We no longer dare to believe in beauty and we make of it a mere appearance in order the more easily to dispose of it.

Chaos, Order, Chaos, Beauty And Ugliness...

beauty must a purpose
have, for instance beauty that
gives peace and
harmony to the world,

presumably this world is a world of chaos,
and chaos is wanton
and understood to be messy and
undesirable, makes the mind
to lack the necessary focus

but what is focus for? what is thinking for?
again, you return to purpose
focus must have a purpose
and thinking must have another purpose

but what is the purpose of purpose?
seems that purpose is beauty
and that purpose without beauty is not desirable,

and so on and so forth,
people get so confused, they want order as though order itself is
beauty
as though it is one purpose that we need,

the universe must have an order
a system, every planet orbiting around the sun must have
a purpose
as though they are human beings like us
as though they are us

look at this poem, read it so well,
it has no purpose but to make you think
make you doubt

that perhaps beauty to be beauty must be wanton
and chaotic, which by itself is a reality
and reality is always
beautiful,
it has always a purpose and this is what you think it to be

right now, but is this really so?

Beauty is a Million Colors

Beauty is more than appearance
Beauty is love
The graceful wings of a dove
The endless imagination in a dream
Beauty is not always something that can be seen

Beauty is laughter
And the remembrance after
Beauty is hope
When you have no reason to
Beauty is he and she and me and you

Beauty is forgiving
No matter how hard
Beauty is kindness
Making the best of a mess

Beauty is tears
And overcoming your fears
Beauty is individuality
The courage to be yourself
Beauty is a book, sitting on a shelf

To define beauty,
An impossible task
Because truly,
Does anyone really know, I ask
Beauty is different to me
Than to you
I wonder if anyone ever knew

What Is Beauty

what is beauty?
beauty to most is the appearance of others and thats what they judged on,
but to the people who step back from the world beauty is much more then that,
beauty is personality and the way u cary yourself,
beauty is looking in the the eyes of a lover,
beauty is a new day shining on the harisen,
the ability to start over and change your mind,
its telling the truth when its easier to lie,
beauty is a new babe in the arms of a loving mother,
beauty is a person with a heart who can love unconditionally and rise above the insults of closed minded men and women out there that think sex and appearance is all that maders in life,
beauty is letting your tiers show to everyone and not feel that your weak,
its standing up and letting the world know your there and your not going to back down no mader what it throws at u,
beauty is knowing that a heart of ice or stone it’s still a heart but is not been worked on enough to see what’s under the surfes

Just Emergence

Look at their just emergence
It awaits mere beautiful chance
To come up in world at once
With bright sun rays on flower's face

If you dream about its beauty
You can at once know the power of almighty
It ahs put all such elegance in its show
You can forget whole world when it grows

Such is fragrance and its outer appearance
It attracts eyes and makes magnetic influence
It has with all kinds of flowers in the garden
It is over all show and as if blessed from heaven

We are noticing only beauty and its full blossom
But never think of protecting or granting any freedom
The new born baby child meets same fate
No thought for how many might have been crushed of late

Flowers and babies have same fear over their future
Some may come up and some may vanish for sure
They are done away with termination before birth
A step never thought over even by almighty

Can we not give a second thought for a while?
Allow them to come in this world in their style
Excel with their elegance and make us to smile
Let us not make way for their exit and file

It has right to come up in a manner
And in a way so natural even in summer
Flowers need our protection to groom with care
So no one thinks to molest, pick or dare

The world is shrinking fast
The ladies are discriminated and may not evenly last
They need stern hand against and proper care
They have enormous potential to come up anywhere

Beauty is

The beauty beheld is alive.
Beauty hiding is of the soul.
Beauty freed is love.
Beauty seen is beauty in control.

Beauty is the passion of the heart.
Beauty causes order divine.
Beauty is seen in all the great.
Beauty is the lure of nature's design.

I praise Thee, creator God

I praise Thee, creator God
whose lightning’s roam
the storm clouds unchecked
and set laws
all of nature respect.

I praise Thee, God
when I see Thy lights at night
and they hang above me
twinkling and bright

and everything that Thou have created
has an order and logic to it
and a beauty of construct
and a design
that mere chance
has no grasp to make.

On the Lane

Walking majestically on the lanes of love
I found a beauty that surpassed the sun
A beauty that shone from in and out
And its beauty could easily be too bright to behold.

I found myself under a shade
A shade that only God could have provided
And from there could view this beauty
This beauty of love, peace and hope.

I now know this beauty is mine
What God proposes is what is here
I fully wish you agree to stay here with me
In this light of your beauty

We would make a happy pair
A fruitful and prosperous one
I promise you my all and hope you do
And I know this love will never part

Pie In The Sky

It takes photon power
And eight minutes of an hour
To make it to our sun
And I know it sounds weird
But itll take you four years
To make the next one
Expanding border
Thats the sauce
Of chaos
And thats an order
Thats an order
So stomp your feet
And clap your hands
Get out of your seat
And do a little dance
Lift up your voice
And sing with glee
Now listen carefully to me
Desert your quarters
Behold the pie in the sky
And thats an order
Thats an order
Thats an order [7x]

Is There Any Truth in Beauty?

Is there any truth in Beauty?
What of the lies beauty tells thee?

Could my beauty not be as worthy
As I make thy Beauty part of me?

Such is Beauty as to make one's sight loud.
This beauty that veils our sense in a shroud.

beauty: that which deters seeing the person.
Does Beauty not conceal what is and isn't?

Yet merciless time holds beauty as a hostage,
Defiles Beauty and scars it with lasting ravage.

Thus the years that pass send Beauty to its resting-place
For vain beauty will yield, to woefully fall from grace.

If beauty should ever lament on age's cruelty,
Let not Beauty forget how little it has wept for me.

A mere beauty is inadequate
To be a wife, who must be smart.

A True Beauty

Beauty is in the eyes
of the beholder'
goes the old saying.

But true beauty
comes from within
an aura seen even
with closed eyes.

True beauty transcends
beyond physical limits
a sense of confidence
and faith in one self

True beauty is priceless
no equivalent in value
except for happiness
no money can buy

Do not ever regret
being not handsome
or beautiful in appearance
for true beauty overrules

Duvaliers Dream

Duvalier was a bitter man who cursed the morning sun
That brought a new betrayal every day.
He shunned the world of mortals and the sound of human tongues
And blessed the night that chased their sight away.
A disillusioned dreamer who would never love again
Whod tried of it and found that it was rotten.
Prefering perfect strangers to the company of friends
Because strangers are so easily forgotten.
Chorus:
Oh, its hard to keep believing when you know youve been decieved.
To face a lie and dare to try again, but theres nothing like a woman
With a spell of make believe to make a new believer of a man.
Duvalier took the fickle turns of fortune in his stride
Expecting next to nothing out of life.
Till fortune found a girl who fanned a flame he thought had died
Whose burning beauty cut him like a knife.
She touched him through the senses that his mind could not control.
Then smiling stepped aside and watched him fall.
Betrayed by his own body and the hunger in his soul
Duvalier was a dreamer after all.
Chorus
Oh, its hard to keep believing when you know youve been decieved.
To face a lie and dare to try again, but theres nothing like a woman
With a spell of make believe to make a new believer of a man.

Learning Geography

They have a few little hours
To study the world—
Its lovely absence of clouds,
Or the thunderbolts hurled
By hidden powers—
All the soft shapes of the vales
And the trees of the north
They dream of a minute, no longer,
No longer—then forth
Ere the year fails
To cities where carnival glows
Or the furnace is bright.
So is measured or leisured
According as teachers dispose
Their cosmic delight.

Close your eyes and wait

I have recently discovered
Beauty is in kindness
Due in part to my recent
And gradual blindness
And, as a visually inspired poet
I have found the deeper meaning of
words, and how you present

Appearance and physical beauty
I do not resent
But, when compared to inner beauty
It is irrelevant
So, next time you see an attractive face
Close your eyes and wait…

See their inner beauty first
Before, you are blinded by fate

My Search For Beauty

I went in search of beauty
and with feeling looked around,
I noticed much in my path
where beauty could be found.

It went above human appearance
and feelings that run deep,
it wasn't just in my dreams
when I got my beauty sleep.

The beauty was felt inside
in a divine and blessed way,
it was in the growing flowers
and the nice things that we say.

I found beauty in the sunshine
and in the clouds up high,
the rain that fell upon the earth
and the lightning in the sky.

It twinkled in the stars at night
and the moon at every phase,
righteousness and gratitude
showed beauty in other ways.

It appeared in the shadows
and the kindness that we share,
I found that beauty was hiding
and some didn't see it there.

Beauty is in good memories
and times spent with a friend,
there are signs of beauty
in the messages we send.

Beauty is seen differently
for some it's in disguise,
but we cannot see true beauty
through another person's eyes.

So, You Think You've Found Me

I am not here
Not in these words
not on these pages.
I know..
You think if you read
Enough
Of what I write
You'll know me inside and out..
One small problem though
(I say this as I smile)
I am no longer
Who I use to be
When I use to be
The 'She' who wrote this..
I don't publish until I've grown
From the poem I use to be
If I was her at all...
Sometimes the 'She' you read
She isn't me at all
But a friend,
Or a story I read in the paper
Or a conversation I overheard..
The she you're looking for
You'd have to confront
Ask her all the tough questions yourself.
I'm not there..
In the tattered old pages
Of the poetry book you love so much..
If you read enough
Maybe you'll get a glimpse of the girl
The fragile creature I use to be..
That innocent thing who believed
In magical things so easily..
She does make an appearance from time to time..
She was very sweet..
The me you seek, you may not find..
I hide even from myself from time to time..
I grow from day to day
Oops! You missed it,
I've already changed.
Now some things, those are constant..
But, they aren't found here
Where you look for me.

Design

Said Seeker of the skies to me:
"Behold yon starry host ashine!
When Heaven's harmony you see
How can you doubt control divine,
Law, order and design?"

"Nay, Sire," said I, "I do not doubt
The spheres in cosmic pattern spin;
But what I try to puzzle out
Is that--if Law and Order win
Where does mere man come in?

"If to the millionth of a hair
Cause and Effect are welded true,
Then there's no leeway anywhere,
And all we do we have to do,
And sun and atom too."

O Stars, sing in your harmony!
O Constellations raptly shine!
Flout me because I am not free,
Mock me because no choice is mine!
O Beauty, it so hurts to see!
--O damnable Design!

A Mere Man

i am nothing but a mere man, with mere thoughts
but with a love and song so deep in my heart
that it touches every part, every part of my total being.
this is what my friends and family are seeing.

i look at you, and every feature of you face
stays in my mind.
the sparkle in your eyes, the tenderness of your lips
your soft brown hair, and cute little nose
shows the beauty of a perfect pose.

i am but a mere man, and you as my companion
we'll walk hand in hand.
absorbing all of the LORDS wonders.
the blue skies, the stars at night
the clouds, the grass, the trees
and the tiny honeybees.

the oceans, rivers, and the streams
all of which can be seen.
billions of wonders on this earth
the most important one is-'giving birth'.
it does not matter if it's human
animal, plant or fowl,
its beauty is world reknown.

a mere man am i
but the LORDS beauties will never die.
