Ive been trying to tell you
Ive been putting it off, putting it off
Cant wait any longer
Youve been good to me
And that only makes it harder
To say what I gotta say

How can you love two people at the same time?

Let Someone Get To Know You

'Unpredictable.
With a daring to be confrontational.
Quick to express an opinion,
As if wisdom was only to them sent.
Unconventional.
Although unpretentious,
When asked to pass a hint of judgement.
And that sometimes is unsolicited.'

When I requested you to describe me.
I referred to my physical features.
Not what you've heard from others,
That have no merit or basis of fact.

'I think you are gorgeous!
How's that?
However.
There is yet a remedy invented,
That will prevent your mouth.
From contradicting how you come across,
To others.

And you say you are serious in seeking,
A meaningful relationship?
With what?
Or whom?
Or is it who? '

Remind me not to ask you,
To do me a favor ever again.

'Just keep your mouth shut!
That's all you've got to do.
Let someone get to know you,
Before they run away.'

Sometimes With Nothing Profound

Spectacular and unconventional.
With a little bit of poverty.
And a lot of dysfunction.
But I couldn't pay...
To have my life any other way.

The names I've been called,
Over the years that I've been called them...
Have been fuel to ignite my desires.
And those who have done this,
Were mainly relatives too.
Choosing to be the worse critics.
As if a duty of it was to prove.

And over the years,
Sharing both laughter and tears...
So many experiences enjoyed I've done.
Lessons were many and they still continue.
As my curiousity expands...
To extend a bolder me that stands.

And with pen in hand...
I have been blessed to share.

And sometimes with nothing profound.
Just comments made to toss around.

Lightening is quicker than thunder

Lightening is quicker than thunder, for many their weaknesses are exposed first, latent powers in them manifest afterwards in unconventional ways. GOD help them if they are adopted with a narcissistic, self-adsorbed father with compulsion issues, denial, anger, rigidity. Also God really be their for them with their borderline mother who can't help but freely expose all of their children's weaknesses publicly while being blind to their strengths, abusing them for not living up to the conventional culturally marketed definition of greatness that the queen demands.

For some parents, not most, their is something deeply wrong with them, the only way to help them is for their adult children to get away, get away from them on as many levels as possible for very long time, for good is understandable.

Pagan Dance

Open fire roar,
illuminate or stage.

Fluttering bats
an abundance.

Stars twinkle their applause.

Entertaining the cosmos.

Croaking bullfrogs out of tune.
Field mice,
midnight matinee.

No curtain call.

Vail of dew adorn meadow grasses.

Glisten the sheen,
by early light
dawn
breaks.

Robin sings out,
presentation over.

Our duet at an end.

When full again,
dance among the trees.

Unconventional recital.
Magical performance.

So we dance
for pleasure
among nature.

Lacking Grace for Miss Callie

Thoughtless parents frequently
choose names for children that will be
A source of much embarrassment.

Although it’s unintentional.
A name that’s unconventional
can often be an unwise choice.

Though it appeals to both of you.
I’m sure it’s most unlikely to
appeal to the recipient.

It opens them to ridicule.
From the first day they go to school
and follows them throughout their life.

So think again before you choose
A name that will invite abuse.
Why make them suffer needlessly.

It isn’t hard find something plain
and save your child a lot of pain
That’s caused by cruel mockery.

A simple name will well suffice.
Why should your children pay the price
for your insensitivity.

Fifi Mariposa may sound well
Though you discarded Trixibelle.
You wanted something different

When she is old enough to choose
you can be sure she’ll change her name.
To something much more suitable.

Some names have stood the test of time
The one you chose a heinous crime.
For which you deserve punishment.
