Good News
Something to begin with
That's easy said than done
You'll see me rolling home
But I don't understand why
Still there's nothing at all
Time is on my side
But we mustn't let our disappointment show
But I will, and you will go on
All I need is some good news (some good news)
All I need is some good news (just some good news)
To put me on my feet (to put me on my feet)
To put me at my ease (at my ease)
All I need is some good news (all I need is some good news)
All I need is some good news (some good news)
To put me at my ease (to put me at my ease)
All I need is some good news
All I need is some good news (just gimme me some good news)
All I need is some good news (some good news)
To put me at my ease (to put me at my ease)
To put me on my feet (on my feet, on my feet)
All I need is some good news (all I need is some good news)
All I need is some good news (all I need is some good news)
All I need is some good news
All I need is some good news (all I need is good news)
To put me on my ease (to put me at my ease)
To put me on my feet (on my feet, on my feet)
All I need is some good news (good news)
All I need is some good news (some good news)
All I need is some good news (good news)
All I need is some good news
[Repeat to fade

Change Can Make A Complete Change!
By changing your thoughts.
You could change your beliefs!
When you change your beliefs..
You could change your expectations!
When you change your expectations..
You could change your attitude!
When you change your attitude..
You could change your behaviour!
When you change your behavior..
You could change your character!
When you change your character...
You could change your entire life!
So Yeah,
Keep working on it!
You'll reach great heights!
I'm wishing you luck!

Celebrate The News
Hello
My luck was so bad
I thought I used up all the luck I had
Everytime I thought I'd get it on
Someone put me on
There's been a change
Beautiful and strange
My life's gone through a change
Somehow I know (somehow I know)
Bad luck's in the past
All good things here at last
So now we'll grow
There's been a change
Mmmmm
Bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
I got news for you
There ain't no blues
I got news for you
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
I got news for you
There ain't no blues
I got news for you
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
I got news for you
There ain't no blues
I got news for you
No bad luck (no more)
No bad luck (no more)
Listen to the boys loud and clear
Come on folks withstand you fears
Sail away the choice is yours you choose
Celebrate the news
There ain't no blues
Come on, come on, come on

Sometimes all it takes to change a life is to decide which beliefs do not serve you and to literally change your mind about those beliefs.

You Change Your Beliefs...! !

When You Change Your Expectations,
You Change Your Attitude...! !

Forever And A Day
The say nothin' lasts forever
Honey, I've got good news
Whoever said that
Never got the blues from you
This cloud I'm under
Looks like it's gonna stay
The thunders gonna roll
Forever and a day
Nothing's gonna change
The way I think and feel
My heart is so heavy
And my fate is sealed
Lord, stop this misery
Every night I pray
E'm knowin' that it's there
Forever and a day
Chorus
Forever and a day
You're stuf here in my mind
Forever and a day
Is such a long, long time
I tell myself again
That I just can't swim
This river of regret
That I'm drownin' in
You've left with this feeling
That I just can't shake
My spirit's gonna sink
Forever and day

This Havoc
They attempt to silence those...
Who are against their beliefs!
And yet it is their beliefs...
That loudly shout out,
For change!
Nothing about them or what is valued,
Has remained the same.
And...
No one silenced has created this havoc!
Or with such a disturbance to focus on chaos.
Anyone seeking peace,
Is not looking for it through conflict!
No one is against their beliefs at all.
The concept is there!
The ideals are magnificent.
However...
The reality of the practice,
Is missing in action!

Paperlate
Paperlate paperlate
Paperlate paperlate
Paperlate, oh Im sorry but there is no one on the line
Paperlate, oh Im sorry but rest easy no news is good news
Ooh its too easy to live like clockwork
Tick tock watching the world go by
Any change would take too long
So dry your eyes
Ooh its too easy to live in a cold sweat
Just sitting dripping in pools below
You can wipe your face
Kill the pain
But the fever wont go, no no
Paperlate
Pull it together now
Put your feet back on the ground
Paperlate
Ooh dont worry now
Youre not alone
Look around you
Paperlate
Ooh Im sorry but theres no one on the line
Paperlate
Ooh Im sorry but rest easy no news is good news
Ooh its too easy to compute your future
Taking no risks and playing too safe
Any change would take too long
So dry your eyes
Ooh its too easy to talk about rocking the boat
Making changes and changing track
But youd better not lock that door
Cos youll be coming back
Ah youre breathing faster
Silence the only sound
Theres no need to be nice on the way up
Cos youre not coming down
Paperlate paperlate
Paperlate paperlate
Paperlate paperlate
Paperlate paperlate
Paperlate
Ooh Im sorry but theres no one on the line
Paperlate
Oh Im sorry but rest easy no news is good news...

One Cannot Change The World
One cannot change the World so why even bother to try
Since the fundamentalists out there do their best to deny
Others of their beliefs those who to them think differently
Extremists of any sort seem dangerous to me.
One cannot change the World but by good example one can lead
One cannot grow crops if one doesn't plant good seed
If everyone changed themselves for the better then all wars would cease
And there would not be mistrust and hatred and there would be peace.
One cannot change the World for that much help one would need
But where one would fail many might succeed
If billions changed for the better the war men would not have a say
And beautiful peace would be with us to stay.
For to change the World one can play a part
By helping out others out of kindness of heart
Down the pathway to peace you are leading the way
And with help from many the World may change for the better one day.

What's Good
Life's like a mayonnaise soda
And life's like space without room
And life's like bacon and ice cream
That's what life's like without you
Life's like forever becoming
But life's forever dealing in hurt
Now life's like death without living
That's what life's like without you
Life's like Sanskrit read to a pony
I see you in my mind's eye strangling on your tongue
What's good is knowing such devotion
I've been around - I know what makes things run
What good is seeing eye chocolate
What good's a computerized nose
And what good was cancer in April
Why no good - no good at all
What good's a war without killing
What good is rain that falls up
What good's a disease that won't hurt you
Why no good, I guess, no good at all
What good are these thoughts that I'm thinking
It must be better not to be thinking at all
A styrofoam lover with emotions of concrete
No not much, not much at all
What's good is life without living
What good's this lion that barks
You loved a life others throw away nightly
It's not fair, not fair at all
What's good ?
Life's good -
But not fair at all

Here is the news
Coming to you every hour on the hour
(here is the news)
The weathers fine but there may be a meteor shower.
Here is the news
A cures been found for good old rocket lag
(here is the news)
Someone left their life behind in a plastic bag.
Here is the news
Here is the news
Here is the news.
(spaceworkers dispute in london today.
A lightning strike by air shuttle officers
Led to over 2,000 passengers being held up
For up to 10 hours to board flights...)
(ten eurotechnicians were today sentenced
By the justice computer to be banished for life
To the prison satellite penal one...)
Here is the news
Another action filled adventure
(here is the news)
All the worst from the world convention.
Here is the news (the very latest)
Here is the news
Here is the news
Here is the news
(... shares of roboko development are now climbing...)
(... a very great friend of mine...)
(... our regular scheduled programs...)
(... the latest report from the people down there...)
(... a tiny little detail...)
(... Id like to say hello to everybody...)
Here is the news
I wanna go home, I want my baby back
(here is the news)
I wanna go back!
Here is the news
Somebody has broken out of satellite two
(here is the news....)
Look very carefully, it may be you, you, you, you...
(... the energy counsel today announced...)
(... the archbishop is waving to the crowds...)
(... the world broadcasting authority today announced...)
(... I think thats going to be alright, youll have to wait & see...)
(... Ill call you back later...)

Change Of Heart
Chris hayes / huey lewis
I know it happens almost every time
I also know that nothing last forever
So now you wanna go and change your mind
Forget about the time we spent together
Do you think that Ill shoot myself,
When you tell me that its over ?
You say you, had a change of heart
You better think it over, baby.
Cause if you ever change your mind
I could have a change of heart the next time.
You really know just how to put me off
You say one thing and then you do another.
Now it takes more than that to get me off
You must think that youre a perfect lover.
Do you think that Ill fall apart,
When you tell me that you leavin ?
You say you, had a change of heart
You better think it over, baby.
Cause if you ever change your mind
I could have a change of heart the next time.
Wonder what Ill do with all the time
When Im not here, and Im not on the telephone.
No more worry bout if you do and ill
Cause it wont matter anymore if Im all alone.
Baby I got news for you
It isnt gonna kill me.
You say you, had a change of heart
You better think it over, baby.
Cause if you ever change your mind
I could have a change of heart the next time.
You say you, had a change of heart
You better think it over, baby.
Hey, (hey)
Better think it over
Think it over baby

Good News- Bad News
Bad news-I am driving along and a car is bearing down me from the rear.
It keeps coming.
Bad news-The car hits my little car at 60 miles an hour-bam!
Good news-I keep control of the car for a second or two
then the car begins to skid.
Bad news-The car skids, swerves and overturns, flipping, flipping.
The world outside the wind shield revolves upside down.
Bad news-Things go blank and I see water coming into the car;
I had landed in the river.
Good news-I am sinking but not yet under water.
Bad news- The water starts to come in faster and faster.
Bad news- The water keeps coming in the car. It is sinking.
It is over my head.
I am drowning.
Bad news- I hold my breath for 30 seconds and decide that I will die here.
I regret that it has to be in the mud and silt of the river. Undignified. I take a deep breath ready to go.
Good news, The car suddenly bobs to the surface from an air bubble
inside just as I take that breath.
Bad news-I look around and notice that the car is sinking again
this time even faster.
Bad news- I look around to try to open a door. But the door won't open.
Good news- I hear voices above. Someone saw me go in.
Bad news- The water is rising so fast I am sure they won't get me in time.
Bad news- I bang on the wind shield but it does not break
Good news- Someone from the outside breaks the wind shield and asks
if I can get out.
Bad news- I drag myself out over the cut glass-
blood in the water, gasoline and mud.,
Good news-Outside, there are men with a floating flat board and they float me to the shore.
Bad news-They ask me who is President and what is today's date.
And they are my rescuers, I think, and don't know this stuff?
Good news- The helicopter air-lifts me to the hospital with broken ribs, eye
smashed, blood everywhere.
Good news- I recover and can't get a cigarette and thereafter quit for good
as a way of thanking God that I lived.
Bad news- Broken ribs lead to pleurisy and later pneumonia.
Good news- I recover.
Good news-People at work give me a snorkel for my birthday; lol.

Liberation
I said, yes I’d like to be my real self
and yes I’d like to realise that I, er, am.. I think..
but when I see the word self-realisation
I reach for the ego in my holster..
right between the eyes. One shot. No mess.
he said, will you settle for liberation?
I said yes, that’s fine
he said well if that’s what you’re looking for,
there’s some bad news and some good news
the bad news is that the person that you think you are
will never find Liberation
the good news is that who you really are
has never known anything but freedom...

Beliefs
I watch you gather round and pray
Its something I can feel
I hear you chant every other day
I think its not quite real
Covered up so close
So as not to see
Are you happy are you happy this way
Stop and look around the world
So many different ways to see ourselves
Is it right or wrong
To put your beliefs on me
To put your beliefs on me
I dont want to live that way
A distance that is more than miles
Such a long long way
Its fine for men to be westernised
Will a woman ever see that day
Maybe maybe its not for me to understand
Do you think do you think
Do you think its better that way
To put your beliefs on me
To put your beliefs on me
I dont want to live that way
To put your beliefs on me
To put your beliefs on me
I dont want to live that way
Stop and look around the world
So many different ways to see ourselves
