Everybody needs feedback, and it's a heck of a lot cheaper than paying a trainer.

I think then, when we started receiving the first of the user feedback, feedback from people that I had not specifically told about it, but had spread from friend to friend and then they were giving us feedback.

Redneck Woman - Gretchen Wilson
Well, I ain't never
Been the Barbie doll type,
No, I can't swig that sweet champagne,
I'd rather drink beer all night.
In a tavern,
Or in a honky-tonk,
Or on a four-wheel-drive tailgate.
I've got posters on my wall of
Skynard, Kid, and Strait.
Some people look down on me,
But I don't give a rip.
I'll stand barefooted in my own front yard,
With a baby on my hip.
(Chorus)
'Cause I'm a redneck woman
And I ain't no high class broad.
I'm just a product of my raisin',
And I say, 'Hey y'all, and hee haw.'
I keep my Chirstmas lights on on my front porch all year long.
And I know all the words to every Charlie Daniels song.
So here's to all my sisters
Out there, keepin' it country,
Let me get a big 'Heck yeah'
From the redneck girls like me.
Heck yeah, (heck yeah) .
Victoria's Secret,
Well, their stuff's real nice.
Oh, but I can buy the same darn thing
On a Wal-Mart shelf
Half-price.
And still look sexy,
Just as sexy
As those models on tv.
No, I don't need no designer tags
To make my man want me.
You might think I'm trashy,
And a little too hard core.
But in my neck of the woods,
I'm just the girl next door.
(Chorus)
(this time, though, it's '...Tanya Tucker song...')
(Chorus)
(this time, it's '...Ol' Bocephus song...')
(heck yeah) .
Heck yeah, (heck yeah) .
Heck yeah, (heck yeah) .
I said 'HECK YEAH! ! '

Jumble Sale
Oh! There is a sale in Heaven & Hell joined together
to raise funds for charity.
You can see criminals, smugglers, drug-pushers,
handsome politicians, warmongers and et cetera.
Now they are already second hand articles
in a cheaper price and you can buy paying an installment too.

Fodder I Would Consider As Topics
I am amazed by those,
Who 'assume' they provide fodder...
I would consider as topics for my poems.
And I have stated on several occasions,
I am not inspired like that.
There is something that happens inside of me,
That dictates where my attention is zapped by attraction.
And it becomes a source to enforce,
Upon my consciousness with a focused concentration.
I wish there was an easier explanation!
But I did not learn what I do in school.
And I wish there was something connected I could say,
To have those who are curious accept and go away!
Like...
I just love the sound of rhyme.
Or...
I wasn't good at sports,
So poetry was less physical.
How about this one...
I grew up in a dysfunctional environment.
And a pad and pen became my best friends.
Maybe...
Writing was cheaper than paying a psychiatrist.
Seriously,
Writng 'was' cheaper than paying a psychiatrist.
And since I've been writing most of my life...
I declare myself 'freed' of issues and mentally stable.
Well...
Maybe I am not completely freed of 'all' issues.
And...
Why is it some people,
Take other people and their time for granted?
As if one's love for something,
Does not automatically means there is an absence...
Of a work ethic.
Or there is no initiative, motivation or discipline involved.
There are many people without a creative bone in their bodies,
Who are the first to believe...
Doing something one does not like,
Is practical.
And that reflects a 'normal' society!
'And' more acceptable than enjoying one's life!
I am amazed by those,
Who 'assume' they provide fodder...
I would consider as topics for my poems.
And I have stated on several occasions,
I am not inspired like that.
In fact,
Very 'few' people inspire me period.

That Is Not Positive Feedback
We've been extremely successful,
In isolating ourselves...
With a creation of a lifestyle,
That best reflects 'our' values and traditions.
AND...
Returning back to standards 'we' believe in!
Ensuring that it stays and remains that way.
Now that we have been undoubtedly successful,
In removing certain elements...
From our interpretation of 'success'.
With a separatist menatality!
Can anyone here 'volunteer'...
WHY does there seem to remain with us,
Conflict and undenied confusion? !
'Yes...
I would like to respond.'
That's great.
Someone with positive feedback.
By all means...
Let us hear your recommendations and suggestions.
'Perhaps...
And I say this only because I want us 'all' to comprehend.'
Yes, yes, yes.
Take your time...
It is wonderful to have the young participating,
In our decision making process for a change.
I apologize...
Continue.
'Perhaps...
T he real reason 'why' we are still bombarded,
With an affliction of chaos, conflict and indifference...
Is,
Just 'maybe' WE are the cause of it!
With our unreasonable stubbornness.
And a total lack of a willingness to listen! '
Young man...
That is 'not' positive feedback at all!
And...
Let me make this very clear.
Only those caring to share POSITIVE feedback,
Will be given the floor.
Sit down
Anyone else?
With 'positive' feedback?

Once Is Enough
(words & music by tepper - bennett)
All you got is one life
Living once can be rough
But if you live every day all the way
Once is enough
You can own just one suit
Worn and torn at the cuff
But if youre livin the life that you love
Once is enough
Whats the good of reaching ninety
If you waste eighty-nine
You got one life so live it
If you dont its a crime
Lifes a playful puppy
You can grab by the scruff
And if you live every sec what the heck
Once is enough
Never wait until tomorrow
What if it never comes
Life is a seven layer
Dont you settle for crumbs
Lifes a playful puppy
You can grab by the scruff
And if you live every sec what the heck
Once is enough
And if you live every sec what the heck
Once is enough
And if you live every sec what the heck
Once is enough

Rip Off for M lady Tara
Designer labels I won’t buy.
Because I see no reason why
I should be advertising free
I think they should be paying me.
The prices asked truly obscene
I am quite sure they would have been
without the label half the price.
There’s no end to their avarice.
I will not be their willing tool
I pride myself I’m not a fool
Should I see something which I like
I buy a cheaper look alike.
Though you prefer designer clothes.
I don’t, I won’t pay through the nose.

Silent Night
I do not enjoy aural sex.
The creaking of the bed next door
is always guaranteed to vex.
I don’t use motels any more.
Especially the cheaper ones
where beds are rented by the hour
I cannot stand the ersatz moans
which some poor fool is paying for.
I bought myself a mobile home
where I can get to sleep in peace.
No matter where I’m forced to roam.
From sleepless nights I’ve found release
A salesman’s job is not much fun
when there is travelling to be done.

Sick Of It
These romantic songs,
Feels like I am wearing a thong,
Uncomfortable, wrong
I don’t feel so strong,
With all the talk about emotions,
All I see are these motions,
All this love,
Well put it at your ass entrance and shove,
I am sick of it,
This is all a piece of shat,
I need to grow up,
And you need to shut the heck up!
Go find someone else who cares,
I can even pay you the fair,
For the taxi to get you the heck out of here,
I am sick of the tears.

Wages Of Sin
When we fight and I wanna talk it out
You wont say nothing, nothing at all
You just sit there, you wont open that pretty mouth
I think you like keeping my back up against the wall
Wages of sin, you keep me paying
Wages of sin for wrongs that Ive done
Wages of sin, you keep me paying
Wages of sin, one by one
I walk in the apartment, theres clothes thrown all over the place
Youre crouched in the corner with makeup running down your face
I dont wanna believe what my heart keeps saying
You keep me on the line so you can keep me paying
Wages of sin, we keep paying
Wages of sin for the wrongs that weve done
Wages of sin, we keep paying
Wages of sin, thats how we have our fun
I remember when I was a little boy out where the cottonwoods grow tall
Trying to make it home through the forest before the darkness falls
Baby all the sounds I heard, even if they werent real
I was running down that broken path with the devil snapping at my heels
I tried so hard, so hard in every way
Swore someday Id grow up, just throw it all away
Cried all the tears, baby, that I could cry
Stomached all my fears till they came rushin up inside
Darlin Im losin and its a mean game
Still I play on and on just the same
Wages of sin, I keep paying
Wages of sin for some wrong that Ive done
Wages of sin, well I keep paying
Wages of sin, one by one

Invitation from Death
'Come to my party! ' said the Grim Reaper,
'Death is for free and life's getting cheaper,
There'll be no mercy, there'll be no pardon
For Saddam Hussein or Osama Bin Laden,
Come to my party! ' said the Grim Reaper,
'Bring guns and explosives, life's getting cheaper! '

No Matter What the Feedback
You've got to breathe.
No matter what the feedback,
Attacking like an enemy.
Take a deep breath,
And get yourself some relief.
You can't treat everybody
Like somebody with a special need.
You've got to breathe.
No matter what the feedback,
Attacking like an enemy.
Take a deep breath,
And get yourself some relief.
You can't treat everybody
Like somebody with a special need.
You can not please...
This one
That one
Everyone who 'cops' a plea.
Take a quick stand,
And don't dare hint or tease.
Do that while you can
Before you dropp in a faint
To your knees!
You've got to breathe.
No matter what the feedback,
Attacking like an enemy.
Take a quick stand,
And don't dare hint or tease.
Do that while you can
Before you dropp in a faint
To your knees!
You can't treat everybody,
Like somebody with a special need.
You can't treat everybody,
Like somebody with a special need.

The Personal Trainer
husband
didn't pay attention when she started to change her look,
after all, she'd been saying how she wanted to for a while &
it seemed to make sense,
what with her going back to the gym full time,
after a period of time away
when they first had been married-
husband just went about his days
working more hours than he knew what to do with,
business was good &
with all the business around him seeming to fail,
he'd been putting away for the life he imagined in the future,
with or without
her-
but her time spent at the gym seemed to increase &
thought her body began to get trimmer, sexier, tighter, stronger &
she seemed to walk around the house with a new zest for life
(when he was there to see her) ,
he still didn't notice that
the personal trainer had moved in-
she had said something to him,
but he was listening less & less
as he had more & more to worry about at work,
for it was all part of building his empire.
the personal trainer was a less successful man
by the standard that money can by,
but he listened to her
as he traced her curves with his fingers in the gym
with palms of his hand smoothly gliding over her muscles
making her body quiver &
it wasn't long before in the car outside the gym
they consummated the professional relationship
again &
again &
again &
again.
as she began to show less interest in sex with her husband,
he wrote it off as a side-effect of marriage &
found himself a main squeeze on the side,
a 20 something who needed money to get her through college
with a perkiness that made him feel young again &
a body that wouldn't quit-
as he grew more distant from the wife,
she grew closer to the personal trainer,
until the day when she brought him home to the house,
when she swore the husband would be gone.
husband found out the way a husband will
when husband had been no longer interested
until another shows his face, as it is only jealousy then
which kicks in, making husband suddenly care-
but personal trainer put husband on the ground
when husband came into his own bedroom
to find personal trainer banging away his bride
who now had no interest in husband-
husband sued the personal trainer for assault &
bride to be divorced husband, taking half of everything he had,
breaking his empire down to nothing
as he had been stupid enough to not require a prenup
at the beginning of it all.
