And to do that not only for the war fighter, but also to help prepare the people in the acquisition, personnel and policy worlds who need to make adjustments in the department's business, which itself may take 10 or 15 years to accomplish.

I Live In Other Worlds
I LIVE IN OTHER WORLDS
I live in other worlds-
Far from those most people live in
I am happy in my worlds-mostly
They do not bite or sting-
I live in other worlds
There are inward worlds
Quiet worlds
They have poems and music and stories in them-
I listen to them
And I make and remake them
as my own little worlds
Word- worlds mostly-
Like this one.

The choice of personnel, perhaps the most important choice (because 'people are policy'), never proceeds according to plan, but there have been some successful transitions that upheld high standards.

The State Department desperately needs to be vigorously harnessed. It has too big a role to play in the formulation of foreign policy, and foreign policy is too important to be left up to foreign service officers.

Im A Lover Not A Fighter
Well I met a pretty girl, as pretty as can be
I thought she was my baby till she introduced to me
A great big tall fella, about six foot tall
I shivered and I shook, couldnt do any more
cause Im a lover not a fighter
Yes, Im a lover not a fighter
Yes, Im a lover not a fighter
And Im really built for speed
Built for speed
Well, some people think Im lazy but theres one thing they dont know
cause when Im in the mood I can go caddy[? ] go
cause Im a lover not a fighter
Yes, Im a lover not a fighter
Yes, Im a lover not a fighter
And Im really built for speed
Built for speed
Built for speed
Whoa yeah
Well I can roar like a lion, I can sting like a bee
But some times I think, baby, Ive got rabbit blood in me
cause Im a lover not a fighter
Yes, Im a lover not a fighter
Yes, Im a lover not a fighter
And Im really built for speed
Built for speed
Built for speed
Whoa yeah

A freedom fighter
A respected man he is
A loved man he is
For his doings, for what he did
Yes he is a freedom fighter
He never stood and watched
He was part of them
Those who had hearts for the innocent people
But in the end he was a leader
He was the one who was punished
Punished for the wonderful things he did for the people
He did them with his power
Now he earn the people respect
They love him he’s their hero
He fought for them
He fought for people’s freedom
Yes he is our freedom fighter
He never gave up no matter what
They never got him down no matter what they did
He stayed away from home and family
Living in locked house for 27 years
Almost his man time in Roben Island
He is South Africa’s father
He is Africa’s father
He is the world’s father
He is every one’s father, a loved father
He is our freedom fighter

Freedom Fighter
You cant control me tell me what to do
Chained in mediocrity so I can be like you
I am not a statue not part of a machine
Im sick and tired of the whole routine
Calculate your future, computerise your past
Instant replay if its gone too fast
Take away my freedom, take away my home
Im only human but it might now show
Im not made of stone
Im a freedom fighter I got something to say
Im a freedom fighter get out of my way
Hide behind your politics, hide behind your rules
Tell me Im a man but you treat me like a fool
Its the same old story with a different name
You give us all a number and nothing changes
Out in the winter of a world upon its knees
Everyone is watching but no one sees
You cant take my freedom you know it is my right
If you try and stop me Im gonna fight
With all of my might
Im a freedom fighter and Im taking command
Im a freedom fighter and Im making a stand
Fighting for breath as the world gathers speed
Times running out for the things that I need
Im a freedom fighter I gotta take a stand
Im a freedom fighter, yeah thats what I am
Im a freedom fighter I cant take it no more
Im a freedom fighter no no more
Im a freedom fighter but Im not afraid
Im a freedom fighter get out of my way.

Brick Windows
Been bangin my head against the window
Just trying to see the world outside
Some people say it doesnt matter
Some people take you for a ride
I am covered in blood and broken glass
It seems the window likes to fight
Some people say the worlds on fire
Some people say the worlds on ice
Some people say the worlds on ice
? all alone in a relation
Brick windows
I am sticking my face right through the glass
Just trying to see if the worlds alive
Some people will say the windows broken
Some people will say its all right
Some people will say its all right
Keep bangin my head against the wall oh
Just trying to keep the past alive
Some people who make the windows shatter
Some people who make it airtight
Some people who make it airtight
? all alone in a relation
? all alone in a relation
Brick windows
Brick windows

Somewhere Easily Accessible In My Memory
SOMEWHERE EASILY ACCESSIBLE IN MY MEMORY
Somewhere easily accessible in my memory-
Faces of people I last saw sixty years ago-
The smells of a long lost neighborhood-
My parents in so many ways-
Worlds upon worlds upon worlds
Which only I know,
And which will in a few years disappear.
Waste is the way of the universe
Of Life in which most species vanish from the earth
Of my small experience also-
It will all go
When I go.

Stories Of Hope Series #3 Dwarfs
She was wheeled into the maternity ward
With pains minutes apart.
The doctors knew that they would have to start.
An hour later she gave birth to twin boys
You could see in her face she was full of joy.
She had complications that the doctors did not see
And she began hemorrhaging, she started screaming
I don’t care what happens to me, but please
Take care of my babies.
She died that very day, and the twins
Had no family with which to stay.
They became wards of the county, and up for adoption
They would go, but adoption moves very slow.
The doctors found that they had dwarfism syndrome.
Which did not allow them to grow
Which was something the mother did not know.
Growing up with the other children, they was teased
And laughed at because of their size
And that made them open their minds.
They knew that if they wanted to accomplish
Something in their life, and not have anyone ridicule them
They would have to find a friend.
Someone that they could confide in and tell their troubles to.
So this is what they set out to do.
There was a woman there who taught them the true meaning
Of the word HOPE, and with that they learned to cope.
She always instilled in their minds, that they could
Be as big As their dreams, for with HOPE
Anything Can be achieved.
To reach their goal there would not be any hesitation.
For HOPE was fueling their determination.
They received a scholarship to the college of
Business administration. They were filled with joy and exhilaration
Being dwarfs they had a lot of adjustments to be made
But they were strong, they were not afraid.
They both got jobs in an accounting firm
And doing this they did learn, they learned how
To run a business starting from scratch
And there was no turning back.
Now as the business started to grow, they took
Care of the woman that they did know.
For she had became a mother to them
They considered her more than a friend.
She was getting up in her years, and her death brought them tears.
But they always remembered her words
That with HOPE anything can be achieved
And you had to follow your dreams.
They are now nationwide and her spirit is by their side.
And in the office you will see a sign above their desk.
HOPE IS THE KEY TO SET OURSELVES FREE
(dwarfism- is a growth hormone deficiency)
Also known in the u.s. as the little people
