There are many men - such as those often to be found among the Indians - who are refined until they have qualities often attributed to the female sex. Yet they are men, and strong ones.

I'm not convinced that what are traditionally considered to be male energies or qualities or female energies or qualities really have as much to do with gender as many people think they do.

We’re Indians First and Lastly!
We’re Indians firstly!
And that’s the way, we’re known all o’er the globe;
And that is what we tell the world around;
This is our primary identity.
We’re Indians firstly!
We may belong to any state by birth;
Then come our language, creed, community;
We’re Indians primarily!
We’re Indians firstly!
United are we by the tricolor;
The soil is one, though states be many;
We’re Indians basically!
We’re proud of our rich our Indian heritage;
Our thirst is quenched by rivers of India;
Our hunger is appeased by crops grown here;
We’re Indians first and ultimately!
Let none dare try to sow seeds of discord;
The Indian’s free to live in any state;
When asked, let always be our reply,
‘We’re Indians firstly!
God gave one sun and moon to all of us;
We live under the sky, our common roof;
We enjoy freedom got by same ‘Struggle’!
We’re Indians all, firstly!
We’re Indians firstly!
Our patriotism is Indianness;
Our pride’s in being born as Indians;
We’re Indians first and lastly!
All Indians are our brothers and sisters;
We love our fellowmen as our brethren;
Same blood of oneness flows within us all;
We’re Indians first, always, ultimately!
‘Jai Hind! Jai Bharat! Jai bharatiya! Jai bharatvaasi!

60th Republic Day Celebrations in India (Jan 26th 2010)
Unfurl the tricolor flag, Indians!
And hoist it high upon the mast;
And let it move in freedom’s wind;
And make the country, Indians, proud!
Salute the national flag, Indians!
And sing the song of freedom’s love!
Remember how freedom was won
By Fighters’ Struggle, sacrifice!
Pray for the lives lost in the fight,
And emulate their examples;
Learn to be patriotic more,
And do your duty with fervor.
Take oath to serve our motherland;
Bharat is home of Indians;
We love its varied heritage;
All Indians are our fellowmen!
Let’s foster love, peace, harmony;
Let’s make the country better still;
Let’s unite against terrorism;
Let’s make India, a nation strong!
Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!

Of all the female qualities a warm heart is the most valuable.
Unwanted Afreen
Three months old Afreen
A baby girl to a mother in teen
Was done to death as her father was keen
In having a baby boy, leading to this troubling scene
What did this baby girl do wrong
To face such a punishment deadly strong
Her mistake was only to have been borne
To a father who for a boy did long
Indian independence is at stake
As we recall Gandhi's statement that India can claim the real cake
Of freedom only if a woman has the courage to take
Up walking alone in the street even in midnight stark
We, Indians need to redefine
Our freedom only when we stop making design
To kill a female fetus even in confine
And not to do away with her by any chance she comes out fine
Let us come out of social stigma attached to this gender
She only gave you birth and all that you needed while in tender
She saw you grow and miss not a chance to wonder
At your growth and her love to you worth a ponder
Not that you do not need a son
But a daughter is no less to him and as a person
She will love you far beyond your horizon
And will always love you despite your qualities awsome
Let this be the last time
We hear such a henious crime
Taking away the life of a girl at prime
Let us vow to support the fair gender's claim

Close Our Eyes
Duet with tommy page
Music by kim bullard/amy sky/marc jordan
Lyrics by dave taggart
Verse 1
Male: I picked a rose among these ancient walls
A garden made for love
But nothing grows at all
I heard your laughter and I almost knew
That wed share our life together
Female: and still surrounded by this fortress strong
Kept from your loving arms too long
Chorus
Both: if we just close our eyes and begin a new day
We could turn back the time to a world far away
Where our hearts beat as one through the passing of ages
Male: oh, we could turn back time start a brand new day
Female: if we just close our eyes
Verse 2
Male: I saw you walking with the sacred fire
A girl her eyes so wild with anger and confusion
The only spark of life to grace this land
Both: we shared this hope eternal (male whisper: eternal)
Female: and now it seems as though youve found your place
(male: found your place)
Lost my loving embrace
Chorus
Bridge
Male: Ill give more than forever
Female: our love will carry us away
Both: together well fly if we just close our eyes
Chorus
Repeat first 2 lines of chorus, with improvisation

A hundred male and a hundred female qualities make a perfect human being.
Your Golden Wedding Day
It was fifty years ago Mom
That you saw that special smile.
He was handsome, tall and debonair
He was definitely your style.
She was everything you wanted, Dad
Your search came to an end.
Your asked her if she’d be your wife
So your lives could soon began.
She needed time she said, to date
But found no man to compare
So you drifted close together
Into a love so strong, so rare.
The children came eventually
There were good times, and yes, some bad
And though your marriage vows were tested
You found a love you’d never had.
You laid a strong foundation
That many kids grow up without
And I’ll take this time to thank you
Our home had love, there was no doubt.
And now it seems impossible
That fifty years have past.
You were blessed with special qualities
For a marriage that would last.
As we gather here together
We all just want to say,
A special “Congratulations”
On your Golden Wedding Day.

Just enjoy yourself
You aint gotta be all by yourself
Your not lookin for a man
You just want a special friend
To lend a helpin hand tonight
Go on do your thing...

Clueless is the transgender.
Is the person in dispute
He, she, neither or both?
Genetics, Endocrinologists,
Psychiatrist, Gynecologists,
Radiologists, and Surgeons
Take a look, examine and fail
To concede it male or female.
A female is with female organs
Fully functional, with female
Hormones and 46 xx chromosomes.
Any deficit or any mix
Will upset the gender specific
And one will go clueless.
