What If
What if I couldn’t see?
I wouldn’t know how to be.
What if I couldn’t walk?
I wouldn’t be able to go to the park.

Scared
once upon a time
i was just a little girl
too scared to be free
i was hurt by life,
so broken and bruised,
i tried to walk away from the pain,

How someone else should be,

How we perceived them.
And we were rumor mill free.
