And So Found Dawn

it was in doubt
that i found faith.
it was in forgiveness
that i found forgiveness.
it was in loss
that i found passion.
it was in suffering
that i found understanding.
it was in letting go
that i found freedom.
it was in the mirror
that i found prayer.
it was in darkness
that i found light.
it was in jail
that i found dignity.
it was in addiction
that i found determination.
it was in giving
that i found love.
it was in fighting
that i found reason.
it was in reason
that i found dissatifaction.
it was in questioning
that i found truth.
it was in truth
that i found the need for silence.
it was in silence
that i found kindness.
it was in working
that i found respect.
it was in respect
that i found acceptance.
it was in living
that i found god.
it was in god
that i found the need to touch.
it was in caring.
that i got dirty...
and so found dawn...

Runaway Genius

Running & running, of course i know where I'm going, I'm a genius.
Running & running faster now, my family is coming, yelling, & screaming. I know why, I'm a genius.
Running & running faster than before, here comes my friends with bats & sticks. I know why they're coming, I'm a genius.
Running & Running as fast as I can, here comes more people with pots & pans. I know why they're chasing me, I'm a genius.
Eventually, I tire out & begin to jog.
But as soon as I stop here comes the mob. I was about to resume running but then I turned around. The mob was in silence, then I ask a very simple but complex question, 'What is the meaning os life? ' I know of course, I'm a genius.

Unbelieving How It Comes To Be Confessed

Romance is not inherited.
And rarely does it arrive,
Without baggage disguised.
To slowly reveal,
What's inside!

Much like the cleansing of a windshield.
After a long bumpy ride driven and despised.
That overshadows any chemistry wished.
And the 'trip' has diminished it to nonexisting.

Romance is not inherited.
However...
There is something about it,
When it makes surprising visits.
Unplanned and totally unexpected.
As it bumps into the one unimpressed by it,
At first when it hits.
Then overnight the thought of it missed,
Is addressed.

Romance is not inherited.
And rarely does it arrive,
Without baggage disguised.
However...
There is something about it,
When it makes surprising visits.

Unplanned and totally unexpected.
As it bumps into the one unimpressed by it,
At first when it hits.
Then overnight the thought of it missed,
Is addressed.
Unbelieving how it comes to be confessed.

The reason behind feelings

Understanding
The reason behind your feelings
And the reasons for feeling this love....
Knowing your emotions as modulations
Of your cognitive mind,
Of your embedded cognition,
In this deep world of yours
With a whispering time.....
Understanding
Your feelings coming into being
Through these inextricably entwined realities...
Understanding
Your glittering feelings of soul, falling into yourself
Like a rain from your internal eye
Or unlike flying pink flamingo..
Understanding
More exactly
This quintessential necessity to hide inside of you.

The truth seems to be that we live in concepts of the imagination before the reason has established them. If this is true, then reason is simply the methodizer of the imagination.

You Are A Creative Genius

You are a creative genius,

You know that you are,

With your great talent

You will go far.

You bring to life

Things from your imagination,

That are original and new,

something that’s never been tried before,

comes shining through.

So use your imagination

And see what you can create,

Make something out of the ordinary,

Make something really great!

For you can contribute something to the world

That no-one else can,

By being a creative genius,

Who creates thing very grand! !

The End.

Coming Up

Want a love to last forever
One that will never fade away
I want to help you with your problem
Stick around, I say
Coming up, coming up, yeah
Coming up like a flower
Coming up, I say
You want a friend you- can rely on
One who will never fade away
And if youre searching for an answer
Stick around. I say
Its coming up, its coming up
Its coming up like a flower
Its coming up. yeah
You want some peace and understanding
So everybody can be free
I know that we can get together
We can make it, stick with me
Its coming up, its coming up
Its coming up like a flower
Its coming up for you and me
Coming up, coming up
Its coming up, its coming up, I say
Its coming up like a flower
Its coming up
I feel it in my bones
You want a better kind of future
One that everyone can share
Youre not alone, we all could use it
Stick around were nearly there
Its coming up, its coming up everywhere
Its coming up like a flower
Its coming up for all to share
Its coming up, yeah
Its coming up, anyway
Its coming up like a flower
Coming up

Fear of error which everything recalls to me at every moment of the flight of my ideas, this mania for control, makes men prefer reason's imagination to the imagination of the senses. And yet it is always the imagination alone which is at work.

This Understanding - July/i Am The News

I get this understanding
It's like a living breath
And it grooves with the times
And it swings with the tune
And it flows until the end of rest
I get this understanding
It knocks at every door
And it keeps you awake
With a sweet elevate
And it keeps you running back for more
I get this understanding
On a night like tonight
And i'm driving and driving
And never arriving
But the way i'm singing oh so right
I get this understanding
When a fish when it's fried
And it's you coming home
And i'm being on my own
And we're shaking off the world outside
I get this understanding
It happens every day
When the truth or the blues
Is a ??? through my doors
And i save it for a better day
I get this understanding
When the music swings low
And i'm there on the floor
And i'm waiting for more
And i never never want to go home

The Reason

I'm not a perfect person
There's many things I wish I didn't do
But I continue learning
I never meant to do those things to you
And so I have to say before I go
That I just want you to know
I've found a reason for me
To change who I used to be
A reason to start over new
And the reason is you
I'm sorry that I hurt you
It's something I must live with everyday
And all the pain I put you through
I wish that I could take it all away
And be the one who catches all your tears
Thats why I need you to hear
I've found a reason for me
To change who I used to be
A reason to start over new
And the reason is You [x4]
I'm not a perfect person
I never meant to do those things to you
And so I have to say before I go
That I just want you to know
I've found a reason for me
To change who I used to be
A reason to start over new
And the reason is you
I've found a reason to show
A side of me you didn't know
A reason for all that I do
And the reason is you

It Must Be Imagination

by Kenny Loggins & Tom Snow
When the feeling isn't right
They say you see it in a lovers eye
But I'm wide awake tonight
'N I'm looking for a reason why
It doesn't show
Still somehow I know
Tell me that it just ain't so
Say I made the whole thing up
It must be imagination
Why can't I forget it
God, you'd think I'd know better
It must be imagination
Gone completely out of my mind
It must be imagination
Tearin' me apart
'N breakin' my heart
You can say what is real
You can tell me if I'm in a dream
'Cause I know what I feel
But I don't know what to believe
Turn on the night light
Even if it takes us all night
I gotta be sure by daylight
If I've made this whole thing up
It must be imagination
Tell me if I'm right
'Cause it's changing my life
It must be imagination
Everybody knows
There ain't no way to fight it
It must be imagination
Breakin' my heart
'N tearing me apart
If I'm only dreamin'
Then I'm cryin' in my sleep
You should be shakin' me
Why ain't you wakin' me up?
It must be imagination
God I must be losin' my mind
It must be imagination
Does anybody know
Is there anyway to fight it?
It must be imagination
All in my mind, all in my mind
It must be imagination
If you wanna go, I just got to know
It must be imagination
Oooh tell me what's the problem
Why you wanna go on breakin' my heart?

Well, the fact is that one imagination is critically important, and if you have had your imagination stimulated by what is basically a variety of subjects, you are much more amenable to accepting, to understanding and interacting with the realities of the world.

Archive

In my archive
some pages are never found;
some are rarely found
and some are found.

The found are never found by me.

They find me.
...my memories.

Incantation

Na-omi-ah (yeah)
Na-ah
Na-omi-ah (yeah)
Na-ah
Na-omi-ah (yeah)
Na-ah
Na-omi-ah
Incantation, (oo-oo-oo)
Incantation. (oo-oo-oo)
If ya ever meet the sweet rolling thunder
(flying on the dead of the night)
Just call me if ya cant get his number
(watching how that rattle snake bites)
All hes got is real understanding,
Smokin through his medicine head.
Watch him get down to the unreal voodoo
And shove it to the living dead.
Incantation, (oo-oo-oo)
(in-) incantation. (oo-oo-oo)
Whats happenin, found his face in a bad dream, momma?
(flying on the dead of the night)
I woke up and then I let out a bad scream, ooh!
(watching how that rattle snake bites)
Rolling thunder said, ya got this one started
What happened there, did the kid get high, high?
All the dog soldiers shootin uncoke-a-cola
Get em dancin til they lose their minds.
Incantation, (oo-oo-oo) ah, yeah!
(in-) incantation. (oo-oo-oo)
Shhhh! rattlesnake, buddy!
(watching how the rattlesnake bites)
Incantation coming to get you,
Incantation coming. (oh, here I come)
Incantation coming to get you,
Incantation coming. (oh, here I come)
Incantation coming to get you,
Incantation coming.
Incantation coming to get you,
Incantation coming. (come)
Incantation coming to get you,
Incantation coming. (come, oh, here I come)
Incantation coming to get you, (come, come)
Incantation coming. (oh, here I come)
Incantation coming to get you
Incantation coming (oh, here I come, come, come)
Incantation coming to get you, (oh, here I come)
Incantation coming. (come, come, come, oh, here I come)
Incantation, (wow! wow! wow! ah ha ha! oh, here I come, watch it!)
Wow! (oh, here I come!)
