There's no life so tiring as one of doing nothing.

Shortie 2: Turn Your Hate Around
there is so much hate in you
it is too tiring to feel
much tiring to think beneath
this drums of despair
turn it around like a clock
finish the night
with one revolution of the
hands of time
get done, dance the reggae
or the waltz with me
be fed up, be guilty
time for change
open that fist.

Lyrical Journey
Dark circles under her eyes tells
The story of many sleepless nights
Anna takes her mama’s knife
She says she's sick of everything around
One wider cut
One more scar on her forearm…
She bleeds and seeks redemption from suffering
Angel of hope flutters
Oh look around… stars; moon and sun all are yours
She's unmoved and says,
Go, go, go away…
Because life is nothing but a lyrical journey
A long, bizarre and tiring journey
He was a sweetheart,
Someone she counted on
But he said he isn’t ready yet
The price of love is excruciating memories
Lingering, sticking, ashen memories
Anna takes her mama’s smokes
She says she's sick of everything around
One deeper drag
One more cigarette between her dry lips
She puffs and seeks redemption from suffering
Because life is nothing but a lyrical journey
A long, bizarre and tiring journey
She hears the ghosts
Dancing, tapping and teasing ghosts
She locks herself up in the closet
Tears falling, trembling…
Mama, mama… mama I wish I were you
Because life is nothing but a lyrical journey
A long, bizarre and tiring journey
Another afternoon, another lame beginning
In theater she watches her favorite hero
Romancing the beautiful… beautiful girls
The images dwindles in her mind
Like fog enwraps cities, pastures and jungles
Anna takes her mama’s keys and drives out of the town
She says she's sick of everything around
One longer drive
One more track on the stereo
She listens and seeks redemption from suffering
Because life is nothing but a lyrical journey
A long, bizarre and tiring journey

I want to face it on my own
I was driving to my Home
Weather was very humid and hot
Saw an old man on the Road
Walking slowly with a stick in Hand
I stopped the car on his Side
Got out with a Smile
Asked him to sit in the Car
So that he can escape the Sun
Without tiring, reach his Destination
The old man Refused
Thanked me for my Courtesy
And Said
Heat of life is more than the Sun
I have faced it throughout my Life
I want to face it on my Own
Self dependence is my rule for Life
Try not to depend on known Unknown
As long as I feel I can
When Not,
I shall leave it to the God Above

Nobody Perfect, Don't Expect It From Me
love me for who i am,
not for what i can do,
don't hate me because i'm different,
but, love me because i'm unique,
nobody can be perfect,
so don't expect me to be,
we all have our challenges in life,
mine are just a little different,
i'm the same in some ways,
i cry or laugh,
depending on the day,
i live life to the fullest,
even though i have to try,
twice as hard,
it gets tiring after a while,
but, it's something i have to do,
life wasn't meant to be easy,
but, some days i wish it was,
just love me for me,
i'm not perfect,
nobody can be,
so don't expect me to be.

Darkness
What is on my mind remains unknown. My thoughts are lost to the extent in which everything appears so darkening that I cannot find my way out of this tiring life. Wish, my wish is that I could just vanish forever into dark skies. Completely gone into darkness.

A life without love, without the presence of the beloved, is nothing but a mere magic-latern show. We draw out slide after slide, swiftly tiring of each, and pushing it back to make haste for the next.

Three Sisters
I have three sisters.
Each I adore.
With seperate aggressions,
Too tiring to explore.
Dynamic they are.
With a creative genius.
Brilliant and humorous...
They truly represent Venus.
Me?
I am Mars.
I know I am 'out there'.
My dad was too!
But his attention,
Was on them like glue.
And 'stuck' he was.
Like a bee caught in a jar.
To be dehoneyed!
Especially the younger two.
Who got him to do anything.
And this I observed...
When learning how women can 'sting'.
Especially when expectations,
Were limiting.
Sometimes my mom and I,
Would look at each other and smile.
She knew too well I was an outsider.
When my sisters decided,
To inflict their 'styles'.
And each of them were respectfully different.
I have three sisters.
Each I adore.
With seperate aggressions,
Too tiring to explore.
And if I had a brother,
I know he'd run away.
Since I tried that myself.
But I am hooked to their 'allure'.
And that's how it has been,
To this very day.
I have three sisters,
Very wise...
And quick with wit.
So proud I am they are who they are.
I have no choice.
Since I'm sure they wouldn't have it,
Any other way.
'Women!
To love them is to...
Well,
Love them.'

My mind will prevail.....
These thoughts,
I keep fighting.....
as if it's not in my control.
What I realize now,
my life......
It's up to me.
This tired, chained up person.....
I was always free.
Locking away my inner beauty...
tiring down my beautiful soul....
I am worth it,
I do want more.....
one foot in front of the other,
my mind I control.
I'm filling my head with thoughts of love,
for me,
and my GOD above.
Dismiss me as weak,
your own life is what you need to seek.
For now...
I'm humble,
not weak.
My mind controls the life I seek! ! ! ! ! !
When you see these people that are in the public eye all the time, it must get tiring.

What is Our Life
WHAT is our life? The play of passion.
Our mirth? The music of division:
Our mothers’ wombs the tiring-houses be,
Where we are dressed for life’s short comedy.
The earth the stage; Heaven the spectator is,
Who sits and views whosoe’er doth act amiss.
The graves which hide us from the scorching sun
Are like drawn curtains when the play is done.
Thus playing post we to our latest rest,
And then we die in earnest, not in jest.

Life to him was an unpleasant necessity
Face pale
Perspiration dripping
Breathing heavily
His legs tiring
He was using
Full energy
In pulling the weight
Of heavy and wealthy
For the sake of
Two little meals
For him and his family
He was a poor
Rickshaw driver
With no other means
No other choice
Life to him was an
Unpleasant necessity
