The man who has nothing to do is always the busiest.

The Busiest Part Of A House
The busiest part of a house,
where our hearts meet,
where the joyous moments stored,
where the love shared.
giggling heard,
tingling not allowed,
dividing the task,
sharing and caring done.
Different styles,
Different varieties,
something cold and something hot,
transfer the place warm.
The busiest part of a house is,
where our hearts meet,
where the joyous moments shared,
where the stove and dining table are kept.

Baby's First Day Out
Government General Hospital
Maternity Ward No. 42
authorized intake : 65
actually admitted : 97
most busiest LABOUR ROOM
in the district
every 18 th minute
you will hear a new born cry
birth rate is higher
on Sundays and Holidays
24 x 7 Industry - very great service -
in the large pre-natal hall
there hangs a small, old sign board
both in Hindi and vernacular
' Beware of Thieves
Keep your belongings safe'
with an ugly insertion, as a last line,
‘Protect your child from being
Stolen or exchanged'
as if, the restricted labour ward is
just any other market place.

One's Activities Will Be Made Known
'Is there a real difference between,
Self promotion and self satisfaction? '
Well...
Wouldn't that depend on if you are left
Or right handed?
Me,
I am right handed.
Although my left is the busiest.
So I think it has a lot to do with preference.
'What on Earth are you talking about? '
I'm talking about selling books.
It's difficult for an unknown author,
To get established.
I use to carry them around in my right hand.
But for some reason my left hand ends up,
Doing all the work.
WHY?
What are 'you' talking about?
'I'm talking about pride!
Not one's ego.'
Either way...
Eventually,
One's activities will be made known.
If they remain persistent.
And stick with it!
Whatever we're talking about,
There will be satisfaction.
That's a given.
'What about promotion? '
If it is good.
And someone is left pleased?
Your efforts and sweat will be rewarded.
But...
I do suggest you stop the smoking.
At least cut down on it.

The pastel drawing of our Cafe de Capricornus!
Capricorn; A southern zodiacal constellation between Sagaittarius and Aquarius.The tenth sign of the zodiac, into which the sun enters at the winter solstice, about December 22.
Darling! We're Capricorns
And the Horoscope says;
This week is better to start a business enterprise
And that develops further on!
So I am drawing our cafe beside the busiest freeway.
Definitely that would be a stopover!
'What are you going to sell there? '
'Bitter coffee of the tasty life with a sentimental poem
And a singsong with my four stringed ukulele.'
'How about spicy buns? '
' That's good we could have supply them heavy sexy spicy buns.'
'When this pastel drawing hangs on the dreamy cafe wall? '
She said with her menopausal sad smile
And it's a gloomy rainy day!

The Emergency Room
Here comes the ambulance
With another patient anew;
The emergency room staff are ready
With life-saving gadgets in view!
Is it another accident?
Is it a case of poisoning?
Is it a heart attack or an
Acute surgical emergency?
The casualty works night and day;
Triage has to done without delay;
Diagnosis must be fast in some way;
Resuscitation is prime, come what may.
The golden hour is important
Check for the ABC
Look for the vital parameters,
If you want to save the life!
A hospital’s busiest place,
Where life can ebb away,
If we do not race,
To salvage with great pace!
Where none can ever wait;
Stretcher-trolley stands at the gate;
Personnel are ever-ready on any date;
Waste no time or it will be too late!

My Baby And I
Together, my man and I
Lie together to join my baby and I.
The gracious Lord, how can this be?
God's creation bonds my baby and I.
Time is awaiting those tiny eyes,
Forming my fetus, my baby and I.
My man, so tense at times, Tanya, don't stress
Yourself out with our baby, you see.
What a joy when my little one arrives
Into this cold, scary, confused world.
My baby and I . . . I will teach my baby well
To understand this scary world.
Life is our baby and my man.
Tis is our first, don't you see—
Time awaits my baby and I.
so excited that this man of mine is holding me closely
Each night after a long day at my busiest job.
My baby, my man, and I,
Our beautiful baby will be born soon.
This bonds us closer, my man and I.
My mother . . . his mother as proud as can be for him,
And me, my mom, my baby, and me, Tanya . . .
Thank you, God's blessing to you.
Peace be unto you, your man, and your unborn child.

Two Station Masters
TWO STATION MASTERS
My friend is a station-master
at Hill Groove in
Nilgiri mountain section
33 years of railway service
fully spent in this sleepy station
hardly, two trains a day
in summer, say, one more
no goods traffic
nor frequent crossings
no revenue instead - ‘Safety' award
for ‘nil' accident record,
closed for rains and landslide,
station is locked up at 6 pm sharp
his gross earnings is forty thousand
for two or three man- hours spent
hill allowance, free warm clothing
no boss to obey, no risk to bother
happiest worker
does'nt want any change, either
look at his counter-part
positioned in a busiest double line,
handling 30-45 trains, within
a tight span of 8 hours
whole night, in full vigil
with all round tension
at times, an irate passenger
supervision of all kind
sucked out and exhausted
leaves for his home,
for the same pay - packet
is it an anomaly
or equity, parity, one cadre- one pay
equal pay for equal work
………………………..I have no answer.

Warrior Red-Ants
I crushed some warrior-ants to death,
And wondered what, others would do;
And very promptly, came more ants
To investigate scene of crime!
These ants build nests upon the trees,
By gluing leaves with strange substance;
Their nests look like army barracks,
With sentry-ants guarding smartly!
The dead ants lay all strewn about;
A few of them were moving still;
And very soon, they too lay dead,
Like soldiers killed in battle-field!
The scout ants went from ant to ant,
Perhaps in search of ones alive;
Some went back fast to convey news
About the tragedy they saw!
And very soon, arrived more ants
To check if dead were truly dead;
Somehow, these ants smelt death itself;
They did it so effortlessly!
Each one of them lifted the dead,
By proboscis and sped back home;
Each ant with carcass upon mouth,
Ran back as fast as legs carried.
And in a trice, the dead were cleared;
The scene of crime was clean by now;
The work was finished in moments;
Yes, ants are truly busiest!
Oh, what respect ants show their dead!
How fast they rescue comrades hurt!
They proved they respected their dead;
Do human beings do like-wise?

We all lie...all day long
“Good morning! ! ”
(But it’s not,
It’s cold and windy)
“How ya doin’? ”
(as if I could really give
a rat’s rear end)
“Oh I’m doin’ just great and you? ”
(Please, puleeze,
don’t tell me!)
Have a seat, I’ll buy you a coffee!
(he always sits… and
I always buy)
Wanna read part of my paper?
(No! No! Don’t take the crossword…
…He does)
“How’s my health? Couldn’t feel better! ”
(There’s not a part of my body
That doesn’t hurt like hell!)
“How about that Ben Laden? ” he asks
(he’s dead, I’m glad, and
I’m tired of hearing his name)
“Gotta busy day ahead of you? ” he asks
(yeah right! Outta work, outta cash, outta sight,
outta mind! And runnin’ outta patience)
“Yeah, I always stay busy”
(and this is likely to be
The busiest part of my day!)
“Ya think we’re gonna whip those Taliban? ”
“Yep” I reply. (after another trillion dollars
And a few thousand more young boys die!)
“Well I’m afraid I messed up your crossword” he says
“No problem ol’ buddy” I say
(you ornery ol’ bastard, bumbling, sumbitch!)
“Hey ya reckon we’re gonna whip those Taliban? ”
“Yep” I reply (while thinking
if he asks that one more time, he’s gonna die)
“Well gotta be goin. See ya tomorrow ol buddy, take care! ” says he
and you know…when I sit down in this booth tomorrow
I’ll really miss him… if that pain in the ass is not there…
(And Ya know? That’s no lie!)

Acknowledge Him
Each day, as busy as I may be, my Lord always speaks to me,
At times throughout a busy day, this as I walk life’s narrow way.
Acknowledging Him in all I do, busy days, He sees me through,
Trusting Him with all my heart, He guides me from the very start.
Christ walks with me all day long, filling me with His joyful song,
With me in the darkest night, He guides me safely with His Light.
Filling me with joy and peace, with a presence that will not cease,
For in my heart, Christ lives inside, helping me, in Truth, to abide.
Friend, as I daily abide in Him, Christ guides from a world of sin,
He leads me with a staff and rod, to live each day to honor God.
Christ takes me to waters still, as he leads me in His Father’s will,
To make a testimony of my life, to bring the lost to Jesus Christ.
Through this, blessing comes my way, as I live for Him each day,
Lifting up my Lord and King, as I acknowledge Him in everything,
It is only fitting to give Him praise, as He guides me all my days,
Filling me with peace and power, to help me in that busiest hour.
And all of this has come to me, from the cross raised at Calvary,
The cross lifted for every nation, to draw men to God’s Salvation,
So you could acknowledge too, Christ, who died for me and you,
Then God can come into your life, through The Son, Jesus Christ.
