Unauthorized access to computer systems is already a serious crime in a few states and is currently being addressed in many more state legislatures as well as Congress.

The value systems of those with access to power and of those far removed from such access cannot be the same. The viewpoint of the privileged is unlike that of the underprivileged.

If laws acting upon private interests can not always be avoided, they should be confined within the narrowest limits, and left wherever possible to the legislatures of the States.

The genius of the United States is not best or most in its executives or legislatures, nor in its ambassadors or authors or colleges, or churches, or parlors, nor even in its newspapers or inventors, but always most in the common people.

Computer Age
Cars and trucks
Fly by me on the corner
But Im all right
Standin proud before the signal
When I see the light
I know Im more than just a number.
And I stand before you
Or else we just dont see the other
Computer age computer age
Computer age.
Bikes and vans
Fly by me on the desert
But Im all right
Standing out here in the hot sun
When I see the light
I feel like more than just a number
And I stand before you
Or else we just dont see the other
Computer age computer age
Computer age.
Precious metal lines
Molded into highways
Running through me
So microscopically
Days and nights
Weeks and months and seasons
Rolling through me
So chronologically.
Computer age computer age
Computer age.
I need you
To let me know that theres a heartbeat
Let it pound and pound
And Ill be flying like a free bird
And you need me
Like ugly needs a mirror
And day by day
This horizons getting clearer
Computer age computer age
Computer age.

Can You Handle His Truth?
The old warrior addressed Congress one last time
He spoke of truth, justice n' liberty for everyone
Proposed we put an end to "White color crime"
Whilst fellow congressmen sniggered n' made fun

The colours of the pales are those used in the flag of the United States of America; White signifies purity and innocence, Red, hardiness & valor, and Blue, the colour of the Chief signifies vigilance, perseverance & justice. The Olive branch and arrows denote the power of peace & war which is exclusively vested in Congress. The Constellation denotes a new State taking its place and rank among other sovereign powers. The Escutcheon is born on the breast of an American Eagle without any other supporters to denote that the United States of America ought to rely on their own Virtue.

Funky Crime
Why do you do what you do
I do what I want to do
who said you could do what you do
I told you who told me to
I do what I want to do
I do what I want to do
funky crime funky crime
don't you know funk's colors blind
well I've committed a funky crime
against a state of mind
Hey you mister interview
I don't have to answer you
this is what I grew into
don't judge me and my soul stew
cause funk is my attitude
funk is my attitude
funky crime funky crime
don't you know funk's colors blind
well I've committed a funky crime
against a state of mind
Barriers of race
in the media take place
tellin'you there is no room
for what you do

Blackberry big bulky

hi-tech cell phone hand phone
cellular phone mobile phone
not being a businessman
many extras are surplus to me
systems unlearned are surplus to me
integrated circuits excite not surplus to me
chains of locations busted
ease of instant access
is sufficient service unto me
in times of intense
sun spot activity
all systems fail

Systems Of The Mind
Are we not related fragments?
Counties and overlapping cities
Country roads and traffic jams
Love and hate
Disdain and boredom
Romance and selfishness
These neuropath ways of life
Frontal lobes like an executive
The bossy parts of the brain
Romantic and chemical substance
Balance and so out of balance
Emotion and cognition
Conscious and subconscious
Psyche and symbol
Complex libraries
of the real
of the illusive
Some want poetry like mathematics
Dyslexia and the inverted element
Art that no computer can learn
Waves of the past
Currents subtle and sublime
The human being is quite a creation
Appreciation the realm of angels
Physiological and the psychological
Dreams and the disregarded
The objective and the subjective
Human sexuality, Wow!
Strangers in the mirror
Consciousness of narcissism
Empathy and compassion
Some days words of flowers
Words like hummingbirds
Others days it is rational
Words like bank accounts
Some days it is both
States of consciousness
Ambivalent states
The world around us
Sociological states
Politics
Post modernism
Incorporating values
What’s bothering you?
Depression, anxiety
Spiritual states
Joy
Hope
Faith
To know thyself
What a tall order
We listen to music
Isn’t it amazing?
These systems of the mind

My Computer
"what?" they say, "you got a
computer?"
it's like I have sold out to
the enemy.
I had no idea so many
people were prejudiced
against
computers.
even two editors have
written me letters about
the computer.
one disparaged the
computer in a mild and
superior way.
the other seemed
genuinely
pissed.
I am aware that a
computer can't create
a poem.
but neither can a
typewriter.
yet, still, once or
twice a week
I hear:
"what?
you have a
computer?
you?"
yes, I do
and I sit up here
almost every
night,
sometimes with
beer or
wine,
sometimes
without
and I work the
computer.
the damn thing
even corrects
my spelling.
and the poems
come flying
out,
better than
ever.
I have no
idea what causes
all this
computer
prejudice.
me?
I want to go
the next step
beyond the
computer.
I'm sure it's
there.
and when I get
it,
they'll say,
"hey, you hear,
Chinaski got a
space-biter!"
"what? "
"yes, it's true!"
"I can't believe
it!"
and I'll also have
some beer or
some wine
or maybe nothing
at all
and I'll be
85 years old
driving it home
to
you and me
and to the little girl
who lost her
sheep.
or her
computer.

Solid State
Live for the cause pain dies for
Deems real the shadows of the door
Set falls thru the halls of time
There dwells landfill's crime
You ask how ? Solid State !
Kill for the need sick lost time
Pidgeons falling to ground
Bury graves fill beyond lies
Deep bruise falling to die
You ask how ? Solid State !
Rot around pray their coming for you
The one to die predecessor
Taking the souls and trade what we want
The fabric of life we dont know deciding
Go to the place of sacrifice
With the jewels preventing access
Above with land kills battery
Encircle the weak preparing the souls of life
Rot around pray their coming for you
The one to die predecessor
Taking the souls and trade what we want
This fabric of life we take your blood or please take your blight and pain
{insert weird samples here}
You ask how ? Solid State !
Live for the pain cause dies for
Deems real the shadows of the door
Set falls thru the halls of time
There dwells landfill's crime
You ask how ? Solid State !
Live for the cause pain dies for
Deems real the shadows of the door
Solid State
