The Alien is gross, scary. There is something in a human being that looks at them and sees it as a cockroach. You can never feel nurturing towards the cockroach.

La cucaracha for lady Phoenix Rain
.
I have a cockroach for a friend.
I may just start a whole new trend
But when you're pent in the death cell
it makes it difficult to tell.
My friendly cockroach visits me.
He's not afraid to let me see
he wants the leavings on my plate
Though he’s polite prepared to wait.
I have no other friends who care
my leavings I will gladly share.
And when they strap me in the Chair.
I know my cockroach will be there
He will be waiting faithfully
to have his last free meal on me.

Judge
Judge is not here to decide
Who is winner and who is loser.
Judge is here to decide
Who is in right point.
No judge is empower to
Pronounced death sentences
No judge has got power
To give life to the lifeless.
Judge can not decide
The synonyms and antonyms
Judge can not say
The right source for right word.
Judge is not judge
So long as the judge is mortal
Judge is judge
If judge is eternal.

Innocent World
I used to live in an innocent world
I had a car and a pretty blond girlfriend
We was too young to know what we were doing
And anyway I was just fooling around
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
With a cute little monkey on my back
And a total disregard for the facts
Id run away and never get back
From my innocent world
There aint no reason to tell no lie
When youre young and youve got a lot of pie
Now I slink around like a killer
The things they say are just a lot of filler
In my mind, in my mind
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Running, laughing in the sun
And always having lots of fun
Smoking dope and just being young
In my innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
With a cute little monkey on my back
And a total disregard for the facts
Id run away and never get back
From my innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world

When we went to school we were told that we were governed by laws, not men. As a result of that, many people think there is no need to pay any attention to judicial candidates because judges merely apply the law by some mathematical formula and a good judge and a bad judge all apply the same kind of law. The fact is that the most important part of a judge's work is the exercise of judgment and that the law in a court is never better than the common sense judgment of the judge that is presiding.

A Cockroach
a cockroach flies above my head
and lands
near my feet
my instinct kills it outright
with a sudden stamp and there
the cockroach lies
smashed and dead
i smell stink
and never felt any regret.

The Mother
Every criminal has a Mother!
And this Mother goes to the *Supreme Court
And begs for his Son!
Then the Magistrate tells her;
'I am sorry Mother, your son has killed another son.'
Then Mom says; 'In Your honourable Court every criminal hangs? '
'That depends on the Witness.' The Judge said politely.
'O.K. Sir, You hang me and send my son home because he wants to be a Judge one day! '
You see, only a Mother can sing that sad song!
[*This special Supreme Court even the Magistrates could practice.]
* To Maxim Gorky for his superb novel 'Mother'.
Quoted from 'get on the bus' (Uniting children with their mothers and fathers in prison.) 'I noticed things about my mother: She was pretty and she looked like me.I found something in common with all the children on the bus. They have a Mother in prison too. -a little girl-

THE Metamorphosis of F. Kafka
one day
he finds himself converted into
a giant cockroach
he does not know about it at first
until he wakes up
and looks at himself in the mirror
he changes his taste for food
now attracted to left overs
dislikes water and
light
dislikes people and
events
and cannot relate to the morning
news on TV
his door has now remained closed
and no one is allowed to enter
except his dear sister
who feeds him
morsels
in time he begins to understand
how is it to be a cockroach
how humans have been too cruel
to their state
and then
he writes about Kafka and
The Metamorphosis
that is the real story
until the cockroach dies
until Kafka recovers again
away from
Ward 10.

An Ultimate Subpoena
A subpoena has been issued by the mighty judge.
Would you seek legal counsel for your case?
Apparently no counsel is available in this case.
In this court you alone must defend yourself?
No attorney anywhere has the power to subpoena you to this court.
No criminal defense lawyer anywhere has right to you defend?
No Government and Administrative Law to here with contend.
No Higher Court or Supreme Court to appeal to take your brief?
You have rendered unto Caesar what is Caesars.
Now it is time to render unto God what is Gods.
This is the Highest Court; in time all will face.
This is the scariest court; deciding eternal fate.
This one judgement; is binding for all eternity.
There will be no court of appeal; Jesus is ultimate judge.
I submit to you; that the milk of human kindness;
is a simple yet time tested; cosmic plan grand.
In the words of Fate Karma Kismet Destiny; or Hope Heavenly?
A creed of excellence; this is a real rewarding life philosophy.
Upon which to make a life time stand; as your indelible testimony.
Yet alas Jesus said; ‘I am the way and the truth and the light.
No one comes to the Father except through me.’ John 14: 6.
Accepting the blood
ransom sacrifice of Jesus
to cover all sin guilt
is the only pardon
permissible in this court
where all tried are guilty!

The Date Of Your Death Not Oct 19th,2012
There is a date somewhere in our future when you and I will die,
There's nothing we can do about this and I don't know why,
Because death with dignity is forbidden in this great land,
And nothing will change, and this the appointees still understand.
Dying with dignity is about living life on your own terms,
When and if you get your euthanasia this can be confirmed,
We should not need to go to court to get permission to die,
To have some high court judge refuse while looking you in the eye.
Persons with painful or cancerous diseases should have permission,
For euthanasia after consultation with their physician,
This should be a constitutional right and no need to implore,
And told by another judge to get out the courtroom door.

When I went to law school, which after all was back in the dark ages, we never looked beyond our borders for precedents. As a state court judge, it never would have occurred to me to do so, and when I got to the Supreme Court, it was very much the same. We just didn't do it.

Dying With Dignity Sept 5th,2012
Dying with dignity is about living life on your own terms,
When and if you get your euthanasia and how it performs,
We should not need to go to High Court to get permission to die,
To have some pompous judge refuse, while looking you in the eye.
Persons with painful or cancerous diseases should have permission,
And automatic after consultation with their physician,
This should be a constitutional right and no need to implore,
Or be told by some imperial judge to get out the door.
Our do-nothing politicians want to avoid this subject,
They follow political Party rules and don't want to connect,
What the High Court did to Sue Rodriguez, they may do to you,
Those who are suffering should not have to suffer as they say adieu.

Dying With Pain and Dignity
Dying with dignity is about living life on our own terms,
Looking life in the eye and taking the bull by the horns,
We should not need to go to court for permission to die,
Or have some high court judge refuse while looking you in the eye.
This should be a constitutional right and no need to implore,
Or be told by some judge to leave or get out the door,
It should be automatic for those with a painful disease,
If they want it; get it over quickly and then be deceased.
Those with cancerous diseases should have automatic permission,
For euthanasia after consultation with their physician,
The appointed establishment know the pain we are going through,
They couldn't care less and where they are; this subject is taboo.

I'd like to avoid Sue Rodriguez's problem of oncoming death,
And have death with dignity as I approach my last breath.

This Court
This court is
Not final court.
It has got no
Unlimitted power.
This court is
Not empower to
Pass final judgement
And final decree.
The order of
This court is
Not binding.
This court has
No discretionary power
This court lacks
Original jurisdiction.
This court is
Not a real court.
