Any Human Rights Council reform that allows countries that sponsor terrorism to remain as members, such as Cuba, is not real reform. And in the past, countries such as Libya, Iran and Syria have participated on this council.

No nation can try to be both
A haven to terrorists and
A heaven to its citizens!
Nations mustn’t use the terrorists
To fight a proxy war for them
With neighbors over all disputes!
‘Violence begets violence! ’ ’Tis told.
Mere wars can’t usher peace on earth;
Love of brethren must rule all hearts!
The terrorists whom you support
Could ruin your own country too!
Root out terrorism in truth!

A "war against terrorism" is an impracticable conception if it means fighting terrorism with terrorism. The feelings on both sides are not that they are taking part in some evil and criminal act but risking their lives heroically for what they consider to be a just cause.

He does not fevour terrorism,
Nor support terrorists either.
However, he is not to betray them
Who represent his religion.
He himself is not a terrorist
But terrorists are of his religion.
He is not against any faith
But feel secure in his faith.
He will fear to give clues
And prefer being neutral.

A Bitter Pill
Terrorism can be so frightening
A Black September of our times
And 'Bali' was one of the names
added to the list of crimes.
Terrorism is often so 'sudden'
No warning sirens are heard.
1939 had sirens and shelters
But terrorism is shockingly absurd.
This bombing outrage has a history
Of factions who kidnap and kill
And raids easily gain momentum
