They say I am a regulator and I think it is just an effort not to comply with the decree. I do not do anything except what the decree requires me to do.

I took the position from day one that it was the right decree, that the modifications I made to the decree were proper, that the correct outcome had been obtained, and that in due time all of that would become apparent. And it has become apparent.

Being desirous of allaying the dissensions of party strife now existing within our realm, I do hereby dissolve and abolish the Democratic and Republican parties, and also do hereby decree the disfranchisement and imprisonment, for not more than 10, nor less than five, years, to all persons leading to any violation of this our imperial decree.

The Boomer's Lament (A Country Western Song)
By the order of the Marshall
We don't live here any more
Our stuff is on the lawn
and there's a padlock on our door.
Then, while I was distracted,
reading the decree
Thieves made off with my HDTV
I once worked as a loan officer
at Mega Billions bank
We made some bad decisions
as the staff and assets shrank.
I was escorted from my desk
the day I got the shank-
My Boss made bonus- he has
TARP to thank.
By the order of the Marshall
We don't live here any more
Our stuff is on the lawn
and there's a padlock on our door.
Then, while I was distracted,
reading the decree
Thieves made off with my HDTV.
My Kid is off in College
working hard for his degree
He'll graduate with a B.S.
in compared Anatomy.
When his student loans come due
He'd better not ask me
Twenty two and out is my decree.
By the order of the Marshall
We don't live here any more
Our stuff is on the lawn
and there's a padlock on our door.
Then, while I was distracted,
reading the decree,
Thieves made off with my HDTV.
I got our stuff in storage
and we're down at Motel Six
It's hard for us to sleep at night-
The girl next door turns tricks.
Our bank accounts yield nothing
and We're hostage to the VIX
I gave up my season tickets to the Knicks.
By the order of the Marshall
We don't live here any more
Our stuff is on the lawn
and there's a padlock on our door.
Then, while I was distracted,
reading the decree,
Thieves made off with my HDTV.

King of Storms
I am the Storm King,
hear my decree!
The heavens like vikings
shall storm all you see!
Watch the people flee.
I am the Storm King,
the floodgates shall open!
The rain is striking,
slaves driven down the Slope 'n
down to the sea.
I am the Storm King,
I have made my empire.
Hear my bow sing.
I will drown out your fire.
I am the Storm King,
and you shall be made to see.
It is not wise to be double-crossing.
I am the Storm King.
Hear my decree.

Consider the alternative For M'lady Chitra
I don’t regret that I am old.
When I look back I clearly see.
The things that fate chose to withhold
I had to accept finally.
When I look back I clearly see.
That all your dreams cannot come true.
I had to accept finally
you can’t argue with fate’s decree.
that all your dreams cannot come true.
Although perhaps you thought they would.
You can’t argue with fates decree
and fate decreed they never would.
It’s for the best that they did not
although perhaps you thought they would.
When I look back I clearly see
I don’t regret that I am old.

To J. M.
Let Fate or Insufficiency provide
Mean ends for men who what they are would be:
Penned in their narrow day no change they see
Save one which strikes the blow to brutes and pride.
Our faith is ours and comes not on a tide:
And whether Earth's great offspring, by decree,
Must rot if they abjure rapacity,
Not argument but effort shall decide.
They number many heads in that hard flock:
Trim swordsmen they push forth: yet try thy steel.
Thou, fighting for poor humankind, wilt feel
The strength of Roland in thy wrist to hew
A chasm sheer into the barrier rock,
And bring the army of the faithful through.

Fraudulence is
Hindrance to
Make success.

Clean hands
