Smooth Sailing

Smooth sailing in a sailing boat on the Caribbean Sea
It is Christmas and the spirit of giving is in the air
In other parts of the world it is snowing
Here it is sunny and bright
Smooth sailing in a Caribbean Sea, what a wonderful place to be
The palm trees are all over the Island
I felt in love with this place already, you can tell by my body language
The Caribbean is like home for me
I wonder what lives in that Caribbean Sea so crystal clear that you can See the bottom of this sea
At the end of the day the sun goes down and I take pictures of the Caribbean Sea
Memories of my sailing trip in the carribean to keep and to share with Others
I fished a few times in the carribean sea
I have everything on board of my sailing boat

Snowbirds fill the air
Its christmas in the caribbean
Lots of presents everywhere
We dont live in a hurry
Send away for mistletoe

Got everything but snow
Lights are blowing in the palm trees
Stockings hanging from the mast
Santa riding on a dolphin
Dont you want to make it
Dont you want to make it last

Snowbirds fill the air
Its christmas in the caribbean
Lots of presents everywhere
We dont live in a hurry
Send away for mistletoe
Its christmas in the caribbean
Got everything but snow
Snow?
Suntanned children sleeping
Hoping santa will come true
Christmas morning marlin leaping
Oh its papas birthday
Mister buffetts birthday too!

Its christmas in the caribbean
Snowbirds fill the air

Philadelphia Revised

The sad images of Philadelphia popped out of my eyes today
And I could see the streets of Philadelphia where the homeless sleeps
And freeze to death
While Politicians, doctors, Dentists, lawyers, teachers, and nurses get rich
Day by day
But the homeless freeze to death in the streets of Philadelphia and even die
But I have to ask all of you fellow americans where is your heart?
And doesn't charity starts at home first?
Don't you have anything at home that you could give away to the Homeless so they could have something either to wear or to eat?
Why can't we feed the homeless?
I can't understand you fellow Americans?
Please put yourself in their shoes for a day and try to picture what do they Have to go throw everyday
Is it right for the homeless to sleep in the streets and freeze and eventualy Die in the streets of Philadelphia?
Would you fellow Americans go few days without eating?
I don't think so
Why should the homeless that lives in the streets of Philadelphia starve?
Fellow Americans it is time to think about others and not just yourself Because others live In America just like you
Fellow Americans do you have a heart?
Fellow Americans did you ever learned to share what you have with Others?
Fellow Americans America is a sad world because we waste 98% of our Food at home, restaurants, and supermarkets
And all that wasted food ends up in the dump
It is so ashame and so sad at the same time
But the truth is that we are running out of food
And there is not enough food to feed anyone in America
But the cost of food keeps going up
Because we have to pay the American farmers who plants the food and Transport the food to the supermarkets

Return To Unity

They took the Native Americans
land in the U S of A
wasn't there a better way?
Did America become more civilized
seems like we haven't changed.
The Earth is in dire straights—
Now we must go back to their way
the way the Native Americans
way of living and philosophy in their day.
They know the Rainbow children
are here now along with Crystals and Indigos
they will help restore the planet
with what they know.
If we don't listen to our children
we will reap what we sow.

Phallic Symbols

i love italy, i love Peninsular Malaysia
I love the Scandinavian Peninsula,
i love India, Africa and South America
they are phallic symbols
sticking out of great continents
each holding a bag of fertile cultures
to impregnate our adventurous minds
that dart round to feel God's greatness

I love Siva, I love her Pavita
Lingam and Oni that help circulate
the melting pot of fertile cultures

I love Italy, I love Peninsular Malaysia
India, Africa, S America and the Scandinavian Peninsula
they are phallic symbols
fertilising the thoughts for things
adventurous, and physical

forgive me if i have missed you
corners of earth that
jut out long enough for us
to take notice of their verile
existence
to take that second fertile look

America, the Truth

George Washington
did not part the Red Sea,
and lead us into the

Promised Land...
God, not even a white God,
did not tell us to...

slaughter the Native Americans,
and take their lands by force!

we are not the 'chosen people'!

we're just people, people
like all other people
around the world!

first, and foremost,
we are citizens of the world.
any blessing we have received

comes with the responsibility
to share it with the world...
not to force our idealogies

whether for profit or pride...
if we stand for freedom,
it means freedom for all...

regardless of color, creed,
or nationality...
we cannot rise any higher

than our actions...
cannot liberate without
first liberating ourselves...

cannot build a future
without including all
of humanity, great and small!

Sweet Sweet Caribbean

The famous people of Africa,
And the glorios people of America,
Came to the caribbean for its culture,
and merriment of Soca,
the fully-pledged nation,
worked hard to get the confirmation,
to be loving and caring to the entire population,
Although we have the merciless killings,
we have the most incredible and edible food,
the nation and sweet sweet caribbean can see and eat.

Carnival!

The Notting Hill Carnival is a great celebration,
Which unites many people from across the nation.
The carnival celebrates the diverse Caribbean culture;
Upon Notting Hill, the revellers descend like vultures.

You can hear the sound of traditional steel bands;
See people partying, and clapping their hands.
Along the streets, the procession winds its way,
To the colourful beats of both calypso and reggae.

To the music, you can't help, but tap your feet;
You will soon be moving your body to the beat.
From static sound systems, comes a bellowing bass.
Throughout your whole body, adrenaline will race.

The procession snakes on for miles and miles;
There are vibrant colours, and infectious smiles.
Participants always put on a truly dazzling show,
Which encompasses every colour of the rainbow.

Of carnival costumes, there is a glittering array;
They are one of the major highlights of the day.
Girls sensually shimmy in colourful costumes,
As musicians play catchy, toe-tapping tunes.

On the elaborate costumes, all stitched together,
Are sequins, beads, flowers, and fluffy feathers.
Faces are carefully painted with colourful designs;
This is the big moment for the participants to shine.

The parade also boasts many breathtaking floats;
All hoping to attract the judges' important votes.
Thrilling sights and sounds, ignite all of your senses.
Between the different cultures, there are no fences.

A tasty array of freshly cooked Caribbean food,
Tickles your taste buds, and puts you in the mood.
The sweet smell of jerk chicken wafts through the air;
A real taste of the Caribbean, the people love to share.

People love to let their hair down, and have a good time.
They pray that, on the day, there will be bright sunshine.
There is guaranteed to be the most amazing atmosphere;
People dance, whistles shriek, drums beat, crowds cheer.

To its Caribbean roots, the carnival has remained true.
People of all ages and backgrounds, the carnival woos.
This is Notting Hill in all its glory, and it's a pretty safe bet,
The revellers will continue partying way after the sun sets.

Overweight with Food

Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!

Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

0078 Thanksgiving Day

A celebration of the grace
of the past, or
a celebration of the grace
of today?

For thousands of years,
the Native Americans
whose origin is so mysterious
held, as do all the peoples in the world,
a celebration of the harvest
now brought home, rejoicing
in its abundant wealth and
offering gratitude to that source
from which it comes - as do we...

And how ironic, looking back,
that the Pilgrim Fathers, unprepared,
as many townsfolk among them were,
for the art of farming in a foreign land,
were taught, from those thousands of organic years
of experience, by those very native Americans -

Wouldn't you like to have seen, been there,
that day in 1621, as settlers
and the invited Indian chiefs
sat down together to celebrate the harvest
in brotherhood?

And then, today: beside remembrance of the past,
how beautiful to dedicate a day
to thinking, listing, all the many things
which we may be truly grateful for.
Will a day be long enough?

It's said, that every year
the day after the Thanksgiving feast
the wild turkeys of America, gathering,
as Native Americans of ancient, brown-faced line,
with lively turkey-trot and song and
stuffing themselves in rather
more natural ways, celebrate
survival

Phoenician’s Are First To Sail

Maybe if you are a scholar you will know,
That it is the Phoenician’s were the first to sail.
Sail to discover the America’s.
No it was not Columbus as the storybooks say,
The Phoenican’s made ships and sailed away.
Landing on what is the US of A.
they became the first Native Americans,
they were one with the Earth they were friends.
Now more explorers came,
Forced them to go to Canada.
Great grandmother Ms. La Duc would come from there,
meeting my Great Grandfather who was French
and fall in love and care.
You might have Phoenician blood in you if you don't read,
or question beyond what you can't see.

A Food For Everything!

Meals are the food for the body;
Knowledge is the food for the mind;
Meditation is the food for the spirit;
Music is the food for the love of heart;
Dreams are the food for the consciousness;
Prayer is the food for the Almighty;
Love is the food for the living heart;
Thoughts are the food for the brain;
Colourful ink is the food for the pen;
Ideas are the food for the stories;
Truth is the food for the will;
Sun’s energy is the food for the plants;
Plants are the food for the living beings;
But one man’s food is another man’s poison!
