The Mission...
My mission in life is greater than anyone could possibly imagine,
My soul craves the perfection of those who have walked before me.
I stand tall and proud... My confidence radiating,
Honing my intelligence, so I may become the master of my own destiny.
A thousand times I have failed to get it right even once,
I have dreamed a thousand times of this beautiful reality.
I am the commander of my own fate, the master of my soul,
The footprints of my destiny leading me onward, I am in control.
I am not a common man, I am as extraordinary as I choose to be,
However, I live my life with humility, never shall I judge you.
My eternal challenge, to seek strength and compassion from within,
I am who I must be and I shall continue to grow despite lifes abrasions.
Like a jig-saw in motion you try to solve this Cosmic enigma,
My heart beats slowly so I may savour the very essence of my existance,
Understanding and grasping certainty is the challenge I have overcome,
My life's lesson to live not through others, only then may my true colours shine.
My mission in life is greater than anyone could possibly imagine,
With my head held high and my wings splayed... I offer love...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

I believe that to meet the challenge of the next century, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for his or her own self, family or nation, but for the benefit of all mankind.

Overcome
even now the world is bleedin' but feelin' just fine all numb
in our castle where we're always free to choose never free enough
to find i wish somethin' would break cuz we're runnin' out of time
and i am overcome i am overcome holy water in my lungs i am overcome
these women in the street pullin' out their hair my master's
in the yard givin' light to the unaware this plastic little place
is just a step amongst the stairs
and i am overcome i am overcome baby holy water in my lungs i am overcome
so drive me out out to that open field turn the ignition off
and spin around your help is here but i'm parked in this open space
blockin' the gates of love
i am overcome i am overcome holy water in my lungs i am overcomed
beautiful drowning this beautiful drowning this holy water
this holy water is in my lungs
and i am overcome i am overcome i am overcome i am overcome

overcome your faults
overcome your weaknesses
overcome your sadness

Village Of The Sun
Well Ive been hanging down side up
Feeling really banged up
Whishing everybody would shut up in the village of the sun
Yes
More than just a little bit loud
Well I was more than just a little proud
To think that the opinions of the rocks and clouds
Would even give us recognition
Oh I ever (? )
I hear a sound that is delayed
I know that help is on the way
To the village of the sun
To the powers that be
To the powers that be
To an hour to be
Is it the intention of that child
To be a bastard in the wild
Eventually (? )
Like (? )
Of course the cannon makes a rucus
Like the lady in the circus
We can try to (? )
To the powers that be
To the powers that be
To an hour to be
Maybe Ive said enough
I wasnt trying to be all funny
And I wasnt trying to be all tough
Im almost done
No matter what I see
That matter will say of me
Aint that the way
Of the village of the sun
To the powers that be
To the powers that be
To an hour to be

Lord Let Me Be More Like Thee
Lord let me be more like Thee
Through challenge, difficulty and demands.
Let life’s trials drive me to my knees
For I’m eager to obey Your commands.
Let me receive Your wisdom, power and strength
To overcome life’s troubles, heartbreak and displeasures.
Teach me the right path that I should follow
To acquire Your grace, forgiveness and treasures.
Allow me to hear Your voice preach to my soul
Which overrules Satins dominance, control and blame.
Let me be more than just a self-centered fool
Free from dishonor, wickedness, hatred and shame.
Lord please prepare me to set Heaven’s example
For all who fail to make it through life on their own.
So they may rejoice and discover Your grace
As the seeds of Your love and understanding are sown.
