Brave Sword
By bravery we subdue the brilliance
Of an enemy with a sling;
O the enchantment that bravery brings,
Promises are made on the mast.
Concerns creep to wander with lust,
Bravery derides the normal quest.

What's Courage
Here's a question thats always on the back of your mind
With an answer that's nearly impossible to find
What is courage?
People often mistake courage for bravery
Like someone that looks like a celebrity
Bravery is having little or no fear
Like a dying person who knows the end is near
Courage is overcoming what makes you tremble and shiver
Like knowing you might die but still donating your liver
But courage wouldn't exist without fear

Not My Trait
My mother, whose courage was like a rock
always mystified me.
She took that grit and bravery
that was always she.
And I who idolized that treasure

Meek Mind
My mild mind is meek and I do caress your thought
That inhabits your mind.
My manner inhibits stress, the very lamb of distress,
Each spot of anxiety is manufactured.
The smell of your teeth is cruel when you bite
For the food is a whim, a wish and forethought.
