Continuous Enchantment to The End
Our affectionate grows stronger,
my love won't assault you.
While I see the future come closer,
I'll still persist to love you.
As future comes forward,
as past goes by.
While we're jumping,
we'll be destracted as we go on.
But to me, time is rushing,
so there is still occasion.
As future comes forward,
as past goes by.
When time has come,
I'll appear next to you.
As time has come,
I'll finally meet you,
as I'll keep adoring you.
As future comes forward,
as time past by.

The true Church is not an organization, nor does one join it through the noisy mechanics of denominational machinery. Rather it is a living organism, a body, and believers are joined to it by the quiet working of the Holy Spirit.

Functions
Functions are held so that hosts are focused.
Functions are held so that guests are spotted.
Functions are extravagant meeting grounds.

To prevent government from becoming corrupt and tyrannous, its organization and methods should be as simple as possible, its functions be restricted to those necessary to the common welfare, and in all its parts it should be kept as close to the people and as directly within their control as may be.

We tend to think of the mind of an organization residing in the CEO and the organization's top managers, perhaps with the help of outside consultants that they call in. But that is not really how an organization thinks.

We think very little of time present; we anticipate the future, as being too slow, and with a view to hasten it onward, we recall the past to stay it as too swiftly gone. We are so thoughtless, that we thus wander through the hours which are not here, regardless only of the moment that is actually our own.

A lot of knowledge in any kind of an organization is what we call task knowledge. These are things that people who have been there a long time understand are important, but they may not know how to talk about them. It's often called the culture of the organization.
