The Chemicals
True love never changes and,
It comes straight from the heart;
So what are we going to do about it when,
We've found love?
Be very proud of your colour and,
Be yourself at all times.
It is very sad for a black person to use chemicals on the body,
By bleaching it to change the colour;
But think twice before you use these chemicals!
To the humanistic and hedonistic models,
What are you doing to your bodies? !
Infact, our attitudes are being shaped by the horrors around us;
And, many do not know what they are doing.
The truth must be said to them,
And changes are very effective to the human mind;
But, these are the shadows of things to come.
It is now time for us to purse and think,
For the chemicals will rather destroy us than we think.

A Healthy Body Means A Healthy Mind
Everybody wants
A healthy body
A compassionate heart
A fine smooth mind
A skin that glows
Hairs that are soft
And freely flow
As smooth as silk
As soft as a cloud
The one who has them
Makes him feel proud
To have a body like this
One does not have to do
Anything special
Has to develop
The habit of excercise
Do not eat food
That is junk and greasy
Respect and preserve
The gift god has given to you
Take Care of your body
The body shall keep you
And your heart happy
Throughout your life
Disease
Shall not come
Near you
Love your body
It shall love you
Never forget
A healthy body means
A healthy mind

Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer.

You had to be aware that I saw that photography was a mere episode in the history of the optical projection and when the chemicals ended, meaning the picture was fixed by chemicals, we were in a new era.

Only For You
Dear heart, good morning
Colorful rays of sun are ready to greet you.
Wake up, wake up.
People in the ground walking and jogging.
And huge laughter of group of humanity.
Everything for you.
Each one of us pray for you.
A healthy and refreshing heart.
Make a healthy and wealthy body.
For a healthy smile on every human being.

Be healthy
You should eat healthy
and be healthy.
Instead of having juice,
have fruits.
Instead of having junk,
have some green fun.
So, stay healthy
by eating green
and advise others also the same green fun
you should eat healthy
and be healthy! ! !

Moment to Moment
Living compassionate minded
moment to moment
looking for the eternal beauty joy
humor or humanity
present within all
omnipresence of God
Keeping active exercising Mind and body
staying alive maintaining healthy
balanced spirit
Balancing act of choices
tight rope of our actions
What is Perfect?
Is it making healthy choices
one hundred percent of the time?
If that's true than perhaps no one is perfect
but if it's achieving the right balance of healthy/ non healthy
than perhaps its true we all achieve perfection in our own
unique and individual way

A Well Respected Man
cause he gets up in the morning,
And he goes to work at nine,
And he comes back home at five-thirty,
Gets the same train every time.
cause his world is built round punctuality,
It never fails.
And hes oh, so good,
And hes oh, so fine,
And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.
And his mother goes to meetings,
While his father pulls the maid,
And she stirs the tea with councilors,
While discussing foreign trade,
And she passes looks, as well as bills
At every suave young man
cause hes oh, so good,
And hes oh, so fine,
And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.
And he likes his own backyard,
And he likes his fags the best,
cause hes better than the rest,
And his own sweat smells the best,
And he hopes to grab his fathers loot,
When pater passes on.
cause hes oh, so good,
And hes oh, so fine,
And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.
And he plays at stocks and shares,
And he goes to the regatta,
And he adores the girl next door,
cause hes dying to get at her,
But his mother knows the best about
The matrimonial stakes.
cause hes oh, so good,
And hes oh, so fine,
And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.

Sonnet: Healthy Living
Man, blame thyself for all new maladies,
Afflicting us and newer ones that come;
Just learn to work from Ants and honey-bees;
A healthy life of body, mind welcome.
Diseases most stem from our laziness;
The excess speed of work can cause some more;
Luxury is not same as happiness;
Man’s venturous heart and lifestyles make the core.
The environs polluted is one cause;
Stress, accidents, cancer, old age can kill;
The cure evades and man is at a loss;
The mind’s ‘milieu’, body and soul are ill.
Reset your life and try to be healthy;
Good body, mind and God make one wealthy!

My Soul
My soul is not the coward
that my body seems to be.
For my soul does remember
that my body will be free,
free of all its fears and fright
while passing through this earth,
free to experience once again
a brand new type of birth.
My soul is always patient.
Sometimes my body's not.
For my soul exists forever
while my body's just a dot
in the vastness of experience
that's come and gone for me.
And so patiently I'm learning
to acquire tranquility.
My soul will never leave me
as seasons come and go.
But my body will finally say adieu
to happiness and woe.

Healthy people are those who live in healthy homes on a healthy diet; in an environment equally fit for birth, growth work, healing, and dying... Healthy people need no bureaucratic interference to mate, give birth, share the human condition and die.

Strong Health Makes Life Prolong
Protect your precious health
Neither smoke nor drink
Let not body be abused
Pray for peace of mind
Let exercise be done
Do if possible cycling
Swimming is a fine drill
Running is incomparable
Meditation calms the soul
Walking is the safest
Jogging is concentration
Exercising is ever wise
Food habits if are healthy
Colossal benefits are got
When healthy food is eaten
Health will pick up very fast
Very easily health is nourished
As our body is a great warrior
It possesses plenty of strength
Our duty is to tap it very well.

Freedom Now
They throwed him in jail
And they kept him there
Hoping soo hed die
That his body and spirit would waste away
And soon after that his mind
But every day is born a fool
One who thinks that he can rule
One who says tomorrows mine
One who wakes one day to find
The prison doors open the shackles broken
And chaos in the street
Everybody sing were free free free free
Everybody sing were free free free free
Everybody sing were free free free free
They throwed him in jail
And they kept him there
Hoping his memoryd die
That the people forget how he once led
And fought for justice in their lives
But every day is born a man
Who hates what he cant understand
Who thinks the answer is to kill
Who thinks his actions are gods will
And he thinks hes free free free free
Yes he thinks hes free free free free
He thinks hes free free free free
Soon must come the day
Whe the righteous have their way
Unjustly tried are free
And people live in peace I say
Give the man release
Go on and set your conscience free
Right the wrongs you made
Even a fool can have his day
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free
Free our bodies free our minds
Free our hearts
Freedom for everyone
And freedom now
Freedom now
Freedom now
Freedom now
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free
