A Poem About Earth
I'm what's called a human being
and I've been one since my birth
I've lived here for many years
on this place that we call Earth.
Never lived anywhere else
as Earth's the place for me
other human beings live here too
and animals like Dogs and Chimpanzee.
Earth is called a Planet
but it's not like Mars
no humans live up there
so they'd be no Buses or cars.
There's lots of stuff on Earth
like Rivers, Mountains, and Trees,
and people grow stuff on Allotments
like Radish, Cabbage, and Peas.
The best things here on Earth?
has to be Football, Women, and Beer,
and because you won't find them on Mars

To Know Him
To know God my friend, there’s peace around each bend,
Every bend and twist in this life, even in the darkest strife,
God wells you a peace inside, as with you He does abide,
Being with you in the night, as a source of Truth and Light.
Friend, when you know Him, He will guide you from all sin,
Every day God is at your side, as a friend and your guide,
As to Him, you give the lead, God’s Spirit helps you heed.
Truth from the Word of God, being led with Staff and Rod.
To know Truth, you have Hope, in times, it is hard to cope,
In times, hard to understand, upon His Word we can stand,
God’s unchanging Revelation, is that firm, sure foundation,
With Jesus Christ, the Cornerstone, we’ll never stand alone.
To know that you have a place, ordered all by God’s Grace,
A future place, in Heaven above, prepared by Christ’s Love,
Is reason, to hold loosely to, this earth, with Heaven in view,
As we wait for Christ’s Return, with a future, we did not earn.
To know that God loved us first, when, we were at our worst,
Providing for sinners a sacrifice, so man can enter Paradise,
I totally surrender my earthly life, to my Savior, Jesus Christ,
Who is coming back for me, so I may live with Him Eternally.

The crust of earth solidified from gas;
And animals were born before came man;

Into the unfathomable abyss
At times I dream
that I fall and fall,
into the unending abyss
without finding any place
to stop the fall.
Darkness folds
over me and I fall,
still deeper into it.
It’s much worst
than parachute jumping
and feeling the material
braking your fall
and to see the earth
rushing to you in a blink.

My family is a family
Of strong women
Of that there is no doubt
These women
Have withstood
The challenges of their times.
All of life’s trials
The worst of the worst
History has not been kind
Deaths, rapes and murders
They have had to live with daily
Live with on their minds.
Unexpected circumstance
Have tested my ancestral women
And they somehow survived
And somehow they managed to live on
Sometimes all alone
And to go on and to thrive.

Now prices nearly puts a man to (d) sleep

Her soul departed from this earth
But she lived life for all its worth
There was not a person that she could not touch
With her kind and gentle ways.
Everyone wished that she had stayed.
Have you ever noticed how a butterfly
catches your eye- and its beauty while it flies?
How this butterfly spreads its wings
And it touches each and every thing.
How its gracefulness fills the air
And takes away your thoughts and cares.
Like the butterfly who had spread its wings
She has done such beautiful things.
She is a free spirit who can now roam this earth
To help others from their birth.
She will be that gentle breeze kissing your face
At different times and in a different place.
She will be like the fragrance from the flowers
Growing from the ground
Touching without making a sound.
She has left the material things
Of this earth behind- to live in another
Place and another time.

They live and walk amongst us- yet you would never know
For their wings they never show.
They don't come in a misty cloud
Or flying down from the sky.
For they live here on earth walking with you and I.
They are watching over us
in more ways than I could count
This is what they do - this is what they're about.
They lead us on the path of righteousness
When we seem to be going astray
And show us the light, to live a better way.
How many times have you felt something
Was de ja vu - not realizing the angel was
Walking alongside of you.
We are all born with a guardian angel
Which has been given to us by GOD above
To show us faith, peace and love.
They work with the earth angels and
Give them a report, so between the two
Of them, our lessons can be taught.

Where Is She?
Where is she, I wondered, when she wasn't there.
If she's not here she could be anywhere. She could be
anywhere and not alone.
I began to imagine the worst. At every imagining
I thought I had imagined the worst, then I imagined
something even worse. It got to the point where my
imaginings no longer included her. I realized that the
worst did not encompass her. As my imaginings continued,
as worst superseded worst, making the preceding worst
only worse, I began to forget her. As worst got worse,
I forgot her more. Things were getting pretty bad, and
I had almost forgotten her completely, when she
reappeared.
