It's much easier to play supporting roles because that's what I do in my life: I support my son.

A Caring Person
It takes strong arms
to support the weight
of a breaking heart.
It takes strong shoulders
to comfort someone
with a grieving soul.
It takes a caring person
to be that strong support.
We walk tall throughout the world,
but even a mighty branch can break.
This is when we seek out a caring person,
who can be our supporting frame.
Someone who will stand by us
when all the others have gone,
our support in time of need.
You need strong arms to hug someone
when they feel they cannot go on.
You need strong shoulders for someone to cry on
within their hour of grief.
You need both of these things
just to be the supporting kind.

My foundations support people in the country who care about an open society. It's their work that I'm supporting. So it's not me doing it. But I can empower them. I can support them, and I can help them.

Difficulties with women
It’s difficult to dress a woman
According to her wish,
It’s easier to undress a woman
Against her wish.
It’s difficult to argue with a woman
Because she is always right,
It’s easier to agree with her
Without any fight.
It’s difficult to find the words
A woman would like to hear,
It’s easier to keep silent
If you want to be her dear.
It’s difficult to guess her mood
So that to be understood,
It’s easier to tell her a funny story
And once more to say: sorry.
It’s difficult to explain
How much you miss her
It’s easier to give her a kiss
For her to remember you and miss.
It’s difficult to remember
All woman’s wishes and dates,
It’s easier to make a fete
She could enjoy every day.
It’s difficult to stand
When a woman cries,
It’s easier to listen
When she tells you lies.
It’s difficult to pretend
When you don’t love a woman
It’s easier to play a fool.
To play games without any rule.
There are many difficulties
You can find with women
But I would say without a doubt:
There is always the way out.
Anyone can add much more
To the words I’ve said above
If you have life experience
And know the science of love.

Whatever is said about roles drying up, I intend to keep working. Certainly now the roles couldn't be more interesting - playing mothers, divorcees. I think it's going to be exciting to play a mother of teenagers. The longer your life, the deeper it gets.

See Yourself
Its easier to tell a lie than it is to tell the truth
Its easier to kill a fly than it is to turn it loose
Its easier to criticize somebody else
Than to see yourself
Its easier to give a sigh and be like all the rest
Who stand around and crucify you while you do your best
Its easier to see the books upon the shelf
Than to see yourself
Its easier to hurt someone and make them cry
Than it is to dry their eyes
I got tired of fooling around with other peoples lies
Rather Id find someone thats true
Its easier to say you wont than it is to feel you can
Its easier to drag your feet than it is to be a man
Its easier to look at someone eless wealth
Than to see yourself

Some of the supporting roles that I've done as an actor, I took them because I knew that I would get to watch some of the leading guys in the movies, and also I'd get to work with them.

I was reading through endless junk scripts that were being sent my way. Typically the roles were to play his wife or his girlfriend - leading roles for women were few and far between.

The Stage
If the world is just a stage
and we're the actors in it,
why do the same ones get to play
the lead roles every minute?
For once I'd like to see a change
take place upon this stage
where the lead characters are the poor
stepping out of their cage.
Where all the minor roles would be given out
to all the power players
who've controlled this drama from the start
having never said their prayers.
And as the curtain rose each day
we would look and see
the poor and needy in front row seats,
the rulers in standing room only.
If this is just a stage we're on
and life is just a play,
then wouldn't it be ingenious
to see them all portray
us.

Making Of A Man
Man doesn't want to beg or rob
To support himself he needs and wants a job
And when he does, he'll do the best that he can
And truly what he does, makes himself a man,
He doesn't want to rely by the support of others
Whether they be friends or strangers, or sisters or brothers
He wants to build and support with his own two hands
As that is truly, what makes himself a man,
He wants to be proud of how he lives his life
As he would rather give than take, from the needy in life
The calluses on his hands shows where he has been
As being a lazy man, he will never be accused of that sin,
Everything he owns he has paid for and bought
From the work he has done, the possessions he sought
And the pride started when he could either begged or steal
But then he knows that life is either a sweet or sour pill,
He lives by his pride and his honor is his work
Supporting himself and his family is his greatest perk
He will continue this tradition until he cannot anymore
When his body is tired, and his muscles are sore,
Then the day will come when he is old and gray
And out in the pasture they will put him to graze
He will remember how he worked and proudly he did stand
And how he sweated and worked; as he became a man.

The Somme-France 1916, From A 15 Year Olds Perspective
They said welcome to the warzone kid,
Now run along and don't get killed,
War was easier said then done,
With shrapnel flying,
And your best mates dying
War was easier said then done,
We're disadvantaged, The Boche have Hill 60, that very important mound,
I wish i was at home, safe and sound,
War was easier said then done,
The trenches are dirty, cold and wet,
I can't take off my boots, in mud they're set,
War was easier said then done,
You never know if your next breath will be your last,
Use your legs, run and run fast,
War was easier said then done,
I've only been here for about one week,
I'm still alive, so i guess this is a winning streak?
War was easier said then done,
My bayonet is bloody and red,
I'm glad it's him and not me that is dead
War was easier said then done...

Fathom the Hell, the Pain and Suffering
Let's sit think of everything that a soldier goes through,
Fathom the Hell, the pain and suffering that they endure
so much has been given and taken or sacrficed for me and you.
then think of the biggest thing that was not taken, but kept safe and guarded, is our enemies from returning to our shore.
Yes, they have come home feeling the mental stress and pain,
But to some of our not so kind citizens they think and say, ' just leave them be,
By helping or babying them they have nothing to gain.
Hell, do you think they want our sympathy. '
This is where we all should take a stand against anyone with those points of views,
To tell them that know we might not agree to support the war,
But, when it comes to supporting our Heroes, there is nothing better else to choose.
the only thing that our hero's want, is to be accepted and supported nothing more.
There is a old saying, it could be by any service: Band of Brothers,
The saying can be simply explained is that we do not leave our brothers behind.
Let's motivate and surprise our Heroes as they come home, they are welcomed more than any others.
hopefully we can ease their adaption back to this way of life as an easier find.

A play is much easier to maintain your personal life with because if you're rehearsing, you're working like from 11 to 6 or 11 to 5 and you get to have your whole morning and your whole evening. When you're doing the play, you have all day.

It Was Easier To Hurt Him
(jerry ragavoy / bert russell)
I should have told him
That I needed him
When I had the chance
And now hes left me
And its all over
Goodbye romance
I should have told him then
Over and over again
That I love him
But, it was easier to hurt him, ooh
It was easier to hurt him, ooh
It was easier to hurt him
Thats what I thought
Was being so smart
The way I cheated him
And mistreated him
How could I forget?
I was so sure that he
Would always trust in me
Oh, that Id take a bet, no, no, no
Hed never say goodbye
But here all alone am i
He is gone now, ahh, cause
It was easier to hurt him
What could I do?
(it was) easier to hurt him
I should have known better
Thats what I thought
Was being so smart, oh, oh
It was easier to hurt him
I need him so bad
(it was) easier to hurt him
What did I do?
(it was) easier to hurt him
I should have known better
(it was) easier to hurt him
I need him so bad

To Be Free Again
The world is a stage
Were you learn how to play
And depending on your talent
You can express how you feel
Tragedies’ and uncertainties
Are always roles we play?
Some from experience
Learn to be stronger every day
Then comes the Joy
Where we know no bounds
It exceeds us as we grow
As we leap and bound
Then crash we fall
No longer flying in joy
The pain of life
Makes you value your life
You mend the wounds
Those gash in your life
You look around
Thinking can I risk a new flight
Then with a smile you grin
You know you can win
And once more you climb
To be free again
