Too late

Had you aborted it
At its embryonic stage,
Had you strangulated it
At its infantile stage
Or had you terminated it
At its tender age,
My agony for it
Would not have been that much.
Now it is too late.
Allow it to live its youth.
I mean our relation,
That you shouldn’t thrash.

To Finally Accept The Process

As much as I hesitated,
And debated with myself...
To finally accept the process,
I 'allowed' myself to age.
Yes!

I 'allowed' myself to do this in stages.
Since I did not want to become overwhelmed,
By an event I was not sure I wanted to attend.
Although others I viewed seemed surprised by it too...
With a protesting shown and much unhappiness.

However, unlike them...
I decided I would not get too comfortable,
With any stage that came to end.
Some chose a stage with a wish to stay.
And fighting with themselves along the way.

I even witnessed others,
Doing their best to prevent maturity.
None physically succeeded,
But mentally...
Many could easily claim a success.

As much as I hesitated,
And debated with myself...
To finally accept the process,
I 'allowed' myself to age.
Yes!

And as each day passes,
I feel more and more blessed.
I no longer feel I should 'allow' this process.
Since I now do it without thinking about it,
With an acceptance felt for me that is best.

Grow

Grow.
Difficult it is.
And in the doing,
It is magical too.
If you,
Allow yourself to grow.
And not gloat upon your sensitivities.
With emotions on your sleeve to show.

Slow and determine,
To acquire knowledge.
And not upon it sit.

Become more inquisitive...
About life as it exists.

Don't permit,
Given criticisms to stop your quest.
The more that is learned,
The more of them...
May just manifest.

Grow.

It will become easy to be embittered,
By all that appears stagnant.
But a patience that develops,
Will within you begin to navigate...
Over obstacles and things that irritate.

You can and will,
Grow.
Show it with defined purpose.
Grow.
Don't fear ignorance.
Grow.
Overcome it like hopping a fence.
You can and will,
Grow.
Don't sit and bemoan your fate.
Grow.
Ignorance is not bliss.
Grow,
Ignorance can twist,
An unconscious mind into bits!

You can and will,
Grow.
Like a flower that blooms.
And reaches towards the sky.
Grow.
Do not deny it as life passes you by!
Grow.
Learn to fly and soar!

You can and will,
Grow.
Make opportunities for yourself,
And unlock...
All of those locked up doors,
You allowed to close before.

You can and will,
Grow.
Difficult it is.
Grow.
And in the doing.
Grow.

You can and will,
Grow.
It is magical too.
Grow.
If you decide to...
Grow.
Grow.
Grow.
Allow yourself to grow.
And not gloat upon your sensitivities.
With emotions on your sleeve to show.

You can and will,
Grow!
And let that be your mission.
Grow.
Knowing it is your ammunition.
Grow.

You can and will,
Grow.
Grow.
Grow!

I Should Be Allowed To Think

I saw the best minds of my generation
Destroyed by madness, starving, hysterical
I should be allowed to glue my poster
I should be allowed to think
I should be allowed to glue my poster
I should be allowed to think
I should be allowed to think
I should be allowed to think
And I should be allowed to blurt the merest idea
If by random whim, one occurs to me
If necessary, leave paper stains on the grey utility pole
I saw the worst bands of my generation
Applied by magic marker to dry wall
I should be allowed to shoot my mouth off
I should have a call in show
I should be allowed to glue my poster
I should be allowed to think
I should be allowed to think
I should be allowed to think
And I should be allowed to blurt the merest idea
If by random whim, one occurs to me
If necessary, leave paper stains on the grey utility pole
I am not allowed
To ever come up with a single original thought
I am not allowed
To meet the criminal government agent who oppresses me
I was the worst hope of my generation
Destroyed by madness, starving, hysterical
I should be allowed to share my feelings
I should be allowed to feel
I should be allowed to glue my poster
I should be allowed to think
I should be allowed to think
I should be allowed to think
And I should be allowed to blurt the merest idea
If by random whim one occurs to me
But sadly, this can never be
I am not allowed to think
I am not allowed to think
I am not allowed to think (I am not allowed to think)
I am not allowed to think (I am not allowed to think)
I am not allowed to think (I am not allowed to think)
I am not allowed to think (I am not allowed to think)

They are still my kin

I didn’t go to him for any favour;
He remained my friend.

I didn’t do with him any business;
He remained my cousin.

I didn’t have with him any common roof;
He remained my brother.

I didn’t keep to her my eyes wide open;
She remained my wife.

I didn’t get from them any allowance;
They remained my children.

It is as good as they are none to me;
With the God’s grace I could keep them as mine.

Am I Allowed

Am I allowed
To wish not to breathe?
Am I allowed
To skip over tomorrow?
And,
Am I allowed
Not to believe,
Who it is that speaks.
Or,
Whom everybody follows?

Am I allowed
To want my own needs?
Am I allowed
Not to beg or borrow.
Am I allowed
Not to be deceived,
By who those that I know
Are low, lazy and shallow?

Am I allowed
My own company?
Am I allowed
To float or row my boat?
And,
Am I allowed
To see what I see,
Who it is that show
Not which way to go?

Am I allowed
To want my own needs?
Am I allowed
Not to beg or borrow.
Am I allowed
Not to be deceived,
By who those that I know
Are low, lazy and shallow?

Am I allowed

Am I allowed
To float or row my boat?
And,
Am I allowed

Extreme corner

She held my hand firmly
No expressions but remained calmly
She was deep in thought and looked sadly
She wanted to say something but feared badly

Generally speaking, it is always one sided affair
Ladies suffer more and this one is totally unfair
Pain and agony kill them from inside
They have no means to retain or easily confide

I had spent very memorable moments
I flowed with her but remained silent
She wore deserted look and looked barren
I was experiencing hell in heaven

I tried to read her face between lines
She was unable to keep herself on sideline
She was about to weep with almost broken stage
I tried to console her as understood and correctly guessed

It was not all about my desertion
That was never feared and remained out of question
I am of opinion that relation must remain open and frank
But her cal composure made me to think and I slowly sank

She had never thought of illogical bond
Even though she remained firm and fond
I was from different cast and little inferior
More in age and looked more of senior

She feared backlash and reprisal
The dark clouds indicated their arrival
She sensed of some unforeseen consequences
Even though she was of strong mind with presence

Tears rolled out endlessly in mere silence
I allowed her to deplete sorrows at once
“We ere meant for each other and remain so”
I assured her with firm resolve to forget and forgo

Sometimes sentiments drive us to the extreme corner
Any good or bad things come in life later or sooner
But some lucky people get them as they wanted
And some suffer as they were meant to be suffocated

Get Off The Stage

Oh, you silly old man
You silly old man
Youre making a fool of yourself
So get off the stage
You silly old man
In your misguided trousers
With your mascara and your fender guitar
And you think you can arouse us ?
But the song that you just sang
It sounds exactly like the last one
And the next one
I bet you it will sound
Like this one
Downstage, and offstage
Dont you feel all run in ?
And do you wonder when they will take it away ?
This is your final fling
But then applause ran high
But for the patience of the ones behind you
As a verse drags on like a month drags on
Its very short, but it seems very long
And the song that you just sang
It sounds exactly like the last one
And the next one
I bet you it will sound
Like this one
So, get off the stage
Oh, get off the stage
And when we get down off of the stage
Please stay off the stage - all day !
Get off the stage
Oh, get off the stage
And when weve had our money back
Then Id like your back in plaster
Oh, I know that you say
How age has no meaning
Oh, but here is your audience now
And theyre screaming :
Get off the stage
Oh, get off the stage
Because Ive given you enough of my time
And the money that wasnt even mine
Have you seen yourself recently ?
Oh, get off the stage
Oh, get off the stage
For whom, oh ...
For whom, oh ...
For whom, oh ...
For whom, oh ...
Get off the stage
Get off the stage
Get off the stage
For whom the bell tolls

Man’s technique

Excitement is the first stage through which
A woman passes in man’s foreplay,
Her sexual glands being stimulated.
Plateau is the second stage to which
She sails with the fast heart beats together
With breasts swellings and bottom wetting,
In the course of man’s motion upon her.
Orgasm is the third stage on which
She claims following the sustained action
When her vaginal and pelvic muscles
Grow tense and subsequently contract.
Resolution is the final stage
When her heat subsides, her heart beats slow down
And the muscles relax to calm her nerves.
Man’s failure will cost his hold on her.

Happiness in change of stages

I went on foot to far away school.
Then I rode on a bicycle with a pride.
Later two-wheeler took me to pedestal.
Now a car. In each stage I was happy.
In each stage the intensity was same.

Every up stage is a happy stage
till it is replaced by the next stage.

Look at music: I've always loved hiphop and rap, and now there's this whole progressive movement, with De La Soul and Mos Def, Common. It's some of the best stuff around.

I Owe Who I Am to You

How grateful I am,
To have lived.
And You have allowed it.

To experience seasons,
With changes that exist.
In an acceptance,
Of Your offerings...
That come and go,
To be as is.

And to be able to express this...
In a completedness,
I do not resist.
With an acknowledgement,
My life on Earth without You...
Would leave me less blessed,
And prehaps without gifts.

How grateful I am,
To have lived.
And You have allowed it.
To lead me to learn and to grow.
Knowing I owe who I am to You!

Slippery Slopes

Broken and barbed, the calmness bestowed bumps,
Colossal springs emerged for the questioning of depth;
Arrogant princes slew their brethren offering pride,
Chilly as sea-monsters in cold waters, the brothers of evil
Remained like the infantile beauties.

Screeching chariots were ripe among the few,
Princedom repelled effectively damaging the youth
Of their fire, rough and selfish desire, the real rocks.
May arrogance and pride be built in one week,
As slippery slopes hide.

Time passage

It is only time passage
Don’t take it as warning but only message
Death may ride over at any time and will not see any age
Soul, which is imprisoned, may be freed from body cage

I have spared and waited for none
I don’t belong to any group or favor one
I will strike at will and surprise everyone
Your opinion about me may stand as bye gone

I have to perform the task with hurricane’s speed
I uproot the big trees or upcoming seed
All living beings are at mercy and stay as exposed
They got to leave their roots as stand forced

Everybody has to depart one day and it is fixed
Nothing can prevent it even if feelings are mixed
I will have to act firmly as I am simply mediator
Its control is in somebody’s hand as mentor

One should sense the urgency of time and act
It has to be calculated exactly as matter of fact
If you remain to be lethargic and non vigilant
It has to be done by as holy task and important

You may prefer to be silent and ignore the warning
You will be caught with surprise even early in morning
I don’t wait for a minute and give time to recover
It is done in seconds and not allowed to cover

You may enjoy the fruit as time is not ripe for you
You may escape all fury as blessings from thou
It is timed in such way that you tend to forget
I may come with double speed as you lay flat

No one has been given freedom or any escape
It is bound to happen and no one can cap
Kings, queens, rich and poor all departed from scene
What more can be done has remained to be seen

I side with force which are timely and in tune
No one is allowed to act contrary or be immune
Count down may begin at any time with precision
It is always left to the wisdom and timely decision

All movements can stop if I am unable to assert
It has been designed in such a way that no one can avert
Every one has to submit to my arrival on stage
No time is allowed to regroup or to manage

May be time is not allowed to be used at will
It is not at all bargaining factor still
It has to come one day so it will come
One can plan ahead of its arrival and welcome

I Grow Old

I grow old I should feel the cold

I grow old I should have grey hair

I grow old I should sit and stare

I grow old I should have false teeth

I grow old I should have poor sight

I grow old I should forget to write

I grow old I should have aches and pains

I grow old I should 'stroll down memory lane'

I grow old I should walk with a stick

But as I grow old I KICK ASS!

And that's about it!

O Night

O night what is this
Which you have shown to me
A play built upon my worlds stage
With a cast of friends I see
A burgeoning love does grow
From where did it begin
Tell me now o night, tell me now
That which I have desired
My not to secret thoughts
Are centre stage in this piece
A tale the like of which I dream
Is this a sign for me to follow
That upon the stage I shall find
The love I have sought so often
The beginning of my life
Light the spot and hand my script
That I may stand and find
O night is this what is to be
Or is it all but a dream

Reason for madness

Why do we love the people we love?
What type of woman or man is loved
Has been cast long back at infantile
Stage in ‘love map’ of your brain waves,
Out of impression of their images,
And that cast goads your brain wave to pick
Which type of hair, eyes, skin, physique
And gait suit to your craving veins
And which mould of personality fits.
This is of the perplexity
As to why someone is mad of someone.
