People make these comments all the time. They talk about this with their loved ones every day. People's feedings - tube feedings - are stopped across this country every day.

With Sweetened Feedings Eating
I'd rather fictionalize.
I'd rather remove the real-ness...
From my eyes.
I'd rather fictionalize.
And,
Live a life with everything made up...
With sweetened feedings eaten.
Living life with everything made up...
With sweetened feedings eaten.
I'd rather fictionalize.
I'd rather remove the real-ness...
From my eyes.
I'd rather pick on my platter,
Everything delicious I'll eat up.
And it wouldn't matter that it's...
Everything delicious I'll eat up.
I'd rather fictionalize.
I'd rather remove the real-ness...
From my eyes.
And,
Live a life with everything made up...
With sweetened feedings eating,
Everything delicious I'll eat up.
And it wouldn't matter that it's...
Everything delicious I'll eat up.
With sweetened feedings eating,
Everything delicious I'll eat up.

Flying Monkeys
I’m calling on you because I’m a wreck,
And I used to dream of becoming a professor when I
Jogged around the junked golf course
By the side of deep twilight, and the paltry swathed condominiums:
To tell you the truth, I haven’t loved too many women-
Mostly, I’ve been able to count them on two hands
And you rank right up there,
But now my legs are cold from drinking cheap rum:
Can you love a man without any fashion sense
Or social position?
A man terribly wounded in the dark of a fraternity’s
Pick-up truck, so he doesn’t even know where he’s
Hurt, but he just remembers you sometime in
North Central Florida before Halloween in that Asian
Restaurant joint now demolished on 13th street;
What the F-, now it flows- now it flows- I don’t
Yet have a bicycle or a home on an island, but give it time:
And the girl I neglected by dreaming of you has a new
House and better ways to make her living;
And this is not good, and now I don’t care to teach anything
To the living; but love me, if you will, in your time,
In the quieted spaces between the snows and your inevitable
Breast feedings- because I love you,
And it is the only thing that reoccurs to me every evening
As I chop down trees, oiling my joints and looking up from
Time to time to keep an eye out for flying monkeys….

I see something wrong
Some people care about,
you.
Some people don't care
Would people listen to,
our lies?
Why are people abused
I see something wrong
There are pretty people
There ugly people
People play
People talk
I'm tired of people messing,
With me.
I guess people hate the truth
Some people are bad
Some people care
Others don't
Why do people cry?
This is life
I don't understand
Some people like to talk
Some people like to walk
Why people argue over nothing?
People act crazy
Why are people always cheating?
People that are lost
I admire people that have respect,
for others.
We are the people of the earth
What really goin on?
I really don't know

Talk to Me
Talk to me..
Why can't you
Just
Talk to me..
Taking ten steps back
It's what I do
When I don't know
What else
I can do
Shutting down
It's just
Preservation
I feel like a kite
Being pulled by a string
You let go for a length
Then
Want to pull me back
But
I've never stopped you
From trying to
Talk to me
Really
Talk to me
The way I see it
Miscommunication
And
Misunderstandings
Are bound to happen
When people don't
Just
Sit
Face to Face
And
Talk
Confusion occurs
But,
I've never stopped you
From asking questions
And
Getting
The answers
You may wish to seek
All I'm saying
Is
If you're serious
Then you should find some time
To
Really
Sit and
Talk to me
Before I tug
Before I pull
Before
I really
Set myself free
For now
I'm here
Being tugged on
And pulled on
By the string
In your grasp
But
It's up to you
To talk to me.

I am blessed because...
I am blessed because I wake up every morning with breakfast ready on my table,
when there are people waking up to hunger.
I am blessed because I wake up with clothes to wear,
when there are people shivering in the cold.
I am blessed because I wake up knowing that I don't have to walk to school,
when there are people who don't have a school to go to.
I am blessed because I get to eat even if it's not time for breakfast, lunch or dinner,
while some people wonder when the next meal will come.
I am blessed because I am living such a comfortable life, playing sports, joking around with friends, using the internet and sleeping whenever I want,
when some people are using their last bit of strength to make sure they survive hunger, illness and pain.
I am blessed because I have friends to talk to when I'm in pain, to laugh with when I'm in joy and to be my aid when I'm in need,
when there are people who feel sad, sorrow and pain without anyone
to lean on.
I am blessed because I have a caring Mum, an awesome Dad and a loving little sister, while there are people who will never know who their parents are.
I am blessed because I know I am loved by God.
The people in pain, the people in hunger, the people in sorrow,
the people who lost everything, the people who kill, the people who
steal, the people who hate, the people who persecute, the people who is the worst of all humans, are loved by God too. They just need to know it.
I am blessed, are you?
If you think you're not, remember this, God loves you, no matter who you are.
You just need to know it. =
People Talk
If people talk then let people talk
We wont hit the ground if we are the talk of the town
People talk gossiping past
Stabbing their words with all of their stares in our back
Let the people talk
If people talk grapevine of lies
Spinning their yarns
Spreading the seeds of our harm
People talk but we know the truth let them all talk
Baby its still me and you
Well face the fears and when the rumours blow
All the names they call will never hurt
Sticks and stones may break all of our bones
But all the kings men will put us together again
People talk so let people talk
We wont hit the ground if we are the talk of the town
People talk
People talk so let people talk
We wont hit the ground if we are the talk of the town
People talk grapevine of lies
Spinning their yarns
Spreading the seeds of our harm

It Doesnt Matter At All
Hey youve been hanging on
To a dream
Hoping that time
Would turn your fear away
But you must stop
Take a look around
What do you see
Do you see me
People say that Im crazy
(people call me a fool)
Theyve got no business to talk
(theyve got no reason at all)
Ill take a chance with you baby
It doesnt matter at all
It doesnt matter at all
It doesnt matter at all
Hey youre living in a world
Where reason is a waste of time
Nobody talking
The atmosphere is cold
Touching you deeply
Way down inside you
Do you wanna be loved
Say you wanna be loved
People say that Im crazy
(people call me a fool)
Theyve got no business to talk
(theyve got no reason at all)
Ill take a chance with you baby
It doesnt matter at all
It doesnt matter at all
It doesnt matter at all
Hey Ive been talked about
The way Ive been following you
But I dont give a damn
When it feels so right
But I must find out
Take a look around me
What do I feel
Whatll I do
You see Ive been hanging on
To a dream
Hoping youll find
The love you need in me
Giving you time
To make your mind up
Do you wanna be loved
Say you wanna be loved
People say that Im crazy
(people call me a fool)
Theyve got no business to talk
(theyve got no reason at all)
Ill take a chance with you baby
It doesnt matter at all
It doesnt matter at all
It doesnt matter at all

The sweet hot(? ) of the passing hour
My make ups starting to crack
People talk behind my back
And I dont like that
See the man of the moment
Trying to get himself in my shot
Telling everyone hes not
Confidence artist
Theres so many people
Theres so many people
Theres so many people
You gotta settle the score
Look a little bit closer now
See if the side you can take
The suspense has to got break
And it will someday
Still life in a darkened room
Will be flooded with light
And it might make you uptight
But you wont die from exposure
Theres so many people
Theres so many people
Theres so many people
You gotta settle the score
Theres so many people
Too many people
No no no
Im just enchanted now
Some other time
If youre seeing something
That youre not supposed to see
Youll be charged a penalty
And youll pay forever
I been working night and day
Building sets on a lot
In a land that time forgot
Captured here in my camera
Theres so many people
Theres so many people
Theres so many people
You gotta settle the score
Theres so many people
Too many people
No no no
Im too enchanted now
Some other time
Some other time

What Life Is Like
Life is good to the nice in
every way but it is dark and gloomy
with thunder and lightning storms.
That's the way it goes for the bad people
but still the sad people read sad books,
read like sad people, walk like sad people,
look like sad people and talk like sad people
but beware don't talk to the mad people
because they will blame it on you.
leave them in the corner because they may get over it
if you don't talk to them also if you talk to them they will move
but if you don't talk to them then they wan't move
and always remember they are very mad.
Happy people we all talk to them because
they are are always happy
also they listen in all the ways they can
but remember keep them that way OK.
Talk To Me
When I see you, girl you turn my head, you make me dizzy
I get a good vibration
When I look into your big blue eyes, I start to quiver and shake
I get a strange sensation
When you walk by me you strut around, you make me crazy, I get no relaxation
Talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little conversation
Talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little conversation, talk to me
People tell me that you run around and that youre no good
You got a bad reputation
I dont care what all the people say, you know they talk too much
Its a fascination
All I wanna do is talk to you and maybe go out, and form some kind of relation
So talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little conversation
Talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little conversation
Talk to me, talk to me, talk to me, talk to me - why dont you
Talk to me - cmon and talk to me
I just wanna talk to you
Girl I wish you knew the way I felt, you think Im silly, that its infatuation
So we better get together soon, because I need you girl
I cant stand the frustration, so
Talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little conversation
Talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little conversation
Talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little conversation
Talk to me, talk to me, talk to me, talk to me - why dont you
Talk to me - cmon and talk to me
Talk to me, talk to me, talk to me - I just wanna talk to you

Bus Ride
Differences make everyone
People you meet people you see
People everywhere
Can make you see
Make you see the differences the world can give us
Make you see the differences each other can give us
If you Watch you can see the differences in the way people act
The way people talk
The way people perceive each other
If you listen you can hear the way people can change themselves
You can hear the lies and distorted truths
Complete strangers telling far off stories
Sharing life times true and fake
For that short moment of time
You can be whoever you want to be

World of oxigen
People talk, why should we care for that?
People cry, why should we spend our time in regret?
Because people talk every day,
And people will cry any way,
And we are people,
we shouldn't care or regret,
and we shouldn't criticize who we don't know.
We shouldn't talk behind their back,
Why can't we let go?
Why can't we do that?
People multiply,
People cry,
People fall,
People try..
People breathe the same air,
we can't we be one? for that let's care.
In a world of hate, envy, lust and love.
All in the world of oxigen.
In a world of greed where we can't get enough.
In a world of mistakes as we are humanbeings.
In a world of heartbreaks.
In a world of a lot of things to think of.
In a world we are not forgiven,
we hate the life we are living.
So, people let people be
And people let people see
That eventually,
we can share a dream,
As people in a world of oxigen....
Put Some Drive In Your Country
Well I was raised on country classics
Like Roy Acuff and George Jones
Lord I loved to hear 'em
Sing all them old time country songs
But I really got excited 'bout the time I turned 15
That's the first time I heard Waylon and old Bocephus sing
They put some drive in their country that really turned me on
Yeah, put some drive in your country
Keep country drivin' on
When the music gets you movin'
You know that can't be wrong
Every time I hear that outlaw stuff on my car radio
It makes me wanna drive it just as fast as it will go
Put some drive in your country
Let's keep country drivin' on
We played some shows in Atlanta on Sunday afternoons
The gigs were packed and I was nervous
Cause I wanted folks to like my tunes
The crowds were full of younger people
They were all about my age
So I turned and told the band just before we walked on stage
Put some drive in your country fellas
We turned those people on
Yeah, put some drive in your country
Keep country drivin' on
When the music gets you dancin'
You know that can't be wrong
See I made myself a promise when I was just a kid
I'd mix southern rock and country and that's just what I did
Put some drive in your country
Keep country drivin' on
Put some drive in your country
Hey, let's keep country drivin' on
When the music gets you movin'
You know that can't be wrong
I still love old country
I ain't tryin' to put it down
Damn I miss Duanne Allman
I wish he was still around
Put some drive in the country
Keep country drivin' on
Put some drive in the country
Let's keep country drivin' on

To Get Up And Get Things Done
If I don't find a purpose,
To get up and get things done...
I'll waste the day away.
My day will waste away.
If I...
Do nothing,
But talk on the telephone,
Listening to people moan their groans...
I'll waste the day away.
My day will waste away.
And to have that as a habit,
Is not where my head is at!
And I do what I can for myself,
Without some people donating their help.
Some people have no need...
To begin one thing and see it through.
And when I tackle something...
It is going to get done!
Since that is what I do.
Some people,
Waste a lot of time.
Some people,
Can't make up their minds.
Some people,
Have nothing to do but to sing the blues!
Some people,
Waste a lot of time.
Some people,
Can't make up their minds.
Some people,
Have nothing to do but to sing the blues!
If I don't find a purpose,
To get up and get things done...
I'll waste the day away.
My day will waste away.
If I...
Do nothing,
But talk on the telephone,
My day will waste away.
I'll waste the day away.
Some people,
Waste a lot of time.
Some people,
Can't make up their minds.
Some people,
Have nothing to do but to sing the blues!
Some people,
Have nothing to do but to sing the blues.
That's all they do!
And I wont be giving up my time to find,
That choice to make...
As a habit!
That choice wont become my habit.
People making up their minds like that...
Can have it!

People
People fly people flee
People clam and say it wasnt me
People fish people beef
People arm to teeth
Yes, youve got people on the tube
Walking on the moon
People at the bottom of the sea
People in tombs
People in igloos
Even a tribe of pygmies
People are the main spring
Turning the world around
People, theyre the main spring
Spinning this world upside down
People sun people toast
People tire shile other people smoke
People bowl people rock
People pay to see two people box
Watch me face me
Dress me baby me
Phone me wire me
House me bug me fire me
People are the main spring
Spinning the world around
People, theyre the main spring
Turning this world inside out

Only People
Lets go!
Only people know just how to talk to people,
Only people know just how to change the world,
Only people realise the power of people.
Well, a million heads are better than one,
So come on, git it on!
Well, I know how we tried,
The millions of tears that we cried.
Now we are hipper, we been thru the trip.
And we cant be denied,
With woman and man side by side.
Make no mistake, its our future were making,
Bake the cake and eat it too.
We dont want no pig brother scene.
Only people know just how to talk to people,
Only people know just how to change the world,
Only people realise the power of people.
Well, a million heads are better than one,
So come on, git it on!
Well, its long overdue,
There aint nothing better to do.
Now we are hipper, we been thru the trip.
We can fly right on thru,
Theres nothing on earth we cant do.
Fish or cut bait, its our future were making,
All together now, pull the chain.
We dont want no pig brother scene!
Alright! boogie! hey ho! lets go!
Only people know just how to talk to people,
Hey! hey! hey! alright! keep on, keep it on!
Only people know just how to change the world,
Do it! do it! do it!
Hey! hey! hey! alright!
Only people know just how to talk to people,
Do it! do it! do it! do it! do it!
Do it!
Only people know just how to change the world,
Yeah! yeah! yeah! yeah! yeah!
Only people know just how to talk to people,
Alright! uh-hu -
Only people know just how to change the world,
Do it! do it! do it! now!
Oh!
Only people know just how to talk to people,
Only people know just how to change the world,
Only people know just how to talk to people.

People At The Bustop
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
Don't have time to talk a lot.
('people at the bustop? ')
And when it rains or snow on them drops,
People at the bustop,
Don't appear to anger with moods to cop.
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
May sing a tune or fingerpop.
('people at the bustop? ')
Listening to music through earplugs blocked,
And unheard to hear by those who are near.
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
Don't have time to talk a lot.
('people at the bustop? ')
And when it rains or snow on them drops,
People at the bustop,
Don't appear to anger with moods to cop.
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
With ipods bop.
('people at the bustop? ')
Listening to their rap or rockin' hip hop.
Oh those people at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
With ipods bop.
('people at the bustop? ')
Listening to their rap or rockin' hip hop.
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')

People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
Peeping on the people who are nodding to a beat.
Oh those people at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
People at the bustop.
('people at the bustop? ')
Peeping on the people who are nodding to a beat.
In a world all their own and sharing a seat.
