The wise man thinks about his troubles only when there is some purpose in doing so; at other times he thinks about others things.

The King Of Broken Hearts

The king of broken hearts doesnt ask much from his friends
And he has quite a few of them
They know he will understand
Thats just the way it goes
Theking of broken hearts doesnt know hes a king
Hes tryin to forget other things
Like some old ship at sea
Hes walkin through life alone
He talks to angels
And the stars start to spin
He thinks of troubles that hes gotten in
He recalls how his heart got broken
And how its still that way
The king of broken hearts is so sad and wise
He can smile while hes cryin inside
We know hell be brave tonight
Cause hes the king of broken hearts
He talks to angels
And the stars start to spin
He thinks of the troubles that hes gotten in
He recalls how his heart got broken
And how its still that way
The king of broken hearts thinks that hes no fool
Hes a little like me and you
So whats a king like that supposed to do
With all that blue time
We know hell be brave tonight
Cause hes the king of broken hearts
Hes the king of broken hearts

Why do you think?

Why do you think?
Other should think the way you think
Can you think the way they think?
Everybody thinks’
His way is the right way to think
Respect what people think
The way they think
You will find people
Respecting what and how you think
Everybody has the right to think
The way he thinks’ and what he thinks’
One can only tell what he thinks’
If they like it
They will approve what you think
No regrets, no hard feelings
Nobody loses, Nobody wins

Rope The Moon

(jess brown/jim denton)
I dont have a lot to show
For these years of hard work
If you look at what I own
Still shes always telling me
To hold on to my dreams
Even when my hope is gone
Some may say that dreamings just for fools
And there are times I thought that might be true
But she thinks I could rope the moon
In her eyes there is nothing I cant do
When I think its out of reach
Shes the reason I still try
She thinks I could rope the moon
When I look at the sky
But cant see through the clouds
She shows me the brightest stars
If I think of coming back
cause Im having my doubts
She tells me Ive come so far
Nothing in this world comes easily
But I cant lose with her right next to me
cause she thinks I could rope the moon
In her eyes there is nothing I cant do
When I think its out of reach
Shes the reason I still try
She thinks I could rope the moon
Oh she thinks I could rope the moon

Isaac Bashevis Singer

We know what a person thinks not when he tells us what he thinks, but by his actions.

Sometimes and Most of the Times

Sometimes I disagree,
but most most of the times, I confess that I am

Sometimes I assume,
But most most of the times, I confident the things are

Sometimes I ignore,
but most most of the times, I notice the way one thinks

Sometimes I conceal,
but most most of the times, I reaveal as I am

Sometimes I act,
but most most of the times, I show what is the real in Me

Sometimes I lie,
but most most of the times, I stand as Honest

Sometimes I hate,
but most most of the times I like the way one likes Me

She Thinks Shes Edith Head

Back in high school I knew a girl
Not too simple and not too kind
We both grew up, but I heard shed changed
From a new wave fan to another kind
She thinks shes edith head
But you might know shes not
The accent in her speech
She didnt have growing up
She thinks shes edith head
Or helen girlie brown
Or some other cultural figure
We dont know a lot about
Its been years since I moved away
But at christmas I come home
And I saw her reflection
In the window of a store
She was talking to herself
Not too simple and not too kind
I walked on by, it was complicated
And it stuck in my mind
She thinks shes edith head
But you might know shes not
The accent in her speech
She didnt have growing up
The accent in her speech
She didnt have growing up
The accent in her speech
She didnt have growing up
She thinks shes edith head
She thinks shes edith head now
She thinks shes edith head
She thinks shes edith head now
She thinks shes edith head
She thinks shes edith head now
She thinks shes edith head
She thinks shes edith head now

She Thinks I Still Care

(words & music by s. duffy - d. l. lipscomb)
Oh just because I asked a friend about her
Just because I spoke her name somewhere
Just because I rang her number by mistake today
You know she thinks i, I still care
And just because I haunt the same old places
With a memory I will linger everywhere
Just because Im not the happy guy I used to be
Lord, you know, she thinks I still care
Well, if shes happy thinking I still need her
Yeh, let that silly notion bring her cheer
Oh how could she ever be so foolish
Tell me where did she get, lord such an idea
Yeh, oh lord
Just because I asked a friend about her
And you know, just because I spoke her name somewhere
Just because, lord I saw her and went to pieces
Lord, you know, she thinks i, lord, still care
You know, she thinks i, I still care
Lord, she thinks I still care
Oh no she thinks I still care

The hunger

the hunger thinks the rice
can chew both skin and bone
the hunger thinks it's nice
to eat although forlorn

the hunger thinks the corn
can swallow ears and eyes
deaf blind hunger born
self eaten within it dies

the hunger thinks the food
is just a body's unfair breath
the hunger knows the interlude
no food the body eats itself

the hunger thinks the body rotten
is just a place to survive and eat
the hunger of the lost and forgotten
makes its way to the last heart beat

Let Me Get To The Point

Let me get to the point,
And not be a twit about this!
Someone,
I don't know who it was...
Or when it happened.
But...
Someone came into my home,
And rifled through my sox...
To mix them up on purpose.

That's the only explanation there is,
As to 'why' I can not seem to find...
A matching pair.

I would blame my nephew,
Landry.
But he already thinks,
I am not mentally stable.

And...
He 'thinks' he knows EVERYTHING.
About ANYTHING.
Well...
I would say that runs through the family.
But he does play the role of Sherlock.
A lot.

He has not said this to me directly,
However...
He has given me a certain 'look'.
Whenever he believes I've been out of touch.
I would accuse my niece, Shayla.
But she would go on and on,
About me being forgetful.

Therefore,
It just has to be someone else.
But 'who',
Would do such a thing?

Gracie

Gracie takes the bottles from the porch where you have left them
There are age old dregs of wine you never shared
Drivin' down the motorway with all the best intentions
She's a picture of perfection with her cotton colored hair

But its you she thinks of in the hours while she's awake
She takes her lipstick from her case to make a smile
You she thinks of when she thinks of her mistakes
Regret's an open road that stretches out for miles

Coffee pots and bottles cups and all of this disorder
She soaks the plates in the dishwater 'till it's cold
Her reflection in the windows of the stores around the corner
Walk beside her while she's striding down the road

But its you she thinks of in the hours while she's awake
She takes her lipstick from her case to make a smile
You she thinks of when she thinks of her mistakes
Regret's an open road that stretches out for miles

La la la la la

But its you she thinks of in the hours while she's awake
She takes her lipstick from her case to make a smile
You she thinks of when she thinks of her mistakes
Regret's an open road that stretches out for miles

Him

Fire burns,
In his heart.
He seeks only death,
And blood.
I seek death,
And I also,
Kill.

He thinks himself,
Strong and handsome.
He thinks himself,
Brave and smart.
He thinks himself,
Tall and fierce.
He thinks himself,
Killer and fighter.

I think of him,
Weak and hidious.
I think of him,
Frightened and dumb.
I think of him,
Short and cowardly.
I think of him,
Helpless and food.

I am stronger,
Braver,
Smarter,
Taller,
Fiecer,
And blood seeker.

He is nothing,
But lies.
I am nothing,
But a blood seeker,
And killer.
