Those who die through ignorance are many; those who die because they are intelligent are few.

Ch 08 On Rules For Conduct In Life - Maxim 05
The country is adorned by intelligent and the religion by virtuous men. Padshahs stand more in need of the advice of intelligent men than intelligent men of the proximity of padshahs.
If thou wilt listen to advice, padshah,
There is none better in all books than this:
‘Entrust a business to an intelligent man
Although it may not be his occupation.’
Two In A One (Pablo & Gunslinger)
Chorus
Intelligent, we chat intelligent
Intelligent, we chat intelligent
Intelligent, we chat intelligent
Intelligent, we chat intelligent

Intelligent Stupidity?
'Intelligent Stupidty' are we not?
weapons we make to kill with one shot?
Intelligent Stupidity is when technology
is not up with our spirituality.
You can be as intelligent as you want,
but what good is it if it destroys what you got?

One Disturbed
Seeking an attention,
By the use of offensive means...
Teaches not a thing,
To one disturbed...
By mental dysfunctions.
An ignorance like this has been fostered.
An ignorance has been allowed to flourish.
An ignorance that grows becomes expensive.
Since an ignorance bestows,
A flowing of it that becomes out of control!

Either the United States will destroy ignorance or ignorance will destroy the United States. And when we call for education we mean real education. We believe in work. We ourselves are workers, but work is not necessarily education. Education is the development of power and ideal. We want our children trained as intelligent human beings should be, and we will fight for all time against any proposal to educate black boys and girls simply as servants and underlings, or simply for the use of other people. They have a right to know, to think, to aspire.

Money Does Not
money does not
make ignorance
an intelligent option!
does not
make one man
better than another!
does not
excuse apathy, hypocrisy,
or greed!
cannot
buy love, salvation,
or dignity!

This Isn't Science
Why is it,
That when someone has decided...
To leave others alone and their foolishness,
Sends out a signal...
That what the person is really seeking,
Is attention.
So 'they', the 'others', have decided,
This is just a phase someone is going through...
And they will remain the fools,
They believe endears them to others.
And they do choose to stay the fools with solicitation,
That popularizes with encouragement the entire population.
'Sometimes ignorance is bliss.'
Okay.
Point out one person,
That has become blissed as a benefit...
By their admission to being ignorant.
Just one.
'That is a challenge.
Especially when no one admits it.'
That's the problem!
Everyone wants to teach their method,
Of ignorance...
To discourage anyone making attempts,
To escape from it.
'So what is it you suggest we should do? '
Continue to pretend we are intelligent.
People will leave us alone.
This isn't science.
But trust me...
It works!

Who wants the intelligent?
The intelligent one is ungrateful.
His eyes are on steps ahead
Not on the ones trodden.
The intelligent one is unreliable.
His eyes are on the steps ahead
Not on the one he is on.
He reaches the end by bending the means..
Who wants intelligent people?

To enjoy, rules are not required.
Ignorance of raga stood not in my enjoying music.
Ignorance of mudra, the same way,
for dance.
Ignorance of grammar stood not in my enjoying a poem.
Ignorance of beauty, the same way,
for lusting you.

I Hear The Annual Rhetoric
My ears I keep open.
And I hear the annual rhetoric.
Spoken by some in glorious tones...
About uplifting the quality of life of those,
Of our brothers and sisters...
Who have done their best,
Avoiding to get stuck...
In cracks wrapped around loopholes.
The ones...
Many have accepted to address their unhappiness.
With a lack of discipline and purpose self confessed.
I hear the annual rhetoric.
Yet a slow slipping done,
Into a fissure has grown to become an abyss.
And 'annually' I've been approached and asked...
To express an intelligent response about this!
However...
As I have aged to confront my own obstacles,
I have forced myself not to dismiss.
With a determination to calm my outrage,
With a mind blessed to be at peace...
With the unballing of my fists!
I wonder,
Why you request me to give you an intelligent response?
Concerning an activity that has taken place,
And achieved totally on the merits of conscious ignorance.
Served and accepted as if this was a blessing,
Many wish and want to keep.
As those slandered and defamed were chased away.
I wonder,
Why you request me to give you an intelligent response?
Did you expect something glowing and profound?
Full of reflective self righteousness?
We are all in this abyss.
I just prefer to keep reaching,
To experience the higher consciousness of it!

Ignorance
‘Ignorance is bliss'
Ignorance is the hiss
Underneath the anticipation
Sprawled in your inebriation
It is the dagger pierced
In every chest it kissed
Ignorance is
The antithesis.

Key to Its Survival
It is best to know of an intelligence.
Than to insist upon its acknowledgement.
Playing 'stupid' is the key to its survival.
And it grows as so many are willing to prove
To those who are deemed 'intelligent'
How ignorance can prevent the flow of thought.
And those of intelligence,
Can quickly identify those amongst themselves...
Hiding in masquerade,
To protect a peace of mind...
These days!
