Hitler bombed London into submission but in fact it created a sense of national solidarity.

In fact, it seems to me that making strategic alliances across national borders in order to treat HIV among the world's poor is one of the last great hopes of solidarity across a widening divide.

The Pentagon Was Bombed
the pentagon was bombed,
cruise missile, US made!
there was no wreckage from a plane!
the public has been played!
the pentagon was bombed,
it's so damn plain to see…
covert wet work, CIA,
next target, … you and me
the pentagon was bombed
the evidence is real
it proves that Nazis are in charge
how does that make you feel?
the pentagon was bombed
trade center was bombed too
high level ploy, to steal some oil
ain't it something we can do?
how many citizens must die
before the truth is told?
another holocaust is here….
this shit is getting old
the pentagon was bombed

Odessa - My Principessa
About many famous cities we can talk:
London, Paris, Naples or New York,
But when you walk along Odessa
You will love our principessa
If you are wise enough and not a bore.
The fact is such,
The fact is such:
There's no city in the world
I love so much.
You will smile to the famous Duke,
From the second hatch at him you'll look
And if he gives you the welcoming hand
You will have to understand
That Odessa is the smile of God.
The fact is such,
The fact is such:
There's no city in the world
I love so much.
The girls in our city are the pearls,
God gave them sense of humor and a charm.
You come here and you will see
The beauty of the bluest sea
And you will be surprised but not alarmed.
The fact is such,
The fact is such:
There's no city in the world
I love so much.
And Sasha Pushkin was an odessite,
As here he recalled a wonderous moment
He cursed and praised our and his Odessa
Because he really loved principessa,
Which was and is and always bright.
The fact is such,
The fact is such:
There's no city in the world
I love so much.
You can go any place you like
To New York, Paris or even London,
All of them are really so nice,
But in Odessa you'll be certainly surprised
By the smell of sea, acacia, cherry, linden...
The fact is such,
The fact is such:
There's no city in the world
I love so much.

J'adore the underground
Underground,
London is awake, the city is moving,
Business is created.
underground,
Love is in the air,
Children are born, one up, one down
London is buzzing.
Underground, underground,
People meet, chat, laugh,
Get acquainted, start walking
Passion is created.
Underground, underground
Take me around, show me all the places
That I haven’t found.
Underground, take me to the airport
London is connected.
Underground, underground
Modern technology, old wisdom
Schools are open, universities are visited.
Underground, take me home, mind the gap,
you keep moving all seasons.
Underground without you, London is like sun without ammunition.
You keep London moving, motivated.
Underground, underground
J'adore you.

The sole and basic source of our strength is the solidarity of workers, peasants and the intelligentsia, the solidarity of the nation, the solidarity of people who seek to live in dignity, truth, and in harmony with their conscience.

We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity. We weren't punctilious about locating and punishing only Hitler and his top officers. We carpet-bombed German cities; we killed civilians. That's war. And this is war.

The One Behind It All
There are those few who know and those who don't
it remains to be seen how many there are who wont
of themselves make the effort to investigate the fact
everything they see and touch was created in one act.
It all exists and is sustained within a boundless place
of infinite imagination conceived in formless space,
by a Supreme Being Who's the game and player in this sport
watching also like a spectator within the field of its thought.
It is what has been created; the creation, its creatures and so much more,
everything that's forever changing and the unchanging substance of it all.

Herr Hitler
Hitler, the Man Who Created Israel.
I have just looked at some picture of Hitler as a young soldier,
he wears a grey uniform walks in a grey street and buildings
are grey. It appears he and his contemporaries lived at a time
before colours were invented.
Looking at his youthful indistinct feature, there is absolutely
nothing about this man, the painter of pretty postcard, that
he had in him so much hate and a gift of oratory to go with it.
yes he brought colour ok, mostly blood red.
A movie about a stammering king has won an Oscar, I can’t
but think if Hitler had a bad stammer he would be laughed
off the stage and reduced to painting, say, houses; and Israel
would still be a Zionist’s dream.

The changing wisdom of successive generations discards ideas, questions facts, demolishes theories. But the artist appeals to that part of our being which is not dependent on wisdom: to that in us which is a gift and not an acquisition — and, therefore, more permanently enduring. He speaks to our capacity for delight and wonder, to the sense of mystery surrounding our lives; to our sense of pity, and beauty, and pain; to the latent feeling of fellowship with all creation — and to the subtle but invincible, conviction of solidarity that knits together the loneliness of innumerable hearts: to the solidarity in dreams, in joy, in sorrow, in aspirations, in illusions, in hope, in fear, which binds men to each other, which binds together all humanity — the dead to the living and the living to the unborn.

Submission (feat. Radiator)
[Originally performed by The Sex Pistols]
I'm on a submarine mission for you baby
I feel the way you're going
I picked you up on my TV screen
I feel your undercurrent flowing
Submission
Down down
You're dragging me down
Submission
I can't tell ya what I've found
You've got me pretty deep baby
I can't figure out your watery love
I gotta solve your mystery
You're sitting around in heaven above
Submission
Down down
You're dragging me down
Submission
I can't tell ya what I've found
For there's a mystery
Under the sea
Submission
Down down
You're dragging me down
Submission
You've got me pretty deep baby
I can't figure out your watery love
I gotta solve your mystery
You're sitting around in heaven above
Submission
Down down
You're dragging me down
Submission
I can't tell ya what I've found
Submission

The Solidarity Of One
Lonely means the solidarity of one.
The whom that does the remembering
about when life was good
and the crying when everything
just suddenly went away.
Lonely means the solidarity of one.
The whom that is trapped within dreams
of their happier yesterdays
before the world turned
and left them alone today.
Lonely means the solidarity of one.
The whom that watched the world
crumble and fade away
without being able to change
the circumstances of that day.

When Hitler came for the Jews... I was not a Jew, therefore, I was not concerned. And when Hitler attacked the Catholics, I was not a Catholic, and therefore, I was not concerned. And when Hitler attacked the unions and the industrialists, I was not a member of the unions and I was not concerned. Then, Hitler attacked me and the Protestant church

London
We came from the far North
summered in Crimea
deserted the armed forces
had to disappear
made it to the free West
on a chartered flight
so we could see what
we trained to fight
We were in London
"Let's do it - let's break the law!"
We were in London
Tell it like it is
We were in London
Tell it like it is
Looking for hard work
or credit card fraud
What do you expect from us?
We come from abroad
to get ourselves a new job
on a building-site
They work you so hard
but we trained to fight
We were in London
"Let's do it - let's break the law!"
We were in London
Tell it like it is
We were in London
"Let's do it - let's break the law!"
We were in London
Tell it like it is
My father fought in Afghanistan
His widow's pension ain't worth a damn
My mother works and goes home to cry
I want to live before I die
We were in London
"Let's do it - let's break the law!"
We were in London
Tell it like it is
We were in London
Tell it like it is

A Blackout
Was it just two
or four powerlines
bombed in Iligan?
They say four.
Yes, another four powerlines
are bombed by
their freedom fighters
and they get what they want now
We begin to live our darkest days
Powerless
In our poetry.

London
It was november 4th
I last held your hand
It seemed our time would last forever
You said dont ever leave
I thought youd never go
I wish I could just remember your name...
Youre just a memory now
Like all the ones before
But with your pain Ive had to suffer
Your eyes alight with flame
As the picture burns
I hear the screams from long ago
They cry remember, blood-red streaks on
Velvet throats at night
The streetlights fanned our trail of fame
Through
London london
The memories will never leave me
London london
All I see is you
London london
The cries in the night
Keep bringing me to
London london
Calling out to me
Oh theres some things in life I could never face
The worst is being alone
Sometimes I wish I could have taken your
Place my love
You know I dont want to live forever
Oh let me see you standing in the
Shadows once again
Well walk the streets like long ago in
London london
The fire in your eyes will be bringing me to
London london
All I need is you
The cries in the night keep ringing on in
London london
Calling out to you
