Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

Moment To Moment
Written by gerry beckley and phil galdston, 1998
Found on human nature.
There was a time I knew
All that there was to know
No one could tell me then
I was wrong
I wasnt strong enough
To see where my weakness lay
The world that you hold so tight
Could slip away
And from moment to moment
Your life can change
Theres a storm over the horizon
A sea no one can see
Somewhere around the bend
Right when you least expect
Someone can walk away
With no regret
Leaving an empty space
Breaking a sacred trust
All of your shiny dreams
Begin to rust
Yes from moment to moment your life can change
Theres a storm over the horizon
The sea you cannot see
Yes from moment to moment
Promise me youll never change
Promise me youll stay the same
Promise me youll never change
Yes from moment to moment your life can change
Theres a storm over the horizon
A sea youll never see
Yes from moment to moment your life can change
Theres a light when the sun is rising
A day after today
Promise me youll never change (promise me youll never change)
Promise me youll stay the same (the same)
Promise me youll never change
Every moment is a shining light
Every moment is the darkest night
Every moment gotta get it right
Every single moment
Every moment is a shining light
Every moment is the darkest night
Every moment gotta get it right
Every moment is a shining light
Every moment is the darkest night
Every moment gotta get it right
Every single moment
Every moment is a shining light
Every moment is the darkest night
Every moment gotta get it right
Every single moment

Sometimes There Is A Moment
Sometimes there's a moment,
That we don't want to change.
Sometimes there's a moment,
Where we are truly happy.
Sometimes there's a moment,
That you want to last forever.
Sometimes there's a moment,
That you look back on and smile.
Sometimes there's a moment,
When you see someone in a brilliant way.
But there's always a moment,
Where that person's changes.
There's always a moment,
Where that image fades.

One Mirror Too Many
From the moment you see
The moment you breath
The moment I touch you
From the moment you crawl
The moment you fall
The instant I loved you again
From the moment of darkness
The moment of light
The second I kissed you
From the moment I enter
The moment I leave
In this moment of rapture
Chorus
One mirror to many gonna tie you up
A life forever empty has got to be tough
To many starless night gonna leave you blind
Can never make it right
From the moment you stumble
The moment you run
In your presence I crumble
From the moment it happens
The moment you know
Theres no life without you

The Miracle of a Moment
A week?
A day?
An hour?
Time enough
For excellence
A moment?
Too little!
Too swift!
Too short!
Too brief!
Not so
Not right
Not true
A moment?
It’s enough!
Pregnant with possibilities
A moment
Overflowing with opportunities
A Moment
Saturated with significance
A moment
Rich with reality
A moment
Bursting with beauty
A moment
Loaded with life
A moment
Encoded with eternity
A moment
Maximize every moment

A Moment Of Passion
A moment of Passion so easily shared,
With no fear or regret,
The momories flood through my mind,
A moment of Passion I'll never forget
A moment of Passion is like a drug,
It takes me so high,
Needing to get another fix,
A moment of Passion can never lie
A moment of Passion when we are alone,
You desire it too,
Unable to control it,
A moment of Passion shared with YOU

The Moment Never Had
So don’t change the fact
The moment never had
Never came
So don’t change the fact
My moment didn’t last
And I never did want to blame you
So don’t change the fact
That my moment was never had
I never really wanted it that bad
So don’t change the fact
The moment never had
Never was supposed to happen
So don’t change the fact
So don’t change the fact
The moment never had
Never came……

Time
Every moment has its own meaning, significance,
For me, for you, for him.
In every moment there is an action important
For me, for you, for him.
Time is always crucial,
For me, for you, for him.
Any moment can anytime change your life, mine, his,
Today, tomorrow, after tomorrow, forever.
For a brief moment, you can be a great king,
Over me, over you, over him,
In a moment, you can lose,
Everything, a little or nothing...

This Is The Moment
This is the moment
This is the day
This is the moment
When I know
I am on my way
Every endeavor
I have made ever
Is coming into play
Is here and now today
This is the moment
This the time
When the momentum
And the moment
are in rhyme
Give me this moment
My precious chance
I'll gather up my best
And make some sense atlast
This is the moment
When all I've done
All of the dreaming,
scheming
And screaming
becomes one
This is the day,
Just see it shine
When all that I have lived for
Becomes mine
This is the moment
This is the hour
When I can open up,
Tomorrow
like a flower
And put my hand to
Everything I plan to
Fulfill my grand desire
See all my stars align
This is the moment
My final test
Destiny beckoned
I never reckoned second best
I won't look back
I must not fall
This is the moment
The sweetest moment
Of them all
This is the moment
So double the odds
This day or never
I'll sit forever
with the gods
When I look back
I will recall
Moment for moment
This was the moment
The greatest moment of them all.

The Moment (barack Hussain Obama’s Inauguration)
The moment of Obama’s inauguration
Was a fluke of fate written for the nation
It was a moment to be cherished
For all citizens including the perished
It was a moment that brought glory
For abandoning the discriminatory
It was a moment that scribbled in history
And will be every child’s bed-time story
It was a moment that castigated treason
And brought in for the future, a reason
It was a moment that penalized felony
A moment the history foresaw
It was a moment that put an end to racism
Making every black and white equally blossom
It was a moment for the South Africans
A moment that promised the world would awaken
(written for obama, who will bring a change to the world dominating US)

Moment to Moment
Living compassionate minded
moment to moment
looking for the eternal beauty joy
humor or humanity
present within all
omnipresence of God
Keeping active exercising Mind and body
staying alive maintaining healthy
balanced spirit
Balancing act of choices
tight rope of our actions
What is Perfect?
Is it making healthy choices
one hundred percent of the time?
If that's true than perhaps no one is perfect
but if it's achieving the right balance of healthy/ non healthy
than perhaps its true we all achieve perfection in our own
unique and individual way

Seeds
in the fertile fields of our beings
tiny seeds are sown
and they always grow
and become flowers
they also exude scent
and display bright colors
to the sun
and they wilt before
we know it
simply because we are too busy
we could have given
these seeds enough time
to see how they become
themselves
so beautifully that we could
have adored them
even in a single moment
a very brief moment
yet we didn't and now we are sad
in this regret
this reminiscing

No Moss But Still Life
no rolling stones anymore
gathering no moss
laundary service on moment to moment mental motion
dependent origins of happenings in life
no home is attached to a space in heart
only the zero-moment of change
no ying and yang
no satory
only zero-moment of change towardss the realization of nothingness
no moss for a voyager of stillness
Feel the Moment
Feel the moment
And be present.
Smell the aroma of the moment
And never show that you are absent.
Feel the moment
The moment of dialogue
The moment of possibilities
The moment of expectation.
The moment of love.
Grab the moment
Treasure it as a priceless jewel
Claim it as a great gift
Hold it as your very own.

Moment To Moment
Too many nights of isolation
Too many echoes in my head
Too many fires left burning
In this bed
Too many thoughts of desperation
So much pain deep down below
So mych a slave to my senses
I cant let go
From moment to moment
I live and I die
This cant go on anymore
Another day, another lie
From moment to moment
I stand and I fall
This cant go on anymore
Unless we both give it all
I ask you how can a man keep his distance
How can he reason with his heart
How can you hold me so near
Yet keep me so far
From moment to moment
I live and I die
This cant go on anymore
Another day, another lie
From moment to moment
I stand and I fall
This cant go on anymore
Unless we both give it all
Sometimes Id like to break you down
To see if theres a trace of woman in you that could be found
But I just keep prayin youll come around
And live from moment to moment
I live from moment to moment
I live from moment to moment
So much a slave to my senses
I cant let go
From moment to moment
I live and I die
This cant go on anymore
Another day, another lie
From moment to moment
I stand and I fall
This cant go on anymore
Unless we both give it all
You know I want to give it all
I live from moment to moment
Everyday of my life
I live from moment to moment

In This Moment
In life there comes a moment when all things are made clear, and my clarity is in this moment.
In this moment I know that I want to live the rest of my life beside you.
In this moment I know I want to start my own branch on my family tree with you.
In this moment I know that I love you.
So as I take your hand and gaze into your eyes I know that this moment is the right moment to ask you to be my wife.
Now, before you say yes think because if you do our life together forever begins
in this moment.
Waiting in the Sunset (Sonnet 7)
The moment I hear the waves crash and tear
At the walls of my shelter, slowly worn
Slowly giving way, with little to spare
Little to gain from the old, dead and torn
The moment I take flight; the moment sworn
The moment I see that tasteful sunset
That beautiful glance at your face adorned
With colors gleaming, fading; I regret
I hang me head lowly I just can't let
You slip away this one last tempting time
I have to savor the moment I met
You, words could not pantomime
The one moment I could receive you fading
Fading in the sunset, I have to stop waiting

My Last Moment
It'll be the moment of excitement,
When I'll stop the movement,
When there would be no more improvement,
The moment I will ask no more.
It'll be the time I will kill the moment,
When there will be one entertainment,
What I call the last achievement,
The moment I will ask no more.
The moment I'll stop being a student,
No more blames to the government,
That time of no more being prudent,
The moment I will ask no more.
It will be such an incident,
A woman being pregnant,
And my name becomes important,
The moment I will say no more
It shouldn't be abhorrent,
If a wise man will faint,
It will be my accomplishment,
The moment I will say no more.
