Music can also be a sensual pleasure, like eating food or sex. But its highest vibration for me is that point of taking us to a real understanding of something in our nature which we can very rarely get at. It is a spiritual state of oneness.

Overweight with Food

Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!

Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

Hard To Swallow

We eat to live
We eat to grow
We eat to endulge ourselves,
In the greatness of food

We eat to provide comfort
We eat to be accepted
We eat as it is part,
Of our lives

Food comes in all different forms,
Shapes and sizes
It can be a bean as small as a nail
Or a christmas turkey the size of a horse

Food is a necessity
Food is a way of life
Food is enjoyed
Food is loved
But for some,
Food is despised

Eating brings pain
Eating brings weight
Eating brings illness
Eating brings hate

Eating means endless pain
A pain that wont stop,
Until the food inside,
Is forced out

Eating means weight gain and hurt
So,
It's best not to eat at all
The aching pain of hunger drifts away,
With several ibuprofein.

The battle with food is a constant struggle
To overcome the eating disorder
To take one bite,
And Swallow!

At one point I had to shove as much food in my body as possible to pack on calories. My trainer wanted me to do six meals a day and not go two hours without eating. If I would cheat on eating one day, I could tell - I'd drop a few pounds.

I Love Sensual Women

I love sensual women and not passionate ones. A passionate woman closes her eyes, moans and shouts and the enjoyment of a passionate woman is blind.

A passionate woman writhes about, grabs you with her hands without looking where, clasps you, kisses you, even bites you and hurries to reach her climax as soon as she can. She has no time to display her sexual organs, no time to examine, touch with the hand and kiss your sexual organs, she is in such a hurry to slake her passion. Having slaked her passion, the passionate woman will fall asleep. The sexual organs of a passionate woman are dry. A passionate woman is always in some way or another mannish.

The sensual woman is always feminine.
Her contours are rounded and abundant.

The sensual woman rarely reaches a blind passion. She savours sexual enjoyment.
The sensual woman is always a woman and even in an unaroused state her sexual organs are moist. She has to wear a bandage on her sexual organs, so as not to soak them with moisture.

When she takes the bandage off in the evening, the bandage is so wet that it can be squeezed out.

Thanks to such an abundance of juices, the sexual organs of a sensual woman give off a slight, pleasant smell which increases strongly when the sensual woman is aroused. Then the juice from her sexual organs is secreted in a syrupy stream.

A sensual woman likes you to examine her sexual organs.

My Younger Self and My Older Self

My younger self, ego,
Tells me that I can be happy
By being separated from the oneness-soul.
My larger self, oneness universal
Tells me that there is no such thing
As ego-separativity.
It is all oneness-song,
Oneness-perfection,
Oneness-reality.
I and my older self together shall stay,
Together shall sing,
Together shall dance.

Salad is Incompatible with Life

Yes, my waist is fifty inches -
Big for me because I'm short.
And yes, I like my cheddar cheese
When partnered with a vintage port.

Okay, okay, that double cream
Is always served with pud,
And cake and biscuits with my tea
Are just no bloody good

For my poor hardened arteries,
But see my point of view,
Please dear wifey if you please,
A Salad makes me spew!

I'd rather eat a bowl of air
Than crunch away on greens;
Drink water from the toilet bowl
Or nibble on my jeans!

But salad! Are you there?
You know it makes me snappy -
So let me fill my face with grub,
Stay fat, and die young happy!

Evil Is Absence Of Light

Treat everyone like a spiritual being with varying degrees of light
some that are evil need to become more bright.
These spiritual beings are a little dim
they have to bring more consciousness to their awareness from within.
Their vibration is lower for us to learn
maybe not to take it personally, be able more to discern.
They have to align their personality with their soul
then they will look at it from a different point of view
if they want their soul to evolve and grow.
No worries for all will be enlightened in time
Evil is the absence of light they need more to shine.

We Need More Love And Understanding Of Others

We need more love and understanding of others in the World we live in today
Materialism and greed for money is the cause of spiritual decay
The gap between the haves and the have nots keeps widening and too many live in poverty
How can you feel love if you are hungry and homeless love doesn't bloom amongst penury
There are millions of angry people in the bigger World out there
And who can blame them for feeling unloved and of hope living in despair
They become poorer whilst a minority grow wealthier life on them is not very fair
Without food the body does not survive one cannot live entirely on air
The wealthy keep on getting wealthier money makes more money as some do say
The greed of some gives rise to poverty for others it does seem for to be this way
Some waste food the bounty of Nature whilst many don't have food to eat
The great gifts of love and understanding of others are strangers to poverty street
And the wealthy as ever growing wealthier in their case it is much wants more
In a World where millions are growing poorer the people we tend to ignore.

A Moribund Summer

A short walk with a long time friend
In the somber silence
Of a moribund Summer morn

Taking the sun in comfortable quiet
The quiet comfort of old friends,
Of a day new-born

Taking full measure
Of such common pleasure
So rarely used as to be barely worn

The larks and the trees
The freshening breeze
The rustle of stalks of corn

Brief respite from strife
Of oft-harried life
Free and about, Nature borne

A bit of banter and then
Needs come to an end (too soon)
A short walk with

…A long time friend…

Eating Disorder?

eating disorder, or is it?
it's eat or be eaten, you can't miss it,
that's the order of the disorder, border to border,
you're hooked to a food chain, hooked on a food train.

you come into this world, cut from a chord,
made from food, your overlord,
As decades roll by, food becomes you,
because you got to refuel to do what you do.

so you keep eating till you die,
(you just couldn't stay away from that last french fry,)
But don't you worry about who, what and why,
it's the cosmic menu, so don't cry.

Why Must We Wait Until Tonight

(Arthur BakerTaylor DayneFred Zarr)
Whatever you want me to do, I will do it for you
whatever you want me to be, I will be what you need
because it's love that I feel whenever you're really near
I'm feeling sensual
I can't rely on myself, I'm wanting you and no one else
you've got me wrapped up
'Cause time takes what love heals
and deep in my heart I know it's for real
Whatever you want me to do, I will do it for you
whatever you want me to be, I will be what you need
because it's love that I feel whenever you're really near
I'm feeling sensual
and I, I know that it's real
I know you've had flames in your heart
that have torn you apart
I know you've been saved from your own
but together we're strong
because it's love that I feel whenever you're holding me
I'm feeling passionate
'cause time takes what love steals
and deep in my heart I know that it's real
Whatever you want me to do, I will do it for you
whatever you want me to be, I will be what you need
because it's love that I feel whenever you're next to me
I'm feeling sensual
I know, I know that it's real...oohhh
whatever you want me to do....do, do,...oohh
'cause time takes and love heals
wherever we are, I know it's for real
I know, I know that it's real
Whatever you want me to do baby, baby, baby
I will do darling, do it for you
whatever you want me to be..yeah, I will be everything
because it's love that I feel whenever you're really near
I'm feeling sensual
It's time that I'm free of a love that pleases me
oooh, too easily, easily baby.

I read another poet I could not understand

I READ ANOTHER POET I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND

I read another poet I could not understand
The metaphors racing one after the other
The eternal thoughts taking on a new particular dress
Words and more words
Lines and more lines
Rushing toward meaning and beauty.

And in it all my simple not understanding,
My waiting to hear words that would return to me-
My understanding
That only by my own effort
By my reading again and again
By my willing to believe
Could I make another poet real.

But do I want another poet to be real
When I am a question,
And when there are already others real for me also?

Oh selfish little man oh poor poor reader-

Write your poem alone again
As if no one but you will ever be able to write
The poems which are real.

White Chocolate

White chocolate when i taste it,
It makes me think of you,
It's melting upon my tongue gently,
And remembers me of your sensual lips.

White chocolate is like a dream,
Something that i can not control,
A deep temptation of my body,
To have a piece melting in my mouth.

White chocolate eating it's like visiting heaven,
Lingering on my tongue delicious, creamy, soft,
I crave the sweet melting sensation of it,
It's like your sensual lips are kissing me.

White chocolate is giving me the passion feeling,
When touching my lips with every bite,
It's like a crazy pleasure on my tongue,
It makes me feel so beautiful and alive.
