The long, cold Minnesota winters instilled in me a fascination for exotic far off places; I aspired toward a career in tropical diseases and world health problems.

Old Man's Nursery Rhyme
I.
In the jolly winters
Of the long-ago,
It was not so cold as now--
O! No! No!
Then, as I remember,
Snowballs, to eat,
Were as good as apples now,
And every bit as sweet!
II.
In the jolly winters
Of the dead-and-gone,
Bub was warm as summer,
With his red mitts on,--
Just in his little waist-
And-pants all together,
Who ever heard him growl
About cold weather?
III.
In the jolly winters of the long-ago--
Was it _half_ so cold as now?
O! No! No!
Who caught his death o' cold,
Making prints of men
Flat-backed in snow that now's
Twice as cold again?
IV.
In the jolly winters
Of the dead-and-gone,
Startin' out rabbit-hunting
Early as the dawn,--
Who ever froze his fingers,
Ears, heels, or toes,--
Or'd a cared if he had?
Nobody knows!
V.
Nights by the kitchen-stove,
Shelling white and red
Corn in the skillet, and
Sleepin' four abed!
Ah! the jolly winters
Of the long-ago!
We were not so old as now--
O! No! No!

Tropical Trees
A tropical disease may result,
The visit defines a point in our lives,
The country is poetic, like a river
Or like a garden or enclosure.
The palm trees shed their look
On our eyes like awed beings,
In strong containment of piety.
It is a bent door like a building of heaven.
The disease spreads fast from the bloom
Of the trees as if tropical diseases are real.
We need no trophy, no graceless entry
Into the heaven so bland,
When health at home is not of the tropics.

In today's world, it is shortsighted to think that infectious diseases cannot cross borders. By allowing developing countries access to generic drugs, we not only help improve health in those nations, we also help ourselves control these debilitating and often deadly diseases.
Fascination

I just cant stand still, Ive got to use her
Every time I think of what you pulled me through, dear

Fascination
No escaping
No spell is over me
Fantasy's fact you see in my life
Time and motion
Seem to have made a stop
And if the whole world passes by
I wouldn't bat an eye
If you say you were mine
Fascination all I do is
Fascination dream of you
Such devotion
I've never felt before
You opened up a door in my life
No tomorrow
Could there be without you
And if you should say goodbye
I think that I would die
Fascination all I do is
Fascination dream of you
I can't think about anything else
But you
There's nothing I can do
Oh no

Whole Wide World
When I was a young boy, my momma she said to me:
Theres only one girl in the world for you
And she probably lives in tahiti
Or maybe in the bahamas
Where the caribbean sea is blue
Weepin away in the tropical night
Because nobodys told her bout you
Id go the whole wide world
Id go the whole wide world
Just to find her
Id go the whole wide world
Id go the whole wide world
To find out where they hide her
Yeah!
Why am I hanging around in the rain out here
Tryin to think of a girl
Why are my eyes fillin up with these lonely tears
When theres girls all over the world?
Or is she lying on a tropical beach somewhere
Underneat the tropical sun
Hiding away in the heat wave there
Hopin that I wont be long?
Id go the whole wide world
Id go the whole wide world
Just to find her
Id go the whole wide world
Id go the whole wide world
To find out where they hide her
[repeat]
Yeah!
Id go the whole wide world
[repeat to fade]

Fascination
Fascination
I want u
Fascination
I want u, I do
Fascination chamber lands on the round that kills
The art u hoped 2 mirror like
Leaves blood upon the sill
The dream u keep dreaming, is better than the life u lead
The papers run out a day and 13 hours, b4 the weed, its so high
Fascination
Still I want u
Fascination
Still I want u, I do
The head u thought was rolling, is now reason 2 b bored
The rapper that gave that head will thank his manager b4 the lord
And the headache that u moan about feels much better than the treatment would
The pills gonna leave a side effect
Thatll take another pill 2 correct
And the whole thing is leaving u feeling less than good
And u still high
...nation
Fascination
Fascination
Fascination
Do u mind if I just watch u shake it
Shake it {4x}
...nation
I want u
Fascination
I want u, I do
The most vital thing u thought
Is the epitome of doom
U can wake-up in cold sweat
Cause 1 of them is in ure room
Singin on the tele
Making more bucks than sense
So called king gives birth 2 so called ... prince
A breakups bitter taste
Still here when the love is gone
And the breaks u wish 4
Finally comes among in song
Working it out
Work, work, work, working it out
Fascination

Health Deteriorated
Health deteriorated and nobody care it.
And we say health is wealth.
The health worker the doctor all paid
And the patients died
And all are apathetic towards health.
In this Hitech age cholera measeales
Malaria are the cause of our death.
Common man died due to diseases
Died due to hunger due to neglect
By our own man and we all remain silent.

The Problems Of The World
THE PROBLEMS OF THE WORLD
The problems of the world-
The problems of my own little life-
Problems and problems and problems.
A poem solves no problems
It escapes into itself
And makes a small world
In which the poet can hide.
The poem is the other world
The one where there is quiet and peace and calm and love
And all which makes one’s own dreams
A morning song.

Tuna
Micro liquid feelings
Will never solve
Pacific problems
Exotic fish will never be able to walk
As long as we live
Micro liquid feelings
Will never solve
Pacific problems
Exotic fish will never be able to walk
As long as we live
Walkers can come first
This golden century
And now I really see
Its still a luxury
Micro liquid feelings
Will never solve
Pacific problems
Exotic fish will never be able to walk
As long as we live
Walkers can come first
This golden century
And now I really see
Its still a luxury

Rejection's Cold
Do you know you talk and talk my vern
And all good things come to her now
And this has been a long time coming
It's too late to make a move
You choke on every word you say
And now its time boy
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
Can I confess the lessons learned
And now we've seen the tables turned
For giving in isn't even an option
And I would hate to play pretend
Nothing for me to defend
On your way boy
(ya)
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
(The problem solved)
(No problem)

Physical Fascination
Hi!
I got to go, get aboard attack a love jet
Heaven and back
My- my-my-my-my-my-my
And I got to find a power station with a beat
I cant take no conversation
My-my-my-my-my-my-my
Looking for the inspiration
All succumb to the physical fascination
All succumb to the physical fascination
Hi!
Shake shake it up, this love divine
Youre out of touch, babe
Im going out of my mind
My-my-my-my-my-my-mind
Talk to me! why dont you talk to me?
Cmon and use your body language
And have yourself a good time
My-my- my-my-my-my-my
And radiate your sweet temptation
All succumb to the physical fascination
All succumb to the physical fascination
And radiate your sweet temptation
All succumb to the physical fascination
All succumb to the physical fascination
I said: all succumb to the physical fascination
And all surrender to the physical fascination
Yea yea yea yea

Winters smile
Winters smile
~
I saw a winters sun
the day fell too short
time escaped me
still I held a thought
I kept love close by
nurtured in my heart
while the world wilted
I felt a flower grow
like a fist of defiance
a beauty unfolds
not bound to a season
the air was cold
still filled my lungs
my breath rolled out
a vapour cloud
rose to a higher climb
I watched is disappear
thought for a while
a day passed me by
I carried with me
a winters smile

Problems (feat. Koffee Brown)
Problems
Problems with your girl today
Problems
Problems with your man today
situations hard to handle
got me goin out ofmy head
theres so much pressure
i just cant deal
you think its all about you
and that sex appeal
but i got problems
(slickin around on the "L" to the hotel all around town) let me know
(whos it gonna be him or me)
it cant be three
problems
problems with your girl today
problems
problems with your girl today
here we are
the two of us together
takin this crazy chance
to be all alone
my man dont know
that we been lovin eachother
cuz if he found out
we'll have nothin
nothin but
Problems
problems with your man today
problems
problems with your man today
problems
problems with your man today
problems
problems with your man today
said can i get a witness
so many problems
can i get a witness
can i get a witness
so many problems
can i get a witness
problems
problems with your girl today
problems
problems with your man today
problems
problems with your girl today
problems
problems with your man today

Feel The Breeze
(graham russell)
Since I met you how can I notice if the sky is blue or grey
But here I am standing outside looking into a cloudy day
This must be the time for reflection, my direction is not quite clear,
Now I feel the air is colder now I feel that winters here.
(chorus)
Feel the breeze, were coming to winter
(repeat)
I feel the breeze I feel dejected I feel a part of a love thats gone
For in this world to take some chances from your glances I see its wrong
Winters here and its a long one to be alone and in the cold
Brother sun you cast a shadow, now I need my lonely role.

X4
must we imagine
a place away from what our hands
have long held as home?
must we still dream of those
islands
with white sands and
exotic rainbow birds?
the feet have rooted and
our bodies are old trees
the fruits are teeming
and ripe for harvest
the migrating birds are
here to be catered
happiness flows here
like springs without winters
everything here is the
fun of summer times
on domestic dreams
sleep have i,
clipped wings, bubble
world
here is this chosen
earthly eternity

Exotic and erotic
I strongly incline my ears,
My sight i vividly open,
You complete my whole,
Your words and your touch,
Exotic and erotic
Your soft skin i long to touch,
Your tender voice i like,
My heart filled with desire,
Desire to love you more,
Exotic and erotic
Lets make a baby,
The pride of my seed,
So shall it be then,
Your love i desire,
Please rescue thee,
Exotic and erotic
Touch me like that,
Hold me like this,
Kiss me right there
Yes you are,
So erotic and exotic
