My philosophy of leadership is to surround myself with good people who have ability, judgment and knowledge, but above all, a passion for service.

To Give Service With A Knowledge
Not at all am I impressed,
By those focused upon one vision interpreted...
As the only version of success.
To obtain a degree or certificate that expresses,
An ability to achieve the purchasing of things.
To keep hoarded to dust in a treasure chest.
Yet...
Not an attempt is made to influence,
With an effectiveness that benefits others...
That whatever they do to do it at their best.
With a difference made they too can attest,
To witness 'if' they worked at it and wished less.
But the ones who pray to keep their fortunes intact,
Seem often to be...
The ones who claim they are highly favored.
As if The Creator welcomes that kind of self-centered,
Self indulgence!
Glad I am to have been raised,
By a mother who placed emphasis on faith.
And what others should prioritize with their lives...
Was a repaying by a giving back,
A service with a knowledge and a deed...
To someone else that is pleased to receive.
And that a good life lived...
Was not in the feeding of one's greed.
'Remember...
There should be several baskets,
In which to place your accomplishments.
And acquired tasks you have mastered to pass.'
No need to be a polished scholar,
To give service...
With a knowledge.
And a deed.
No need to be a polished scholar,
To give service...
With a knowledge.
And a deed.
No need to be a polished scholar,
To give service...
With a knowledge.
And a deed.

The ability to think straight, some knowledge of the past, some vision of the future, some skill to do useful service, some urge to fit that service into the well-being of the community - these are the most vital things education must try to produce.

Secret Service
You don't mind giving in to temptation as long as no one knows
Your midnight invitation where your madness flows
Fires of passion rage all night angels falling out of the light
Control undercover you can paralyze
Every love is one more victim they never realize
All their desires burn like a fever
They want to run but they just can't leave her
Secret Service Secret Service
Do they know how you scream
Secret Service passion - hunger
Do they know how you scream
I should have seen through her disguise she was a masquerade
Cold kiss hungry eyes then she began to fade
Feeling lost I want to be found
Heaven's in hell DON'T LOOK DOWN
Secret Service Secret Service
Do they know how you scream
Secret Service Secret Service
Do they know how you cry, can they see your dreams
Have they heard you sigh
Or do you save it all for me in your SECRET SERVICE

Who You Are
Who you are is equivalent to the knowledge
that you obtain throughout your life
and the passion you have for using and
sharing that knowledge with other people.
It is with this knowledge
that we create our own future
and the future for those to come.
I strongly believe that every bit of knowledge I have gained
has been connected to everything I have done,
everyone I have known, and all I will do in my life.

At a family's most difficult time, I want to make sure at a minimum that they have the very basic of comforts: the ability to grieve their loss privately and the knowledge that their country is grateful for their loved one's sacrifice and service.

Your Move
I've seen all good people turn their heads each day
so satisfied I'm on my way.
I've seen all good people turn their heads each day
so satisfied I'm on my way.
Take a straight and stronger course to the corner of your life.
Make the white queen run so fast she hasn't got time to make you a wife.
'Cause it's time, it's time in time with your time and its news is captured
For the queen to use.
Move me on to any black square,
Use me any time you want,
Just remember that the goal
'Sfor us to capture all we want, anywhere,
Yea, yea, yea.
Don't surround yourself with yourself,
Move on back two squares,
Send an Instant Karma to me,
Initial it with loving care
Don't surround
Yourself.
'Cause it's time, it's time in time with your time and
its news is captured
For the queen to use.
Diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit didda.

Sonnet: On Knowledge
Knowledge is one thing priceless, people want;
Knowledge is something gained by labor long;
Knowledge is infinite; master, you-can't;
Knowledge is changeable, much like a song.
Knowledge is deeper than the oceans deep;
Knowledge is larger than the Universe;
Knowledge is barely in life, just a peep;
Knowledge if badly used becomes God's curse.
Knowledge remains undiminished, tho' you- share;
Knowledge gives man, a civilised outlook;
Knowledge if improper, you ought to pare;
Knowledge is gained from Nature and by book.
Knowledge can make a man a wiser one;
Knowledge gives Wisdom in the longer run.

May die of hunger
An individual may die of hunger
If tied and kept at home in hanger
If he is set free and allowed to venture
He will have enough of fortune and golden future
It is well knit argument and said with motives
Its result is heartening and very much subjective
A person gains knowledge if comes across exposure
That makes him to be aware of latest developments for sure
If person remains indoor and makes no outside contact
His knowledge will become zero and unusable in fact
He will know nothing about what is happening outside
And as a result he will have no option but to confine
It is nice to meet the new people and have acquaintance
You may have enough of knowledge how to escape at once
Some of the opportunities need to be grabbed as they come by chance
You must be exploring it all the time hence
Man is not made perfect out of reading
For that he must have ability to lead
He must not only be successfully trading
But have enough of information on hand and feeding
This builds up network for future empire
People may look towards him and admire
For his sheer ability and as able administrator
The successful person for carrier and creator

What Makes Us Human
I believe ability makes us intelligent, it distinguishes us from animals
I believe all have the ability to learn, to create art, to love
I believe we can let our ability go to waste, or we can let it flourish
I believe our ability that makes us human is our intelligence and good judgement
I believe many choose to ignore this ability and rely on animalistic instinct
I believe some humans treat animals better than humans
I believe to make this world peaceful we need to let our abilities flourish
It is curious that many people advocate humane treatment for animals, but treat actual humans inhumanely

His Leadership Saved A Ship From Sinking
Their entire reality,
Is based upon what they believe...
From behind the steering wheels,
Of their cars.
And without them their lives,
Would be unliveable and scarred.
He came in from a fresh election,
To save that industry.
Only to have people see the thieves...
Publicly,
Flying into Washington, D.C.
In their private jets,
To plead selfishly...
For more money to feed.
His leadership saved,
A ship from sinking!
The biggest crooks in town,
Left banks and Wall Street...
Turned upside down.
And again...
His leadership saved,
A ship from sinking!
The housing industry was over built and bleeding.
Those given mortgages,
Couldn't afford homes they received.
The rich got richer...
As jobs were outsourced overseas.
Where it was cheaper,
To fill hot pockets...
And to grease the palms of thieves.
While those in the middle class...
Paid handsomely by these misdeeds.
And the people seem they wish to forget,
A prior administration...
Created this wreck.
And yet,
He of color was the best one to get...
To save a ship from sinking.
People feel uneasy,
That he of ability...
Has taken the helm of this ship!
And they want to blame him for everything.
Even the irresponsibility...
Those prior to his leadership,
Have made no pronouncements...
Of regretting the mess they left!

Fit To Serve
When men serve the Eternal King, whether they preach or they sing,
It is The Lord above we praise, as hearts and voice to Him we raise.
All the service that He calls men to, The Lord above helps them do,
Equipping every believer He calls, to many tasks and various roles.
God helps us with the task at hand, in ways we may not understand,
By equipping each and everyone, when we come to faith in His Son.
By grace God allows men to serve, in ways we truly do not deserve,
Serving in ways hard to believe, after God’s Spirit we have received.
Through The Spirit God fills you with, all the knowledge and the gift,
The gift to use the knowledge inside, using The Spirit as your guide.
God above has a plan for all of us, if we’d simply believe and trust,
We can serve the Lord in many ways, all through these earthly days.
In your heart, The Lord instills, His Truth and knowledge, as He wills,
And this knowledge of The Lord, in your service, by God is poured,
Onto men, whom you reach, through your witness and your speech,
As The Lord God uses your whole life, as a vessel for Jesus Christ.
A new vessel that belongs to Him; Christ, who saved us from all sin,
Cleansed and fit for the service of, the Lord God, who reigns above.
Using people, just like you and me, to move others towards eternity,
Where we will serve forevermore, when we reign with Christ our Lord.

Degrees Don't Love You
Degrees don't love you so you never went to school!
But your mind writes like a Philosopher to teach many;
And the truth is, Degrees are obtained under a Faculty.
Degrees are obtained after the length of studies,
But without one's Philosophy there is no Faculty!
Because one has to create the ideas for others to follow;
And out of Philosophy came the branches of Faculties.
You don't need any Degree to identify yourself,
Because you have the ability of teaching others;
And Philosophy is always above Faculty! !
For, you are a Philosopher with the magic ink of your mind.
