These sorts of things can happen, identities can be switched, the emotional implications are something that he has not been trained to feel. His whole life has been about separating himself from these sorts of actions.

Cook Of The House
Ground rice, sugar, vinegar, seco salt, macaroni too,
Cook of the house,
Im the cook of the house.
No matter where I serve my guests,
They seem to like the kitchen best cause Im the cook of the house,
Cook of the house.
The salads in the bowl,
The rice is on the stove.
Green beans in the colander and where the res is heaven only knows.
Cinnamon, garlic, salt, pepper, corn-bread, curry powder, coffee too,
Cook of the house,
Im the cook of the house.
No, matter where I serve my guests,
They seem to like the kitchen best.
cause Im the cook of the house,
Cook of the house.
Where the rest is heaven only knows.
Matter where I serve my guests,
They seem to like the kitchen best cause Im the cook of the house.
Cook of the house,
Cook of the house,
Im the cook of the house.

Really pleasure
Life is really a pleasure
Even though nothing may be very sure
Yet it can be enjoyed in full as Gift
Let there be same feeling without any shift
Nature always supports the beauty
We got to preserve it as our sacred duty
It may take its routine course
We must accept it as blessings and not curse
What is life without any aim?
We are not then worthy to claim
It has to be followed with intense care
Else we will have no place to go anywhere
Let us plan it with some motto
With or without hardship it must go on
We are for all sorts of hurdles
Care too hoots even if comes in bundles
Religion, beliefs and circumstances sometimes may prevent
Yet the bonds are to be strengthened and cemented
It may come to rescue in need or in critical hour
We need to over come it and score
I may go down with all sorts of satisfaction
I shall give no hint of dissatisfaction
If I have failed to deliver then it is my fate
I have no business to cry over it or sadly state

If you didn't know that I am an actress, I don't think you could tell from my lifestyle. I cook and cook and cook. I like to be with my daughter. She's 16, so of course I bore her.

I don't cook - I can cook - but I'm not very good. I like being asked over for dinner, because she can't cook either. We would starve if it weren't for modern technology. I know how to work a microwave, but love home cooked meals.

Kitchen clash (Double Rondeau)
How difficult it is to cook
In hot summer how a wife to cook
'Take rest, shall buy food from outside'
He says with concern on her side
Wife is happy she need not cook
Happy so life runs like a brook
Variety food, pleased they look
Seasoned hot, they know kitchen's stride
How difficult
Time in hand changed is her outlook
Changed is also her old cook-look
Styleless to stylish in set glide
Makes her new with glow to her pride
She can speak on her strife to cook
How difficult
How difficult but back a cook?
Daughter visits with siren look
There, stirs in dad's heart a high tide
Sneaks'cooking has been set aside
These days mom does not at all cook'
Enough for her to word and hook
Daughter counsels mom back to cook
To be in shifty husband's stride
How difficult!
Luck is but a wheel in life-book
So such a wife can't overlook
And mom vows never to abide
Honeyed words but put them aside
Blamed wife telling herself 'to cook
How difficult! '

People
There are all sorts of people
that you come across in life
some are a joy to be around
others cause you misery and strife.
You know the sort and type
they want to bring you down
instead of making you smile
they leave you with a frown.
But then there are the happy one's
those that really make your day
they lift your spirits high
just with words and things they do and say.
Some people are odd and a bit strange
and their ways leave you scratching your head
while there are folk who take offence
just by something trivial that you said.
There are nasty vicious individuals
who only want to cause you grief
they pretend to be nice and friendly
but really want to kick you in the teeth.
People on the whole are decent folk
who only want to wish us all well
but sadly there are few on this earth
who want our lives to be a living Hell !

Cooked
What's the use?
Give it best;
Cut her loose;
Have a rest.
Hope is dead;
Gloom collects,
Nuff is said
Cook objects.
Moth and rust
Hither lurk;
All is bust,
Knock off work.
Nation's great
Architects,
Clean the slate;
Cook objects.
Oh the schemes
That we planned!
Dreaming dreams
For the land.
All in vain.
Hope neglects
To remain;
Cook objects.
Navy; what?
Army too?
Blessed rot;
All is blue.
It's all one
Who protects.
dropp your gun;
Cook objects.
Let her rip,
All is up.
Have to sip
Bitter cup.
Tear your hair
Woe connects
With despair,
Cook objects.
Fellow Aust
Ralians,
Trouble's crossed
All our plans.
Seek the tomb;
Fate selects
Us for doom.
Cook objects.
Death marks us
For his own.
(Grisly cuss.)
Our head-tone,
With a laugh,
He erects.
Epitaph
'Cook objects.'
dropp a tear;
Heave a sigh;
End is near;
Say goodbye.
Sell up home
And effects.
(Dismal pome)
Cook objects.

The Bush Veteran
Old Pete Parraday, he toddles up the road,
'Dangin'' things and 'darn in'' things and hefting of his load
For yesterday was pension day, Peter has his goods:
Butcher's meat and groceries and all sorts of foods;
A bit of plug 'tobaker' and a tin of 'jelly Jam,'
'Termatter' sauce and yellow soap, a knuckle-end of ham,
And a little flask of 'special stuff' discreetly tucked away.
'I takes it for me rheumatiz,' says Peter Parraday.
Old Pete Parraday, he lives all on his own.
People say he's getting old and shouldn't be alone.
They talk of institutions where he'd have most kindly care.
'Wot? Me?' says Peter Parraday. 'An' wot would I do there?
Lose me independence, an' be 'umble when they scold,
Eat an' sleep an' dress an' smoke just when an' how I'm told?
Shove ME in an Old Man's 'Ome to rust me life away?
I'd like to see 'em try it on!' says Peter Parraday.
Old Pete Parraday has little time to spare
For a bush hut and a garden are a common source of care.
There's wood to cut and meals to cook - a thousand things to plan
In the little kitchen-garden that 'do fair absorb a man.'
Green peas and radishes, brussels sprouts and beans,
Silver beet and lettuces - all sorts of green.
'Waterin' an' weedin' 'em, the hours they melts away,
An' days ain't halfways long enough,' says Peter Parraday.
Old Peter Parraday, he sits beside his door
To smoke a pipe at day's-end when fussy toil is o'er.
'This world it changes fast like,' says he, 'as time drifts by;
For old days was easy days when I was young an' spry;
An' cash was easy come by, with fortunes flowin' free,
An' many a man growed wealthy wot toed the mark with me.
But me? I seemed to miss the bus. Fair lost me chance, ses they,
Yet that don't seem to grieve me some,' grins Peter Parraday.

Those Scoops Of Soup
Once it has been discovered,
Who's pot you've been dipping to get...
Those scoops of soup,
Served to your guests.
It is going to be very hard to convince anyone,
That cook you had fired from the kitchen...
Is not as qualified as you profess.
And you may not be aware of this...
But a great cook,
Seldom leaves recipes behind.
Not those originating from an inventive mind.
And a great cook...
Has no problems finding,
Those who are seeking something better...
They know will stay with them that is craved.

Man never legislates, but destinies and accidents, happening in all sorts of ways, legislate in all sorts of ways.
Journey Man
Eclipsin' the sun, with the moon blue,
Traipsin' off the path beaten, true,
He's got the world in an empty can,
Sadly nowhere is the Journey Man.
Son of none, of daughters unsure,
He's the disease to his own cure,
Consilience with many a spirited clan,
Sadly farsighted is the Journey Man.
Oh, he be recallin' those dark days,
Spent in a maze of evanescent haze,
Lone the sigh, in his hand a trepan,
Sadly passionate is the Journey Man.
Call forth his sun, a black star,
His wyrd shall his radiance mar,
Life sacrificed for Destiny's plan,
Sadly condemned is the Journey Man.
Hallucinate in oblivion, encore,
Brewing the past on future shore,
The present is aflight! If ye still can,
Sadly capture it, O Journey Man!
The time's a- goin', a sword's cut,
From palace now to a humble hut,
Death to free from a cruel lifespan,
Sadly shackled is the Journey Man.

Regrets of A Dead Man
In this pine box I now regret all the things I didn’t do
Busy with myself, I never heard other points of view.
My world grew around me instead of the other way.
Now I’ve no chance to learn what that world had to say.
Just yesterday my world was teeming with forevers.
Then in an instant cruel fate severed my endeavors.
If I had another chance, how different I would be.
I’d be a part of other worlds and learn from what I see.
With time so precious, important things would be done.
My world could be for others with love, respect and fun.
But sadly here I lie hoping that there is a heaven’s gate,
Knowing my life could have been a heaven
But sadly it’s now all too late.
