People's ignorance really pisses me off. Stupidity is when you can't help it-ignorance is when you choose not to understand something.

Avoidable human misery is more often caused not so much by stupidity as by ignorance, particularly our ignorance about ourselves.

Once Enjoyed and Invited
We are not in those times anymore.
When people would choose others,
For their own ignorance...
Unstopped and revolving,
Through the same turnstiles...
To explore and bore.
More people are awakening,
To what time 'today' is.
With less of them wasting it,
To let go and live.
The ones who found gossip,
Whispered from ear to ear.
Find it almost impossible...
To ignite any intrerest,
With someone equally inquisitive.
We are not in those times,
Anymore.
When people would choose others,
For their own ignorance...
To Explore increasing boredom.
And more and more,
People are re-evaluating values.
Finding it difficult,
To do as they choose...
And have others listen too!
Once enjoyed and invited,
People seem today quicker to admit...
A deeper meaning sought,
Than the routine of nonsense...
That finds them sick of it!

One Disturbed
Seeking an attention,
By the use of offensive means...
Teaches not a thing,
To one disturbed...
By mental dysfunctions.
An ignorance like this has been fostered.
An ignorance has been allowed to flourish.
An ignorance that grows becomes expensive.
Since an ignorance bestows,
A flowing of it that becomes out of control!

Stupidity
Stupidity, woe's anodyne,
Be kind and comfort me in mine;
Smooth out the furrows of my brow,
Make me as carefree as a cow,
Content to sleep and eat and drink
And never think
Stupidity, let me be blind
To all the ills of humankind;
Fill me with simple sentiment
To walk the way my father went;
School me to sweat with robot folk
Beneath the yoke.
Stupidity, keep in their place
The moiling masses of my race,
And bid the lowly multitude
Be humble as a people should;
Learn us with patient hearts, I pray,
Lords to obey.
Stupidity and Ignorance,
Be you our buffers 'mid mischance;
Endoctrine us to do your will,
And other stupid people kill;
Fool us with hope of Life to be,
Great god to whom we bow the knee,
--STUPIDITY.

Forgive Them
Forgive them for their ignorance since ignorance is bliss
What empathy is all about the point they seem to miss
Their great lack in compassion does not seem a surprise
Since not that many people know how to empathize
With people who are doing it tough they do not wish to know
Of the have nots of the poor streets of poverty and woe
Cocooned in their self centredness they do not wish to hear
Of the poverty that does exist even to where they live near
Forgive them for their ignorance they cannot help the way they are
They drive around the leafy Suburb showing off their brand new car
To the material things of life they only can relate
Only their own and their family successes they wish to celebrate
Forgive them for their ignorance some people are that way
And their type are growing in numbers that does seem sad to say.

To enjoy, rules are not required.
Ignorance of raga stood not in my enjoying music.
Ignorance of mudra, the same way,
for dance.
Ignorance of grammar stood not in my enjoying a poem.
Ignorance of beauty, the same way,
for lusting you.

Ignorance
‘Ignorance is bliss'
Ignorance is the hiss
Underneath the anticipation
Sprawled in your inebriation
It is the dagger pierced
In every chest it kissed
Ignorance is
The antithesis.

Peacocking To Flock Together
There is no apologizing that can be made to me,
For a publizing of my address...
In the heat of one's ignorance later confessed,
And I'm kept a prisoner...
By someone's rush to stupidity expressed.
People are quick to ignite their own storms.
To later admit they were thick-headed and impatient,
And expect a forgiveness for their foolishness...
At someone else's expense they must adorn.
There is no apologizing that can be made to me,
For a publizing of my address...
In the heat of one's ignorance later confessed.
That's capitalized B.S.
Underlined and followed by defined exclamation.
Everyday people step through fields of manure,
Seeking to blame someone for their actions.
With a seeking 'not' to self examine,
The lure of their own temptating ignorance...
Handed down from one generation to the next to ensure.
Everyday people show they can strip respect away.
With a doing of their own as if protected to condone.
No matter what they do to each other shown,
With a peacocking to flock together like misguided birds...
Bearing the same false feathers to flutter as heard.
'What about us? '
~What about it?
We only collectively gather together,
To express our own unified distrust...
We can not seem to elimiate from ourselves,
Or each other. What about 'us'...is there such a thing? ~

Ignorance
ok
ignorance is bliss
and so
become the happiest
person alive
ok
keep the ignorance
and be happy
ok
take your choice
take happiness
take
the pigsty
where pearls
and gold
do not matter
ok
stay in that room
of ignorance
who knows
if they are coming
and soon
will take
everything away
from you
don't bother

Concentrated
When an ignorance offends,
What point is made...
In the making of attempts,
Trying to change it?
That kind of ignorance is concentrated.
A fool is one,
Who doesn't recognize...
Being over-ruled.
Anyone with a hint of wisdom...
Sees ignorance for what it is and leaves.

To Keep Up With the Times
It does not mean because I express an ignorance...
It is not fresh.
I pride myself on expressing the freshest of ignorance,
I can deliver!
And make it available.
I do not want to disappoint anyone with claims,
That I am not doing my best,
To keep up with the times.
And 'that' seems to be the main attraction.
With a marketing campaign to legalize it as a sport!
And if it is ignorance that is collectively expressed...
Why would I want to be left behind and isolated,
With a mind that seeks to express an intelligence?
I can always pretend to have that.
Just like everyone else does.
With or without common sense!
And today...
Ignorance with diversity,
Is readily accepted!

The Increase Of Its Popularity
The one thing about ignorance,
That is beginning to make sense...
To those advocating their prinicples,
And beliefs with enforced implementation...
Is the acceptance of ignorance everywhere.
Spreading to eliminate the thought of its existence.
Leaving the many who had perceived ignorance to be,
As appalling and offensive to become today outnumbered.
Making the appearance of ignorance the choice preferred.
That satisfies both purpose and taste,
Without need for debate to question.
With few left to argue the increase of its popularity.

some worked for all and some
worked for
Themselves,
God is that great,
as mysterious as life and universe,
a few penetrated some of them,
yet mystery continued as

ignorance and stupidity too has that same mysterious origin as
the knowledge and wisdom!

Fundamental of Liar Chapter CXXXIII: Ignorance
Why you become ignorance
Because it frightens you
Because it hurts so much
Because it makes you weak
Because you don't want to admit that you care
Why you become ignorance
Because you are too busy
Because you don't want to be troubled
Because you only care about yourself
Because your arrogance
Why you become ignorance

Licensed
Just how ignorant can a deepened ignorance be?
Can it be leased?
Or sold as one's property?
If one is to sell their's...
In today's economy,
Will they become considered as wise?
Becoming wealthy,
To discover they have been despised.
Will those marketing common ignorance,
Be recognized at all?
Since there is currently a surplus of it...
And those who are certified and licensed,
Can not prove their ignorance is truly authentic!

Ignorance
Ignorance is a dreadful enemy
A malady like psychosis
An ailment with scary prognosis
A disease every human must avoid
Ignorance is lunacy
It is a disease of the brain
Holding the mind captive
Blinding its subject from the truth,
Jaundicing the views of its client
Ignorance is an albatross
Brain behind poor decision making
Culprit for derisorily defective reasoning
Rendering its host a nuisance
A liability in useful debates and discussions
From ignorance we must be free.
Ignorance we must strive to banish
To enable us to be accomplished,
Partakers in discussions,
And assets to finding solutions.
