I published in 1978 a report on dreams in the Journal of Clinical Psychology. It was the first study of its kind to demonstrate that it is possible for people to make constructive use of their dreams to improve their lives.

The Legacy Of A Dreamer
Someone said that I’m a dreamer,
And if that’s really true—
I’d like to dream the kind of dreams
That few dreamers do.
I would dream the fairest dream—
One that I could share
With rich, poor and so much more
Of people everywhere.
I would dream constructive dreams,
With new ideas on which to build—
Accomplishing elaborate schemes,
By labor and by will.
I would dream impossible dreams
And diligently pursue.
And I would work tenaciously
To make those dreams come true.
I’d dream away the hurt and pain
That sin has caused us all.
I’d dream away the clouds and rain
That linger from the fall.
I’d dream lofty, noble dreams
With aims and goals set high,
And strive to fulfill each dream
Before THE DREAMER dies.

When You Wish Upon A Star
dreams come true (dreams come true)
dreams come true (oh oh, oh yeah)
dreams come true (na, na na, na na)
they do (they do)
when you (when you)...
When you wish upon a star, (a star,) makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires will come to you (it will come to you)
If your heart is in your dreams, (your dreams) no request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star as dreamers do (ooh ooh).
(Oh, Fate is...is kind...)Fate is kind, she brings (she brings) to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of their secret longing
(oh oh oh. like...) Like a boat out of the blue, Fate steps in and sees you thru
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(and they don't stop) dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(make a wish and) dreams come, (your dreams...) dreams come, (your dreams come...) dreams come true

It is easier to learn to interpret dreams if you have a reason to use them for something constructive. You apply your dream insights to making constructive changes in your life.

Our Reality
Dreams are what we want
to become our reality
and if we dream hard enough
in time, they will come to be.
Dreams are what our lives are built upon.
Everyone has their dreams,
it is up to them to make them come true,
but there are hurdles that get in the way.
If we get through them,
our dreams are not far away.

Prolog
Having lots of precious things is hard
If we want something
Sometimes we should sacrifice other
Precious thing like heart
In this world there are so many kind of people
And so many kind of dreams
People are fighting each other
Crying and laughting one another
Between all of them
How many people succeed their dreams
And how many
who reach their dreams and feel satisfied
Maybe no one ever know that
Because
Who decide the answer are us

In Dreams (Life Poem)
In dreams we feel the impossible is easy
In dreams we flee the burdens of this life
In dreams we fly to worlds that don’t exist
In dreams we find the love that cannot be
In dreams we follow a path that never ends
In dreams we fall forever in a nightmare chase.
In dreams we live the jumbled fragments of our lives.

Dream Dream Dream
Dream dream dream
And dream untill dream come true
Life is nothing but dreams
Some accomplished, some unfinished
Some dreams are trifle, some cherished
You are nothing but a result of dreams
Dreams, dreams and nothing but dreams
A dream of someone
Or a dream of your own
Dream is not what you dream while asleep
Dream is what that don't let you sleep
You live for dream
And you die for dream
Your unattained desires are dreams
What you all desire are dreams
You can't accomplished unless you dream
What you accomplished was a dream
The law of attraction and power of passion
All say dream, dream and dream

Could You Explain Why?
You cheated
Hit me
Used me
Stalked me
Harassed me
Threatened to kill me
Even though you did all that
I still have dreams about you
And it brings up feeling
I once had for the person
You pretended to be
I try so hard to get over
These dreams and feelings about you
But they just keep on happening
And I just want them to stop
I wonder if you feel the same about me
And have dreams about me to
But you always seem to have a chick
By your side so it's hard telling
If you actually had feeling for me at all
I don't understand why I care at all
Or why these feeling keep on reoccuring
Can someone please explain
The psychology behind all this
I know I don't want to be in a relationship with you
But I do miss being friends and talking with you
But then again your insane and can't be trusted
So why do I crave you so much?
Is this some kind of childish tendency
That I have because other girls
Show interested in you more
And I can't have you
So it makes me want you more
Is that the reason?
I want you back now?
Girl O' My Dreams
Here we go, 2 .. 1, 2, 3!
I want a woman like Marilyn Monroe
The kind of woman that'd never say no
The kind of woman that'd make U scream
"That's the girl o' my dreams!"
I want a woman that'll treat me right
Give me good lovin' all through the night
Take her on a date, she's my machine
That's the girl o' my dreams
CHORUS:
Oh, the girl o' my dreams
Oh, listen people, that's the girl o' my dreams
I want a woman like Lauren Bacall
Old and wrinkled but knows it all
Got all the little tricks that'll make me cream
That's the girl o' my dreams
I want a woman that'll wash my hair
Even wash my underwear
Always smilin', never mean
That's the girl o' my dreams
CHORUS
I would say that U're a chauvinist
No, I just got a lot of things that are on my list!
Yeah, if she couldn't hang, would U give her the fist?
No man, I'd sit her right down and give her a little kiss!
Oh, I need a woman like Lena Horne
Knowed she was funky since the day she was born
Lena's mama say "Doc, is it a girl?"
Doc say "And how!"
Lena smiled, slapped the doctor and said
"Sucker I'm runnin' things now!"
CHORUS

Lyrics:
When I look so far away
Please don't wake me from my dreams
I'm just wondering who I could be
If I lived inside my dreams
I could be a king or a football star
Drive around in a big sports car
An astronaut or a millionaire
I could do anything or go anywhere
Dream I'm far away
Dream I'm far away
Racing driver or a great politician
A man of power or a man of religion
I could be almost anything
If I could live inside my dreams
Dream I'm far away
Dream I'm far away
Please don't wake me from my dreams
Please don't wake me from my dreams
Please don't wake me from my dreams
When I look so far away
Please don't wake me from my daze
I'm just wondering who I could be
If I lived inside my dreams

Dreams To Remember
Artist(Band):Robert Palmer
(Print the Lyrics)
I got dreams, dreams to remember
I got dreams, dreams to remember
Honey I saw you there last night
Another man's arms holding you tight
Nobody knows how I felt inside
All I know is I walked away and cried
I got dreams, dreams to remember
Dreams to remember
I know you said he was just a friend
But I saw you kiss him again and again
These eyes of mine they don't fool me
Why did he hold you so tenderly
I got dreams, dreams to remember
Dreams to remember
I got dreams, dreams to remember
I still want you to stay
I still love you anyway
I don't want you to ever leave
Girl - you just satisfy me
I know you said he was just a friend
But I saw you kiss him again and again
These eyes of mine they don't fool me
Why did you hold him so tenderly
I got dreams, dreams to remember
Ooh dreams
Brok'n dreams
Don't help each other
Bad dreams
Dreams to remember
Dreams to remember
Dreams to remember
Dreams to remember
Dreams to remember
Dreams to remember
Dreams to remember........

There are people who put their dreams in a little box and say, 'Yes, I've got dreams, of course I've got dreams.' Then they put the box away and bring it out once in awhile to look in it, and yep, they're still there. These are great dreams, but they never even get out of the box. It takes an uncommon amount of guts to put your dreams on the line, to hold them up and say, 'How good or how bad am I' That's where courage comes in.

Follow Your Dreams
to dream your dream, and follow it through
to dream your dream, and make it come true.
to set that goal in your life
and have it become your guiding light.
to push yourself against all odds
and take the first steps, is the start.
take the first of a million steps
until your dream you have met.
no one knows your dreams better than you
do whatever you've got to do.
but do not hurt anyone along the way
for later on you will pay.
using friends, family, people, -we all do.
how far you go depends on you.
with your dream, other people gain
and because of it, their lives will change.
it takes billions of grains of sand to make a beach
that is the goal that we must reach.
each and every one of our lives, will touch another.
that is why we are sister and brother.
everything in life-' no matter what it may be'.
has its consequences, that affects you and me.
now on this weekend i heard the news
two ICONS have passed away (michael jackson & farrah fawcett)
but in our hearts they will stay.
they reached their dreams in their hearts,
and we became a very big part.
so with this in mind i must say
follow your dreams, it's the only way.

Dreams We Had
Dreams we had
as a youth,
dreams long gone.
Dreams not fulfilled,
only talk was done,
dreams faded away.
Walk toward your dreams,
not away from them,
dreams can become real.
Your youth only stays
for a short moment,
then like a vapor, its gone.
Chase your dreams now,
no matter what anyone may say,
dreams can come true.
What can you lose?
I’ve dreams to spare and dreams to share
For those of you prepared to dare
to leave behind reality
and try a little fantasy.
Although my dreams may not be new.
The promise that I make to you.
My dreams are all in good repair,
though some have seen a lot of wear.
You need not pay my dreams are free
because they’re low technology.
You do not need a power source
to view my dreams.Although of course
you must return them when you’re done
and if you’re truly satisfied
Exchange them for another one.
All sorts of dreams can be supplied.

My Dreams....
my dreams shall mend
what reality has forgotten like some kind of cells
lining up to fill a
wound,
they say sleepless nights are destructive
and kills
but it is the time for reality to keep up
and stabilize those that dreams
cannot make
and so the two are here
dreams and realities
they love us, and we keep going

Dreamz
what is a dream if you cant achieve it
what is a dream if you dont believe it
i want my dreams to all come true
i want my dreams to be shared with you
a dream is a place of magical things
a dream is a place where bluebirds sing
all our dreams we are longing for
a dream of you that i adore
why is dreams all filled with joy
when after a dream it is destroyed
why is dreams of something we cant have
when we dream of the things we once had
dreams come with so many meanings
happy and sad so many feelings
so why do we dream if it hurts inside
when we watch our dreams all fade and die
if i was a dream id fly away
id dream of happiness and make it stay
what is a dream with no ending
why do dreams start descending
what is a dream that aint complete
why are dreams so discreet
dreams are full of many things
dreams are full of true feelings
believe in dreams and youll succeed
believe in dreams yes i do indeed

The girl of my dreams
I met the girl of my dreams
I held her, I love her, but that wasn’t a dream
She made me feel so special inside
Now I feel like a failure inside
The girl of my dreams was so pretty and pure
The girl of my dreams was so perfect
The girl in my dreams is everything I want
The girl in my dreams is everything that is right
The girl in my dreams talked with me
The girl in my dreams is named Dee
The girl in my dreams showed me who I am
The girl in my dreams showed me what love is
The girl in my dreams showed me how to love
The girl in my dreams I love so much
The girl of my dreams I love you so
The girl of my dreams I hate that you let go
The girl of my dreams you are so rare
The girl of my dreams you for me
The girl of my dreams without life doesn’t seem right
The girl of my dreams without you why put up the fight
The girl of my dreams without you I am not whole
The girl of my dreams without you I feel like I am in a hole.
The girl of my dreams, you are for me
The girl of my dreams is Dee.

Superlove
Some people they search their whole lives
Lookin' for somebody who's just right
Sometimes they settle for less
Lose outta true happiness
Then they finally wake up one day
And realize there's nothing to say
It's hard to let go
Even when ya deep down both know
So they fight and fight and fight
And no more kissin' kissin' goodnight
But baby that can't happen to us
Because
You and me we got a super love
Never gonna give give it up
It's the kind of sweet dreams are made of
I'm not afraid of - our super love
You and me we got a super love
Ain't no way we'll ever get enough
It's the kind of sweet dreams are made of
I'm not afraid of
No super love
Some people they never find out
How it feels to be feelin' no doubt
You'll be right there when I fall
And I'll be promisin' you the world
No getting down on your knees
Trying to get what ya need
It's a good situation
Sorry for elaboratin'
But I want more and more and more
So just keep knockin' knockin' knockin' on my door
But baby you're a hard thing to find
Because
You and me we got a super love
Never gonna give give it up
It's the kind of sweet dreams are made of
I'm not afraid of - our super love
You and me we got a super love
Ain't no way we'll ever get enough
It's the kind of sweet dreams are made of
I'm not afraid of
No super love
You and me we got a super love
Gimme gimme gimme some of that super love
It's the kind of sweet dreams are made of
I'm not afraid of
No super love
Gimme gimme gimme some of that super love
Gimme gimme gimme some of that super love
Super love
Gimme gimme gimme some of that super love
