The active part of man consists of powerful instincts, some of which are gentle and continuous; others violent and short; some baser, some nobler, and all necessary.

A Poem of Thoughts as the Evening Faded: III
Huddled we sit
In this universe
Not really knowing
One another
When the baser instincts
Dance shamelessly
We take part
In the performance...
Don't we all live
In the same glass-house
Don't we all dance
On the same fragile stage?
Don't we,
Don't we...?

Henry Layton
Whoever thou art who passest by
Know that my father was gentle,
And my mother was violent,
While I was born the whole of such hostile halves,
Not intermixed and fused,
But each distinct, feebly soldered together.
Some of you saw me as gentle,
Some as violent,
Some as both.
But neither half of me wrought my ruin.
It was the falling asunder of halves,
Never a part of each other,
That left me a lifeless soul.

The wise and the vice
You will not correct your wrongs
Unless your instincts dictate it.
You will not change your habits
Unless your instincts warrant it.
You cannot love or hate
Unless your instincts support them.
You cannot practise honesty
Unless your instincts promote it.
To grow wise will not terminate vice.

Violent Side
Here comes the night
Here comes the anger
Hidden so deep inside
No one can see
Behind these eyes
There walks a stranger
Wandering through the dark
Following me.
Control the violent side
Control the violent side
Control the violent side
Control the violent side.
Electric light
Shining on your block
Sayin to everyone
The power is on
While your alarm
Set up for safety
Keeps out invaders who come
But still cant control.
Control the violent side
Control the violent side
Control the violent side
Control the violent side.
Got to fight to control the violent side
Every day and night
Ive got to fight to control it.

True greatness consists in the use of a powerful understanding to enlighten oneself and others.
Besides the noble art of getting things done, there is a nobler art of leaving things undone... The wisdom of life consists in the elimination of nonessentials.

Man v/s Nature
There are two living things on this earth,
Man and Nature whom god has given birth.
Man consists of human beings,
Nature consists of Flora and Fauna which are the King and Queen.
Nature and Man are fighting to receive the title of most powerful,
This conflict is very dreadful.
Earth’s destroyers are Man and Nature,
These both have become cruel creatures.
Nature is destroying Man,
And Man is putting on Nature – a ban.
Oh! Almighty take from Man and Nature your good wishes and boon,
Otherwise, they will destroy Earth soon.

CONSISTS OF EVERYONE
MY LIFE
CONSISTS OF ONLY ME

MY LIFE
CONSISTS OF DEATH AND PAIN
LIFE
TOLD ME WHAT I KNOW NOW
MY LIFE
HELPED ME BELIEVE IT
LIFE
TAUGHT ME TO BE STRONG
MY LIFE TAUGHT ME TO BECOME IT
LIFE
IS THE SUBJECT
MY LIFE
IS THE REASON
LIFE
TOLD ME TO FIGHT
MY LIFE
TOLD ME TO GIVE UP

Salutations To Thee...
lines erase
limitations vanish
rivers don't freeze
seas continue the ebb n tide
stars sparkle
galaxies keep expanding and contracting
the sun rises and sets
the moon wanes and waxes
we go on locked
within crass emotions
play-field of baser instincts
lines erase
limitations vanish
when breath decides
to play truant...
breath holds the key
and locks and unlocks
at its free will!

Get Your Spirit Right
Practice.
Active,
Prayer...
Everyday,
You can!
Be active in the practice,
Of prayer...
Everyday.
You can!
Care less about the he said,
Or she said...
Conflicting pickers of fights.
They'll keep you awake with sleepless nights.
Be true to your practice,
In active...
Prayer,
Everyday.
You can!
Erratic tactics,
Keep captive...
With distractions,
To minimize your pride.
Don't worry about their appetites...
For doing things the wrong way.
You stay on the side of what's right,
Now!
Practice.
Active,
Prayer...
Everyday,
You can!
Be active in the practice,
With swift actions of your prayers...
Everyday.
You can!
Get your spirit right!
Let backbiters do what they do.
You can choose not to approve!
Just keep your practice,
Active...
In prayer,
Everyday.
You can!
Don't worry about their appetites...
For doing things the wrong way.
You stay on the side of what's right,
Now!
Practice.
Active,
Prayer...
Everyday,
You can!

Instincts’ effects
Instincts-
Quick to act,
Faithful in act,
But is ignorant
Of its repercussion.
Instincts are to save oneself
But often lead one to a fall.
