Now, I - for several years while I was researching this book, I felt quite obsessed by thoughts about sentencing, punishment, how judges arrive at their decisions.

Time spent researching varies from book to book. Some novels require months, even years of research, others very little. I try to do most of my research before I begin but inevitably questions emerge during the writing.

God's Curse (pt.2)
marriage is God's punishment
to suffer thru this life
so we may want to die
than be someones wife
marriage makes two as one
no wonder its suffocating
two as one
cannot be done
before you tell me im wrong
rush to my judgement
iv already felt Gods
wrath and punishment
i was married to him
for many years
felt more than enough pain
way to many tears

Sour Grapes for M lady Tara
Sour grapes
Crysanthemums flamboyantly
display their multicoloured hues.
Each blossom is potentially
a winner though it is hard to choose.
This is the task the judges face
and all three judges must agree.
Which one of them deserves first place.
Decisions made collectively.
At last the winner is declared.
Against which there is no appeal
they have debated and compared.
Without a doubt the judges feel.
That their decision was correct
unlike the losers I suspect.

Researching of Your Rebirth
None of it has been rehearsed.
The researching of your rebirth.
Every detail of it has been lived.
And moments of it,
You had felt neglected and cursed.
No steps first awakened,
Came with ease.
No temptation tasted,
Lasted to please.
Few you met...
Had souls complete,
Of truth and honesty.
Although you held onto the myth...
Everyone you knew,
Was born with a goodness,
To free joy and happiness...
Within them existed
None of it has been rehearsed.
The researching of your rebirth.
Every detail of it has been lived.
And moments of it,
You had felt neglected and cursed.
From the moment of your first birth.
Now on a path of enlightenment.
Accepting reality as it is meant.
Freed from beliefs that decreased as you grew.
Comprehending this,
Increased your higher consciousness.
And you realize the clarity before your eyes.
None of it has been rehearsed.
The researching of your rebirth.
Every detail of it has been lived.
And moments of it,
You had felt neglected and cursed.
But what has been revealed...
At first may hurt.
Until acceptance heals!
To allow the growth from a stunting to bloom!
Waiting for you to decide to give it room...
To rise above and beyond,
Limitations of despair that keeps one teased.

In England the judges should have independence to protect the people against the crown. Here the judges should not be independent of the people, but be appointed for not more than seven years. The people would always re-elect the good judges.

In Time
In the bus I sprint with my thoughts
I see all kinds, all races and all sorts
Hey, I have not kissed red lips like yours
Not today, yesterday or ever like before
And then I let my thoughts wander
To a world conceived by blunders
For many, the painful agony
Of having no access to money
Does not compose a sweet harmony
In time we make decisions
We arrive to conclusions
And time is an illusion
A concrete faceless institution
So let us all walk the roads
Examining the secret codes
Lets witness the critics and hypocrites
Who runaway when faced with defeat
In an era of a styled structural evolution
We are witnessing a cultural revolution
Used is anything on multiple infinite occasions
That inspires to brainwash an educated nation
And in time
Gadgets, media, papers and the Internet
And in time
The centuries see new social movements
And in time
With spoken promises, the politicians tease
And in time
There is poverty and wide spread disease
In time we make decisions
We arrive to conclusions
And time is an illusion
A concrete faceless institution
Always on a sweet or destructive timely mission

Am I obsessed with death?
Stroking a head of a snake
Feeling a tiger’s breath
Am I obsessed with death?
Am I obsessed with death?
Daydreaming while crossing a street
of life that I want to have
Am I obsessed with death?
Am I obsessed with death?
When shit start hitting fans
at results I will quietly laugh
Am I obsessed with death?
Am I obsessed with death?
Laying sick on a bed of death
I will cling to what I still have
I simply enjoy the life
Don’t care about death

I've Done My Job
'How did we arrive,
To get 'ourselves' into this situation? '
I thought you knew.
You were the one to convince me,
To follow you and not the others.
'This is true.
Now what do 'we' do?
It would make no sense,
To accuse or blame each other.
With no choices left,
To accept, reject or defend 'our' decisions.'
'Our' decisions?
Hey...
You convinced me to follow 'you'!
I've done my job.

SUPREME COURT SHOULD BE ELECTED July 1st,2011
The question is, how many Supreme Court judges should they make?
I say they should be elected because there’s too much at stake,
Abortion decisions and death with dignity are only two,
We’re in too deep, can’t change; caught in their hidden agenda glue.
Media moguls all want in on the secret selection game,
Male or female lawyers with all their aristocratic claims to fame,
Media can’t criticize these appointment decisions,
Nothing can be changed and neither are there any revisions.
Dressed like sanctimonious priests in their red Santa Clause suits,
How do they come to their decisions and are they in cahoots?
No media or public questions and no one can cause a fuss,
Their decision that allowed abortions cannot be discussed.

People can get obsessed with romance, they can get obsessed with political paranoia, they can get obsessed with horror. It's isn't the fault of the subject matter that creates the obsession, I don't think.

Diversity on the bench is critical. As practitioners, you need judges who 'get it!' We need judges who understand what discrimination feels like. We need judges who understand what inequality feels like. We need judges who understand the subtleties of unfair treatment and who are willing to call it out when they see it!

There Is Nothing Like Accepting My Own Ignorance
I argue with no one,
Fixed and stuck in false beliefs.
Those who have been in routines,
For generations.
And doing things taught...
Without researching their own thoughts.
Those who choose to do what grandma,
And grandpa did.
And if that was good for them...
That same mindset was handed down,
Disregarding the technology...
Of the times we live!
There are those so far behind,
Today's times.
To leave one to wonder who is blessed...
Those who have lived in rustic isolation?
Or those who live in a mess,
With constant reminders of their 'intelligent' devastations.
And attempting to speak with common sense to some...
Leave those attempting to do it,
Stunned to find out...
Very few have none!
I argue with no one,
Fixed and stuck in false beliefs.
Those who have been in routines,
For generations.
And doing things taught...
Without researching their own thoughts.
As long as I've got my own 'insights' I trust,
I find it simple to go my way...
Feeling freer today to be myself,
Caring less who may think...
That I am the one who is nuts!
There is nothing like accepting my own ignorance.
With challenges to accomplish my own deeds.

Arrested Thoughts
You have come too far...
To surround yourself in fear.
Shackled and attacked by thoughts,
Taught by those close and near.
Remove them from your mindset now!
Don't allow to become imprisoned...
Or bow down to confining decisions!
Break free and climb to your higher self.
Get rid of those thoughts,
Others have brought and dealt!
Leaving you with feelings...
You alone seem to have felt!
Eliminate a fate not yours.
Adore your mind and explore new shores!
Cast away what had limited you.
Your happiness you can and will pursue!
Believe you deserve a better view.
And watch the beauty of your life come through!
Arrest your thoughts...
That's what you ought to do!
If you must be a prisoner,
Become warden of a love that's due!
Locked and safe...
Protected from the blues!
Let others find comfort in pity!
Those scenes are not for you!
With arrested thoughts...
Take back what you own!
Your mind is YOUR castle,
And let that be known!

The Chornicles of a Dark Heart Part 16 The open book's monologue
Red what is it to you black the color of death? maybe maybe not? anyone here play video games? FOR CHAOS? ring any bells help spread the taint more quickly? what might an open book write
what would a open book draw
what would an open book think
open books are predictable
so predict what the picture means
why is black black? why is red O infused? what is the meaning only you know maybe only me...
(added years later)
Maybe I'm the book, and maybe you're the reader
but who is you? is it not everyone
since I'm open, for all to point at laugh at, out of malice or for fun
because they know my thoughts, they know i love her? !
what did i do?
i never said i love you! ! !
how can they know?
how did i reap what i did now sow? !
The worst part
about being an open book,
is an open book can't close itself, can't have a heart
anyone can know all from just one look
there seems to be something wrong with being too open and honest
but it's too late a book can't close itself
can't move by its own accord to a shelf
an open book can never rest
so now I'm the book, so since im there just read
just read.... and watch my heart, my purpose, my soul, my life, me
watch.... watch them bleed

Sunshine
For many years I felt like a man
Feeling his way through darkness
This priceless treasure
For which Ive searched
Appeared to me nothing more
Than a mirage in the sea
But when the vision faded
From this struggle and dream
Suddenly my illusion is diarry
Ive now discovered whats reality
Sunshine, sunshine, sunshine
Ive found you
Even if youre only
Even if youre only
Even if youre only
Destined for a while
Sunshine, sunshine, sunshine
Ive found you
Even if youre only
Destined for a while
Ill be both most impressions
And I arrive this with a smile
As the picture book shows stanley
Standing at the source of the nile

Why.............?
The American book of 'why',
The Asian book of 'why',
The European book of 'why',
The African book of 'why',
The Australian book of 'why',
The most asked question in the valley of world events;
Especially when one explodes a bomb!
The Christian book of 'why',
The Muslim book of 'why',
The Jewish book of 'why',
The Hindu book of 'why',
The Krishna book of 'why',
lLife is like the yeast which makes the bread rise;
But, the writer always has his or her own mind.
The Pagan book of 'why',
The Buddhist book of 'why',
The Protestant book of 'why',
The Confucian book of 'why',
To all life's aspects with the remaining books of 'why';
Poetry is the literature that muses with the mind.
Shall the trumpet be blown in the city and,
The people will not be afraid?
Seven bulls and seven rams,
I am the planted tree by the rivers of waters.
I am very young in years but,
The word 'why' is the question that goes around easily.
