What’s Luck?
Luck is something that comes, not so often;
Luck is an occurrence in life, quite rare;
Luck’s unpredictable phenomenon;
Luck is a devil that is rarely kind!
Luck’s the last thing one should ev’r depend on;
Luck cannot simply come to all always;
Luck can’t work magic without labor hard;
Luck is futile if basic things aren’t done.
Luck is a make-up that needs a good face;
Luck’s a pretty dame with contours and shape;
Luck is an element of great surprise;
Luck is not the usual way, world goes by!
Luck is the decoration on a cake;
Luck’s a factor that clicks for some at times;
Luck isn’t the first thing, we trust any time;
Perseverance is key to success prime.

Good Luck, Bad Luck
(ed king -mike estes)
I aint the son of the seventh son, black cats wont cross my path
Good luck comes I just watch it run and it sure does run out fast
I wasnt born under no bad sign, but it was friday the 13th
East, west, no, yes
Hot, cold, tell you this
Aint nothin in between
Its either good luck -- Im the last to get it
Bad luck -- Im the first
When its good, aint nothin better
When its bad, aint nothin worse
Well life can be a little hard sometimes, you do what you gotta do
A lot depends on the luck a man has and the cards thats been dealt to you
Id fold this hand if I could or at least take a card or two
I been around
Had my ups and downs
Tell me does it sound little like you
Good luck -- Im the last to get it
Bad luck -- Im the first
When its good, aint nothin better
When its bad, aint nothin worse
Its either good luck -- Im the last to get it
Bad luck -- Im the first
When its good, aint nothin better
When its bad, aint nothin worse
Its either good luck -- Im the last to get it
Bad luck -- Im the first
When its good, aint nothin better
When its bad, aint nothin worse

Good Luck, Bad Luck
The film script lies ahead
Change the future, change the past
Choose the players, choose the role
Cast of thousands, cast of few
Imagination decides the plot
Play the good guy, play the bad
Heres the victim, heres the saint
Heres the canvas, heres the paint
Good luck bad luck who knows
Good luck bad luck who knows
The world is peopled by many winds
Whirling faster than the wind
Solving a dilemma of life and death
Trying to make some sense of it all
No good blaming the outside world
Pleasure and pain are in the mind
Whether we like it or whether we dont
We found as much as we wanted to find
Good luck, bad luck who knows
Good luck, bad luck
Good luck, bad luck who knows
Good luck, bad luck
Good luck, bad luck who knows
Good luck, bad luck
We can make it horror we can make it blue
We can make it slow time, make it move
The director sits behind those eyes
Play it straight or in disguise
Imagination decides the plot
Play the good guy play the bad
Heres the victim, heres the saint
Heres the canvas and heres the paint
Good luck, good
Good luck bad luck who knows
Good luck bad luck who knows?

Celebrate The News
Hello
My luck was so bad
I thought I used up all the luck I had
Everytime I thought I'd get it on
Someone put me on
There's been a change
Beautiful and strange
My life's gone through a change
Somehow I know (somehow I know)
Bad luck's in the past
All good things here at last
So now we'll grow
There's been a change
Mmmmm
Bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
I got news for you
There ain't no blues
I got news for you
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
I got news for you
There ain't no blues
I got news for you
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
I got news for you
There ain't no blues
I got news for you
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
Listen to the boys loud and clear
Come on folks withstand you fears
Sail away the choice is yours you choose
Celebrate the news
There ain't no blues
Come on, come on, come on

Fall To Pieces
It's been a long year
Since you've been gone
I've been alone here
I've grown old
I fall to pieces, I'm falling
Fell to pieces and I'm still falling
Every time I'm falling down
All alone I fall to pieces
I keep a journal of memories
I'm feeling lonely, I can't breathe
I fall to pieces, I'm falling
Fell to pieces and I'm still falling
All the years I've tried
With more to go
Will the memories die
I'm waiting
Will I find you
Can I find you
We're falling down
I'm falling

Hypnotize
Well if you set your mind to fallin
I know that you can
You got everything you wanted
Youve done everything you plan
So let me make an offer
Im only trying to help
You can make your loan just a little longer
All you got to do is share the wealth
Oh no dont you keep your good luck to yourself
Oh no dont you keep your good luck to yourself
I know youve got problems
I see it in your eyes
But if you want to live to see the morning
Leave it up to your brother or you get a surprise
Oh no dont you keep your good luck to yourself
Oh no dont you keep your good luck to yourself
Yea
Yea
Oh
Yea
Yea
Yea
Oh
Well its time to see
Youve got to give or your gonna see
Hey its time to see
Youve got to give if you wanna believe
You will breathe
Its time to see
(oh no dont you keep your good luck to yourself)
(oh no dont you keep your good luck to yourself)

By Your Side
When your lost
I am found
When you slip
I hold my ground
When I fall
Please take a bow
And when youre up
Just remember I am down
People looking for
Fortune and fame
They dont know
That its all the same
Its like any other game
You know theres a loser
But its alright
When you feel your heart is breaking
When all your friends are faking
When its giving and no taking
I will be by your side
Ive been over the hill and back
Survived every kind of attack
Its been a few years at that
As a matter of fact
Good luck is just good luck
You dont go hungry if you got pot luck
Ive been down
But never on my knees
I see the forest for the trees

Work!
Work or no luck
If you don't have work
You get killed sitting still
Work or no luck
If you have too much work
You get killed struggling still
Work or no luck
If you finish fast
You get killed killing time
Work or no luck
If you don't finish on time
You get finished on time
Work or no luck
If you do well
You get recognized well
Work or no luck
If you do not do well
You get the pink paper wall
Work or no luck
If you are organized
You finish it on time
Work or no luck
If you are disorganized
You get finished on time
Work or no luck
If you are interested
Toughest becomes easy
Work or no luck
If you are not interested
Easiest thing becomes toughest
Work or no luck
If you are carving
You keep doing it great
Work or no luck
If you are not carving
You keep doing it a trait
Work or no luck
If you have work
You have luck
Work or no luck
If you have work
Still nothing to do
You have no luck
That's the fate of
Work or luck! ! ! !

Now what you want with the time that you can't forget?
That that rain put out now
Look it up
What you doing sending sisters to the other side?
It's hard enough, hard enough
What you doing with the cat that you can't forget?
Why they're walking gives them a face
What you doing with the cat that you can't forget?
Just blow it up, blow it up
It's easy
Good pal
Good luck
Every night
Hey, it's easy
Good luck
Good luck
It's easy then
It's easy
Doing with a cat that you can't put down
Cos then you're walking
It's playing cool to get
But what you can't get a man can't forget
Because Dorothy
I'm a nice devil
What you doing with the cat that you can't believe?
I don't love myself, I call the child police
Oh, what you doing with the cat that you can't believe?
Just blow it up
It's easy
Good pal
Good luck
Every night
Hey, it's easy
Good luck
Good luck
It's easy then
It's easy

Picking Up The Pieces
Take cover, young lovers,
fall apart at the seams
It's stainless steel, that's how I feel,
you're the girl of my dreams
Well I tried to call you on the phone,
your dad said that you weren't at home
But we are, picking up the pieces of our lovin'
over and over again
Picking up the pieces let's do it again
We're picking up the pieces,
picking up the pieces of our love
Well, I need your lovin'
to show me what I am
And I want your body
to make me feel like a man
You know that I'm down on my knees,
you know it's you that I want to please, please
Picking up the pieces of our lovin'
over and over again
Picking up the pieces let's do it again
We're picking up the pieces,
picking up the pieces of our love

Don't Fall To Pieces
Feeding on the things you want,
Undaunted.
And doing it to flaunt?
With hopes to generate stares,
To delight in a doing of superficial taunts.
To prove whatever it is you think you do,
Excites.
Don't...
Fall to pieces.
Or be the one that weeps.
When you discover you are not the priority,
On anyone's mind...
You'd like to impress in the streets,
In clown declining times.
When...
Those days don't go your way,
Don't fall to pieces.
Or be the one that weeps.
When...
Blue skies cover with clouds and turn to gray,
Don't fall to pieces.
Or be the one that weeps.
Biting on nails and getting pale,
As rose colored glasses worn...
Begin to fail.
Don't fall to pieces.
If the bread you nibble on taste as if stale,
Don't fall to pieces with a rushing home...
To your own jail cell.
With a rummaging through other costumes.
Remember this...
What you did yesterday,
With beliefs you could do it.
People today are not as shallow...
And can see through it.
And what you represent...
In your Superfly garments,
Reminds those who have awakened...
How lost in space,
Those who still chase...
The ridiculous.
With hopes those days return.
Don't...
Fall to pieces.
Or be the one that weeps.
When you discover you are not the priority...
On anyone's mind,
You'd like to impress in the streets.
Don't fall to pieces but seek,
Your true identity.
These are the times,
Your mind could use a hefty dose of it.
Truth is on the scene and here to prevail.

Hard Luck Story
Dont ask me to love my neighbour
Cause I dont love the man
Dont ask me for my favours
I wont lend a hand
And if I had real power
Then I could disappear
Wouldnt have to be around you
Id sink into the atmosphere
Then I wouldnt hear
Your hard luck story
Its a hard luck, a hard luck story
Dont ask me to tip the waiter
For he is underhand
I can tell he is a woman hater
And he is a nasty man
Within reach lies all desire
For each and every soul
Stripped bare and stretching higher
You fall into the last balck hole
To end your hard
Hard luck story
Its a hard luck
Hard luck story
Dont ask me to pray to jesus
Ive never met the man
I only meet weekend preachers
Pictures of the promised land
All the new holy saviours
Who pretend to understand
Who do you think will save you
Modern day beggar man
Such a hard luck
Hard luck story
Its a hard luck
Hard luck story
Its such a hard
Hard luck story
Its a hard luck
Hard luck story
Dont ask me to love my neighbour
Dont ask me to tip the waiter
Dont ask me to pray to jesus
He picked his time to leave us
Its a hard luck
Hard luck story
Its a hard luck

Its a hard luck story

Is It Luck?
My socks and shoes always match
Is it luck?
Theres a foot at the end of each of my legs
Is it luck? I can play my bass for you
Is it luck? some gals like to kiss my face
Is it luck? is it luck?
There was food inside your mouth today
Is it luck? your barber cuts your hair just so
Is it luck? when the taste of sex is on your lips
Is it luck? is it luck?
Cyanide works oh so fast
Is it luck? polyester makes you sweat
Is it luck? if a graham cracker gets you off
Is it luck
Love. love?
Is it luck? is it luck?
(additional lines: she said she wanted my body not my mind so i
Showed her my dictionary to show the words that I know and how
Loquacious I can be when I set my mind down to it, and she wasnt

Good Luck Charm
(words & music by aaron schroeder - wally gold)
Dont want a four leaf clover
Dont want an old horse shoe
Want your kiss cause I just cant miss
With a good luck charm like you
Come on and be my little good luck charm
Uh-huh huh, you sweet delight
I want a good luck charm
A-hanging on my arm
To have, to have, to hold, to hold tonight
Dont want a silver dollar
Rabbits foot on a string
The happiness in your warm caress
No rabbits foot can bring
Come on and be my little good luck charm
Uh-huh huh, you sweet delight
I want a good luck charm
A-hanging on my arm
To have, to have, to hold, to hold tonight
If I found a lucky penny
Id toss it across the bay
Your love is worth all the gold on earth
No wonder that I say
Come on and be my little good luck charm
Uh-huh huh, you sweet delight
I want a good luck charm
A-hanging on my arm
To have, to have, to hold, to hold tonight

With A Little Luck
With a little luck, we can help it out.
We can make this whole damn thing work out.
With a little love, we can lay it down.
Cant you feel the town exploding?
There is no end to what we can do together.
There is no end, there is no end.
The wiliow turns his back on inclement weather;
And if he can do it, we can do it, just me and you,
And a little luck, we can clear it up.
We can bring it in for a landing,
With a little luck, we can turn it on.
There can be no misunderstanding.
There is no end to what we can do together.
There is no end, there is no end.
The willow turns his back on inclement weather;
We can do it, just me and you.
With a little push, we could set it off.
We can send it rocketing skywards.
With a little love, we could shake it up.
Dont you feel the comet exploding?
With a little luck.
With a little luck.
With a little luck, a little luck, a little luck.
With a little luck.
With a little luck.
With a little luck, a little luck, a little luck.

Peace And Pieces
peace of mind and pieces of mind
easy to find and hard to define
peace of heart and pieces of heart
present when together and absent when depart
peace of love and pieces of love
happy if its true and sad if its bluff
peace of family and pieces of family
good when sharing and worst when breaking
peace of soul and pieces of soul
good or bad our deeds play a lead role
peace of world and pieces of world
its price less as it cannot be bought or sold
peace to sleep and pieces of sleep
relaxes when deep and breaks with even a beep

R Teenz
It's time to live your wacky teens,
With shaggy hair and baggy jeans,
Live highs and lows and in-betweens...
God bless! Good luck to you...
It's time to face your zits and spots,
To fall in love and feel the hots,
To blurt out loud, 'I love you, lots! '
God bless! Good luck to you...
It's time exams give you the chills,
In school where you can learn job skills,
So someday YOU can pay the bills!
God bless! Good luck to you...
It's time you try to make new friends,
Or else the loneliness extends,
Until you feel it never ends...
God bless! Good luck to you...
It's time before your twenties start,
You may be dumb, you may be smart,
I bet you'll have a broken heart...
God bless! Good luck to you...
It's time that passes year by year,
Saint Valentine's and Christmas cheer,
But will you pray when Easter's here?
God bless! Good luck to you...
I've lived those years and, my, they flew!
I've loathed the false, I've loved the true...
I've left those years... God got me through...
God bless! Good luck... to you...
