there.
At malls you can hear Christmas song,
Colorful decor and lights displayed along.
Starts hearing ding dong bells everywhere,
Coz it's almost Christmas here and there.
They say Christmas is only for children,
But it's for everybody who believes in.
Time to merry, time to cheer,
Coz it's almost Christmas here and there.
Yes, it's almost Christmas here and there.
But the question is 'are you prepared? '
Prepared not for the gift giving,
But to give peace, love and be forgiving.
Christmas is the season for joy,
Prayers is best gift you can give not things nor toys.
Happiness I always felt on this season,
That's why I'm so excited for the day Jesus Christ was born.

Two For Christmas
Kids all grown and have their own thing
Family too far away...
Just two for Christmas this year
Never been just two
No need for trees and shiny things
Or all the presents and food
Just two for Christmas this year
Never been just two
Quietly to bed on Christmas eve
Wont feed the reindeer this year
Just two for Christmas this year
Never been just two
Strange to wake on Christmas Day
No laughing kids to watch
Just two for Christmas this year
Never been just us two.

Published by mfg sing sing music/socan - ascap
Everytime I get restless, I see my hand knockin on your door
And everytime Im in a fix baby, I start actin like I need you more
Well Ive been lookin for someone to talk to
And Ive been searchin for a better way
And Ive been runnin all over town, girl
Ive been lookin each and every way, yeah
But you got somethin special
And Im bein on the level with you
You got that thing that moves me, yeah
(great stuff, luv your stuff), mmm, I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), at five oclock in the morning
(great stuff, luv your stuff), still cant get enough
(great stuff, luv your stuff)
Livin like a fool in flames
You know that I been usin you, girl
And Im the one to blame
But babe, I got my cupboards all stocked and ready
What you get girl, is what you see
And youve been lookin inside my head now
And you got your arms wrapped around me, mmm
I got no thing for our candy
Its your lovin girl, that gets me down
You got that thing that moves me, yeah
(great stuff, luv your stuff), ooh, I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), send the bill in the morning
(great stuff, luv your stuff), I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), get busy
I got no sense of reason, I know I gotta make a deal
Its all comin down to somethin baby, its tellin me I got to get real, huh
I got my senses in a tuft, Im all mixed up, my temperatures starting to rise
And I cant seem to stay away from you, girl, I think its more than we realized, yeah
Wont you look what its doin
Its your lovin girl, that gets me down
You got that thing that moves me, yeah
(great stuff, luv your stuff), ooh, I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), Ill pay the price in the morning

That Time
There is a time in the year where everybody comes together
Were everyone is happy and joyful
God has blessed us with this time
This time is Christmas time.
Waking up on a Christmas morning,
Looking out the window at the snow patterned grass
No feeling comes close to the joy that brings.
As good as it is to give and receive presents
We all know the real meaning of Christmas is to love one another.
Imagine a Christmas with none of the love or celebrations
No laughter or fun.
Christmas represents happiness
God gave us Christmas to celebrate, to love, to enjoy.
Enjoy that time.

Christmas and Detoxification
Food, drinks and presents,
Lavish food and lavish giving
Christmas parties, Christmas delights,
Christmas trees and sparkling lights!
Christmas for families and loved ones
Christmas for haves and have-nots,
Time for spending, time for eating
Time for giving, time for sharing.
Detox Christmas from excesses
Seen only from what can be fished
Out from our accounts and wallets,
from what we can feed our tummies.
Detox Christmas by welcoming
The gift of Love and Grace into
our being, removing toxins of greed,
of hate, fear, and doubt in human heart.

Come Winter, Come Santa, Come Christmas.....
Come winter, shower snows everywhere
Come Santa, distribute gifts to all of us.
Come Christmas, spread harmony all around.
To celebrate festive of peace and joy,
To exchange gift of love,
To decorate x-mas tree,
To have delicious cakes and wine
To throw parties
To enjoy and forget all worries
Each one of us is waiting all year around for this Christmas.
From children to old
Every heart is filled with fun
No time to hate and quarrel
Making environment thrill
Sending good wishes around
Music in the air
Compelling to tap our feet,
Each one of us is waiting all year around for this Christmas.
Come winter, shower snows everywhere
Come Santa, distribute gifts to all of us.

What Christmas Means To Me…
Christmas means a lot to me
Because you have made it special you see
You give me your love from deep within
Even though your patience I wear thin
You are my shinning star so bright
May world goes from darkness to light
You know what I need to make it through
And I am very blessed and thankful for you
Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without you
My day would be sad, lonely and blue
Christmas means a lot because of the love you give
You have always taught that we must forgive
Christmas means lot of things
It means presents, clothes and diamond rings
It means giving from the very start
Giving from deep within the heart
Christmas means the end of another year
Together we are able to stand up and cheer
And add another year together my dear
For our love we have for each other is sincere
For it is our happiness and love we share
A special time for us to show each other we care
To join our love ones in a Christmas celebration
To teach others with example and inspiration

Pretty Boys
Last night I dreamt you were gay
It was all you needed to say
Finally an answer for why you dont want me that way
Last year I slept in your arms
Slept right through the alarm
But now you live in virginia, alone on a farm
Boys will be boys
Boys will be boys
Girls cant avoid
Pretty boys
Last july I came untied
My trousers , my bra , and my pride
You were so confident that I would let you inside.
Back of the bus in berlin
That was the summer of sin
Bryan and richie pounding the bottle of gin
Liars and lovers
Twin brothers
Never win
Boys will be boys
Boys will be boys
Girls cant avoid
Pretty boys
Girls cant avoid
Pretty boys
No girls cant avoid
Pretty boys
